Community News: Lawyer Bill Morgan <a href="https://x.com/Belisarius2020/status/1935169148574908548">noted </a>the legal battle between the SEC and Ripple could be resolved within weeks if both parties reach a preliminary ruling. The target deadline for conclusion is August 15, 2025.
