Credo Technology Group Holding Ltd (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CRDO#NASDAQ">CRDO</a>) reported better-than-expected financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025 after the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/CRDO/earnings">market close on Monday</a>.
Credo Technology Group reported fourth-quarter revenue of $170.03 million, beating analyst estimates of $162.96 million. The connectivity solutions company reported fourth-quarter adjusted earnings of 35 cents per share, beating analyst estimates of 28 cents per share, according to Benzinga Pro.
"The Company's results were fueled by surging demand for our innovative, reliable and energy-efficient high-performance connectivity solutions. We continue to see growing demand for our solutions across hyperscaler customers to power advanced AI services, a trend we believe will persist for the foreseeable future," said Bill Brennan, president and CEO of Credo Technology Group.
Credo Technology Group said it expects first-quarter revenue in the range of $185 million to $195 million versus estimates of $167.83 million. The company anticipates an adjusted gross margin between 64% and 66% in the first quarter.
Credo Technology shares jumped 20.6% to trade at $75.58 on Tuesday.

RIOT Production Update: Riot mined 514 bitcoin in May, up 11% month-over-month and 139% on a year-over-year basis. The company said it held 19,225 bitcoin at the end of the month.
Riot increased its deployed hashrate to 35.4 EH/s during the month, up from 33.7 EH/s in April and up 142% year-over-year. 
&#8220;In May, Riot made significant progress across our&nbsp;bitcoin&nbsp;mining and data center platforms. Riot mined 514&nbsp;bitcoin&nbsp;in May, an&nbsp;11%&nbsp;increase over the previous month, and we will continue to prioritize operational excellence as we head into the summer months in&nbsp;Texas&nbsp;and&nbsp;Kentucky,&#8221; said Jason Les, CEO of Riot.

CLSK Production Update: CleanSpark mined 694 bitcoin in May, up about 10% on a month-over-month basis. CleanSpark said it held a total of 12,502 bitcoin at the end of the month after selling 293.5 bitcoin during the period. 
CleanSpark closed out May with an operating hashrate of 45.6 EH/s, up 7.5% from 42.4 EH/s at the end of April. 
&#8220;As we enter June, we&#8217;re positioned to become the first public&nbsp;Bitcoin&nbsp;miner to achieve 50 EH/s entirely through self-operated infrastructure. <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/topic/nuclear-energy">Nuclear stocks are</a> riding a wave — again. But this time, it's not just hype and hope. President Donald Trump's new executive orders have fueled interest in uranium mining and small modular reactors (SMRs).
Additionally, with AI-driven power demand soaring, investors are now asking if names such as Cameco Corp (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CCJ#NYSE">CCJ</a>), Constellation Energy Corp (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CEG#NASDAQ">CEG</a>) and Nuscale Power Corp (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SMR#NYSE">SMR</a>) stay hot — or fizzle?

"The energy needs of AI data centers and national defense could be nuclear's golden ticket," Goldman Sachs <a href="https://www.cnbc.com/2025/05/27/two-stocks-will-gain-the-most-from-trump-nuclear-orders-goldman-says.html">argues</a>, pointing to Cameco's uranium dominance and NuScale's freshly <a href="https://www.reuters.com/business/energy/us-approves-bigger-nuclear-reactor-design-nuscale-document-says-2025-05-29/">approved</a> 77 MW design. The company gives Cameco a Buy rating and $65 target — roughly 11% upside.
NuScale is chasing a different kind of glow. Its SMR design just got the green light from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and CEO John Hopkins says the company is in talks with five hyperscalers to power data centers. While it could plug straight into AI's growing appetite, it's not without radiation-like risk: Goldman's Neutral rating signals caution, especially after NuScale&#8217;s first project was scrapped last year.
Constellation Energy, the quiet giant in this trio, keeps delivering with less drama. It already powers data centers with Meta Platforms and is <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/large-cap/25/06/45748439/constellation-energy-signs-20-year-nuclear-power-deal-with-meta-stock-surges">building out another</a> gigawatt of nuclear capacity.
Beyond the ticker tape, the International Energy Agency says global nuclear investment could more than <a href="https://finance.yahoo.com/news/rising-demand-clean-power-drives-180500541.html">double</a> to $150 billion annually by 2030. 
The appeal?
Nuclear energy runs 24/7, unlike solar or wind, and generates electricity with minimal land use and managed waste.
Still, the sector&#8217;s history is riddled with false starts, delays and runaway costs. Investors who got burned before know: nuclear stocks tend to accelerate up fast — and melt down even faster.
For now, nuclear is glowing. But whether it lights up portfolios or just burns through capital will depend on execution, regulation and maybe how fast AI uses electricity.

Agenus Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/AGEN#NASDAQ">AGEN</a>) shares are trading higher Tuesday after the company announced it signed a partnership agreement with Zydus Lifesciences to expand patient access <a href="https://www.benzinga.com//node/45742201">to Botensilimab and Balstilimab</a>.
What To Know:&nbsp;As part of the agreement, Zydus will pay $75 million to Agenus in exchange for its biologics manufacturing assets. Agenus may also receive up to $50 million in contingent payments tied to future production orders.
Zydus will use the acquired facilities in California as its flagship U.S. sites for biologics contract manufacturing, launching a biologics contract development and manufacturing organization (BioCDMO) to serve global biopharma clients. Agenus will be Zydus' first customer under an exclusive manufacturing agreement for BOT/BAL.
In addition, Agenus will grant Zydus an exclusive license to develop and commercialize BOT and BAL in India and Sri Lanka, with Agenus receiving a 5% royalty on net sales in those regions.
As part of the collaboration, Zydus will also make a $16 million strategic equity investment in Agenus by purchasing approximately 2.1 million shares of common stock at $7.50 per share.
&#8220;We are thrilled to be partnering with Agenus to advance BOT/BAL, which has the potential to benefit thousands of patients in our core markets of India and Sri Lanka annually and millions of solid tumor patients globally. We plan to run clinical trials testing BOT/BAL in both early-stage and late-stage disease, along with expansion beyond colorectal cancer to other major disease settings like triple negative breast cancer,&#8221; said Dr. Sharvil Patel, Managing Director at Zydus Lifesciences Ltd.

Perpetua Resources shares are trading higher. Traders are circulating an unconfirmed rumor that the company is seeing acquisition interest.

An analyst said in a new investor note that media giant The Walt Disney Company (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/DIS#NYSE">DIS</a>) could see its shares go higher due to its strength in <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/05/45251203/disney-rides-strong-subscriber-growth-and-movie-hits-lifts-forecast-with-1-billion-streaming-goal" target="_blank" rel="noopener">theme parks and streaming</a>.
The Disney Analyst: Rosenblatt analyst Barton Crockett maintained a Buy rating on Disney stock while raising the price target from $135 to $140.

The Analyst Takeaways: Crockett said <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/sports/25/05/45424674/espn-to-launch-ultimate-sports-destination-streaming-app-in-fall-why-analyst-says-disney-can-have-a-direct-relationship-with-their-viewers">theme parks and streaming</a> could be keys to Disney stock going higher, while looking at other strong company sectors like experiences, advertising, ESPN and movies.
"So much is strong right now, that if we avoid a recession we believe estimates can move up, and the multiple, too," Crockett said.
The analyst said concerns that Epic Universe could slow down Disney theme park traffic in Florida have been minimized. Crowds have been "muted" at Epic since the May 22 opening, and Disney has indicated that bookings for Walt Disney World are up year over year.
Crockett said Walt Disney World bookings were up 4% year-over-year for the third quarter and up 7% year-over-year for the fourth quarter, based on Disney's commentary from the second quarter earnings call. The analyst also highlights the company's cruise ship segment, which is adding more ships and revenue opportunities later this year.
Crockett said theme park spending will likely expand as long as the country avoids a recession.
"Our expectation is that Trump will focus on winning 2026 midterms, and stop tariff policy actions short of clearly sparking a recession."
For Disney's sports segment, Crockett sees NBA Playoff viewership as strong along with strong early WNBA viewership that could help the company's ESPN segment and advertising revenue.
The analyst assumes Disney's ESPN Unlimited streaming platform will debut for $30 a month before the football season. Crockett said the key will be to try to up-sell the 24.1 million ESPN+ subscribers who are paying $12 a month for the new service. The analyst predicts two million subscribers for ESPN Unlimited in the first year and three million subscribers in the second year.
Crockett highlights Disney's streaming strength with subscription prices increasing and advertising opportunities increasing. The analyst predicts Disney's DTC operating income "can go parabolic," with a prediction of going from $143 million in fiscal 2024 to over $1.1 billion in fiscal 2025 and over $2.2 billion in fiscal 2026.
"Disney is the most advanced of media conglomerates in transitioning its TV audiences to streaming."
Crockett said theme parks, streaming and movie success can help offset any concerns about the company's linear networks.
DIS Price Action: Disney stock is up 1.3% to $114.50 on Tuesday versus a 52-week trading range of $80.10 to $118.63. Disney stock is up 2.8% year-to-date in 2025.
