Capri Holdings is a marketer, distributor, and retailer of upscale accessories and apparel in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Jimmy Choo (acquired in 2017) is best known for women's luxury footwear. Its products are sold in more than 200 company-operated stores. Capri also owns a third brand, Versace, but has agreed to sell it to Prada. John Idol has served as Capri's CEO since 2003.

Trump Media &amp; Technology Group Corp. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/DJT#NASDAQ">DJT</a>) shares edged higher on Wednesday, as the company moves to broaden its offerings with a foray <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/07/g46440022/trump-media-applies-for-ai-related-trademarks" rel="noreferrer noopener">into artificial intelligence</a>.
The media venture, helmed by former President Donald Trump, announced that it has submitted trademark applications for &#8220;Truth Social AI&#8221; and &#8220;Truth Social AI Search,&#8221; as part of its plan to add AI-powered tools to the Truth Social platform.
Devin Nunes, CEO and Chairman of Trump Media, said the new features aim to boost the utility and scope of Truth Social by integrating artificial intelligence directly into the app.

The AI tools will become available across the platform&#8217;s iOS, Android, and web versions.
Nunes said this marks a &#8220;big push forward&#8221; in building an ecosystem of &#8220;non-woke&#8221; news and entertainment sources around Truth Social.
Truth Social AI isn&#8217;t the company&#8217;s only recent innovation.
Trump Media is also making a move into the cryptocurrency investment space.
According to a new SEC filing, the firm is preparing to launch an exchange-traded fund <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/crypto/cryptocurrency/25/07/46298615/trump-medias-new-crypto-blue-chip-etf-filing-comes-with-a-twist" rel="noreferrer noopener">dubbed the &#8220;Crypto Blue Chip ETF.&#8221;</a>
The fund will invest in a portfolio of high-profile cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, and Cronos. Nearly three-quarters of the fund&#8217;s assets would be concentrated in Bitcoin.
Earlier this week, the company also formally introduced its streaming service <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/social-media/25/07/46286421/trump-media-goes-global-truth-streaming-service-debuts-worldwide" rel="noreferrer noopener">Truth+</a><a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/social-media/25/07/46286421/trump-media-goes-global-truth-streaming-service-debuts-worldwide" rel="noreferrer noopener"> to a global audience</a>.
The service, which began its beta testing in late June, will continue to receive updates as Trump Media fine-tunes the platform and collects user feedback.
These developments indicate the company&#8217;s wider strategy to diversify its presence across social media, streaming, AI, and digital assets, aiming to serve a politically aligned user base with an all-in-one content and financial hub.
Price Action: DJT shares are trading higher by 2.12% to $18.32&nbsp;at last check Wednesday.

Coinbase's (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/COIN#NASDAQ">COIN</a>) Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal on Tuesday called on Congress to pass a series of long-awaited crypto bills, stressing that &#8220;sensible rules&#8221; for digital assets are "critically important" to maintaining America's global competitiveness in <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/crypto/cryptocurrency/25/07/46424764/trump-wishes-bitcoin-ethereum-xrp-happy-crypto-week-it-is-all-part-of-make-america-great-again">finance and technology.</a>
In an interview with CNBC, Grewal <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r3qeXR2345Y">emphasized</a> the urgency of passing the Clarity Market Structure Act, the Genius Act focused on stablecoins, and the Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act.
"It's critically important that we make progress on these bills to preserve America's competitiveness," Grewal said, highlighting the lack of regulatory clarity that currently clouds the digital asset landscape.
Coinbase recently launched a six-figure campaign to rally support for the Clarity Act, the company's top legislative priority, which seeks to define when a digital asset falls under the jurisdiction of the SEC or the CFTC. 
Grewal warned that without this foundational framework, even progress on stablecoin legislation would be incomplete.
The Genius Act, which has already passed the Senate, would for the first time recognize stablecoins as legitimate financial infrastructure, enabling institutions to invest with greater confidence.

Grewal described this as a "critical milestone" in advancing modern payment systems both domestically and internationally.
Addressing political resistance, particularly from Democrats voicing concerns about President Donald Trump's involvement in crypto, Grewal noted that opposition to the bills was limited to a "certain minority." 
He said bipartisan support remains strong and underscored that House Democratic leadership is not actively whipping votes against the legislation.
When asked about Fairshake, a crypto-focused political action committee to which Coinbase has now contributed nearly $100 million, Grewal reaffirmed the exchange's long-term commitment to advocating for crypto-friendly candidates on both sides of the aisle.
With President Trump expressing support for crypto regulation and aiming to sign key bills before the August recess, Grewal believes the timeline is realistic. 
He sought to reinforce that whether policymakers "love or hate crypto," the best way to address concerns is through comprehensive rules.

Employees at one New York City startup are being offered what sounds like a dream deal: a rent stipend of up to $1,500 a month, meals covered, free gym memberships, and salaries that can reach as high as $350,000 per year. But to cash in on those perks, workers must agree to work 70 hours per week, in person,<a href="https://fortune.com/2025/07/11/ceo-startup-rilla-employees-rent-stipend-benefit-office-culture/"> Fortune</a> says.
Rilla, an AI transcription startup based in Long Island City, is behind the controversial offer source. Founded by Sebastian Jimenez in 2019, the company wants employees to live close to the office and spend nearly all their waking hours there. According to Fortune, the rent stipend is only available to those who live within 10 to 15 minutes of the office and commit to the company's high-demand culture.

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">‘If You Live 30 Minutes Away, That's an Hour a Day You Could Be Working'</h2>
Jimenez believes long hours are the key to success and efficiency. "One of our core principles is to maximize productive time. If you live 30 minutes away from the office, that's an hour a day that you could be working," he told Fortune. He lives just five minutes from the office himself and expects employees to adopt similar habits.
Beyond the rent stipend and the other benefits, Rilla offers compensation that exceeds typical startup levels, Fortune says. Product designers can earn between $110,000 and $230,000, engineers up to $300,000, and sales professionals average around $350,000 annually, according to Jimenez.
So far, only about a dozen of Rilla's roughly 80 employees have accepted the rent stipend offer, despite the steep cost of living in New York City, Fortune reports. For many, the appeal is obvious as median rent in the city climbed 5.6% in the past year alone, reaching $3,397, according to data from<a href="https://www.realtor.com/research/nyc-q1-2025-rent/"> </a><a href="http://realtor.com/">Realtor.com</a>.

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">This Startup Doesn't Believe in Work-Life Balance and Says So Up Front</h2>
Rilla runs on a "996" calendar: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., six days a week, with occasional Sunday off-sites as well. According to Fortune, new hires must read a "culture deck" before joining and are warned directly in job postings not to apply unless they're excited about working 70 hours a week, in person.
Jimenez is transparent about who thrives at Rilla. He says the company mostly hires former startup founders or Division 1 collegiate athletes who are already used to extreme performance expectations. "This is by no means the way to run every startup," Jimenez told Fortune. "This is just the way it works for us."

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Rilla Isn't Alone in Raising the Bar for Employee Output</h2>
The push for higher productivity isn&#8217;t isolated to Rilla. A Microsoft<a href="https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/worklab/work-trend-index/breaking-down-infinite-workday"> report</a> found a 16% increase in meetings scheduled after 8 p.m. and nearly 30% of employees checking email after 10 p.m. According to<a href="https://www.entrepreneur.com/business-news/google-cofounder-sergey-brin-leaked-memo-60-hour-workweeks/487837"> Entrepreneur</a>, Google co-founder Sergey Brin recently told employees that 60-hour workweeks represent a productivity "sweet spot."
Rilla's offer may seem extreme, but it might be a signal of where parts of the industry are heading. The perks are real, the pay is high, and the expectations are spelled out from the start. For some, that's the dream, while for others, it's a warning label.
