The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) that will invest under normal circumstances primarily (at least 80 percent of its assets) in domestic and foreign equity securities of companies across multiple sectors, including healthcare, information technology, materials, energy and consumer discretionary, that are relevant to the Funds investment theme of the genomics revolution (Genomics Revolution Companies). Under normal circumstances, substantially all of the Funds assets will be invested in equity securities, including common stocks, partnership interests, business trust shares and other equity investments or ownership interests in business enterprises. The Funds investments will include micro-, small-, medium- and large-capitalization companies. The Funds investments in foreign equity securities will be in both developed and emerging markets.

Hackers are rapidly evolving in their quest to rob everyday people of their wealth, and this is especially true in the cryptocurrency space.
Before, it used to be that you would need to connect your wallet to a malicious website or download a fraudulent application to get your cryptocurrency wallet compromised. Now, a security report suggests that all it might take is a seemingly good deal on a brand-new smartphone.

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">A Ghost From The Past</h2>
Last week, cybersecurity firm Kaspersky <a href="https://www.kaspersky.ru/about/press-releases/novaya-versiya-triada-kradyot-kriptovalyutu-akkaunty-v-messendzherah-i-podmenyaet-nomera-telefonov-vo-vremya-zvonkov">warned</a> that users are at risk of buying smartphones that are already infected with malware. The firm disclosed that it had discovered modified versions of the so-called Triada Trojan on counterfeit smartphones sold in online shops.
&#8220;An unsuspecting buyer risks purchasing such a gadget, for example, in online stores at reduced prices,&#8221; the firm said.
The Triada Trojan is not new malware. First <a href="https://www.kaspersky.com/blog/triada-trojan/11481/">discovered</a> in 2016, it remains &#8220;one of the most complex and dangerous threats to Android,&#8221; according to Kaspersky cybersecurity analyst Dmitry Kalinin. This view comes as the malware latches on to the root of all system and application processes, making it a part of every app once it launches.&nbsp;

While previous versions hid within the phone&#8217;s RAM, the new version is baked into the device&#8217;s firmware, making detecting it even more challenging.&nbsp;
The malware offers hackers unfettered control of the user&#8217;s device with the ability to steal cryptocurrency by replacing addresses in wallet and exchange applications, hijack social media accounts, intercept calls and messages and more, all with the ability to cover their tracks.
According to Kaspersky, there were at least 2,600 confirmed cases of this malware infection between March 13 and March 27 alone, with about $270,000 in confirmed cryptocurrency thefts.
The security firm speculated that the compromise likely occurred somewhere in the supply chain, with stores likely unaware that they were selling infected devices.

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">How To Stay Safe</h2>
As outlined by Kaspersky, there are two main ways users can stay safe from the new Triada Trojan exploit. The first is to stick to authorized stores for their smartphone purchases. The second is to set up security solutions to detect malware immediately after purchase.
The recent Triada Trojan warning comes as new malware threats targeting cryptocurrency users appear to be growing rapidly. Just days before, another security firm, Threat Fabric, <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/content/44555236/new-crocodilus-android-malware-steals-sensitive-crypto-wallet-credentials-research">warned of a new Trojan called Crocodilus</a>. This Trojan used overlays within crypto wallet apps to obtain user seed phrases, typically appearing as a prompt for the user to back them up.
At the same time, on March 18, <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cryptocurrency/25/03/44391187/microsoft-alerts-coinbase-metamask-wallet-users-of-new-malware-threat">Microsoft warned of a remote access Trojan</a> targeting several Google Chrome wallet extensions, including MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet and Trust Wallet.
These warnings come as losses to crypto hacks and scams have already surpassed $2 billion year-to-date, nearly double the amount lost within the same period last year, according to cryptocurrency security outfit <a href="https://hacken.io/insights/q1-2025-security-report/">Hacken</a>.

&#8220;These tariff announcements are important developments. But most people are overlooking the much larger forces that are driving just about everything," Dalio said.
While he's not actively managing the fund, Bridgewater's latest 13F filing offers a glimpse into how the firm is positioning itself in the face of this macro upheaval.

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tariffs, Turmoil And A Bet On The Index</h2>
Despite Dalio's big-picture warning, Bridgewater's top holding as of the fourth quarter of 2024 was the SPDR S&amp;P 500 ETF Trust (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SPY#NYSE">SPY</a>)—now a whopping 22.1% of the portfolio. Add iShares Core S&amp;P 500 (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/IVV#NYSE">IVV</a>) and iShares Emerging Markets (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/IEMG#NYSE">IEMG</a>) and nearly half the firm's equity book is riding broad indices.
That's a defensive play wrapped in passive exposure, especially as markets wobble under new trade war concerns.
The fund didn't stop there. Among its top new buys were AT&amp;T Inc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/T#NYSE">T</a>), eBay Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/EBAY#NASDAQ">EBAY</a>) and PayPal Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/PYPL#NASDAQ">PYPL</a>) &#8211; low-multiple names that look like classic recession hedges.
Applovin Corp (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/APP#NASDAQ">APP</a>) also made the list, a curious pick that may reflect a contrarian bet on adtech amid volatility.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">From Tech Titans To Utility Muscle</h2>
Bridgewater has trimmed back tech allocations to the sector, which fell from 19.8% to 16.3% quarter over quarter. Still, it holds heavyweights like Alphabet Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/GOOGL#NASDAQ">GOOGL</a>) (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/GOOG#NASDAQ">GOOG</a>), Nvidia Corp (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NVDA#NASDAQ">NVDA</a>) and Microsoft Corp (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/MSFT#NASDAQ">MSFT</a>), albeit at lower portfolio weights than before.
Meanwhile, two quiet climbers in the portfolio are worth noting: Constellation Energy Corp (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CEG#NASDAQ">CEG</a>) and Vistra Corp (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/VST#NYSE">VST</a>), both utility players sitting comfortably in the top 10 holdings. In a world Dalio sees veering toward chaos, old-school stability may be back in fashion.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Macro Chaos, Micro Calculations</h2>
Dalio's post paints a stark picture of structural breakdown—"unsustainable conditions" colliding with a new era of tariffs and geopolitical chess. While Bridgewater's allocations don't scream panic, the tilt toward broad ETFs, dividend-value names and utilities suggests the firm is bracing for bumps ahead.
Whether or not the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world Dalio describes becomes a reality, Bridgewater seems to be preparing for the long game &#8211; passive on the surface but deeply macro-aware under the hood.
