Charge Enterprises&nbsp;(NASDAQ:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/crge-stock-quote/">CRGE</a>) stock is falling hard on Friday after the electric vehicle (EV) charging company notified investors of <a href="https://finance.yahoo.com/news/charge-enterprises-announces-decision-nasdaq-211500564.html">a delisting update</a> from the Nasdaq Exchange&rsquo;s Listing Qualifications Department.



This notice has the company&rsquo;s shares set to be delisted from the exchange when markets open on Feb. 29. This delisting comes as the company has failed to keep the price of CRGE shares above the $1 minimum bid requirement.



Investors will note that Charge Enterprises already applied for a 180-day extension to give it more time to get its share price back above the $1 minimum. However, the Listing Qualifications Department has rejected the company&rsquo;s extension request.



<h2>What&rsquo;s Next for CRGE Stock?</h2>



Charge Enterprises says that it won&rsquo;t appeal the Listing Qualifications Department&rsquo;s delisting decision. That means traders will see shares of CRGE stock be delisted this coming Thursday.



This doesn&rsquo;t mean that CRGE stock will disappear completely. After that delisting goes into effect, Charge Enterprises will seek to have its shares trade on the OTC Pink Market under the CRGE ticker.



CRGE stock is down 41.2% as of Friday morning as investors sell the shares. That has more than 5 million units changing hands as of this writing. For comparison, the company&rsquo;s daily average trading volume is about 18 million shares.

Applied Optoelectronics&nbsp;(NASDAQ:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/aaoi-stock-quote/">AAOI</a>) stock is taking a beating on Friday after the data networking company released its earnings report for the fourth quarter of 2023.



The company&rsquo;s earnings report starts off solid with its <a href="https://finance.yahoo.com/news/applied-optoelectronics-reports-fourth-quarter-211000668.html">adjusted earnings per share of 4 cents</a>. That&rsquo;s better than the flat earnings per share that Wall Street was expecting. It&rsquo;s also a major improvement over the -19 cents per share reported in the same period of the year prior.



Unfortunately, the report turns sour with Applied Optoelectronics&rsquo; revenue of $60.45 million. That&rsquo;s below analysts&rsquo; revenue estimate of $65.2 million for the quarter. It&rsquo;s also down from the $61.6 million in revenue reported in the fourth quarter of the prior year.



<h2>Q1 Outlook Hits AAOI Stock</h2>



Not helping AAOI shares today is the company&rsquo;s adjusted EPS guidance of -28 cents to -33 cents for Q1 2024. That would have it missing Wall Street&rsquo;s estimate of -1 cents per share.



Alongside that is a revenue outlook of $41 million to $46 million for the first quarter of 2024. Yet again, that would come in below analysts&rsquo; revenue estimate of $66.18 million.



AAOI stock is down 32.2% as of Friday morning with more than 1 million shares traded. Its daily average trading volume is about 3.4 million shares.

Carvana&nbsp;(NYSE:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/cvna-stock-quote/">CVNA</a>) stock is soaring higher on Friday after the used car e-commerce company posted record positive results in its <a href="https://investors.carvana.com/~/media/Files/C/Carvana-IR/documents/cvna-shareholder-letter-q4-2023.pdf">latest earnings report</a>.



First, investors will note that Carvana reported adjusted EPS of -$1.75 alongside revenue of $2.42 billion for Q4 2023. These are both below Wall Street&rsquo;s estimates of -92 cents per share and revenue of $2.55 billion.



Even so, traders are excited as the company has been improving its profitability over the last year. That resulted in it reporting a net income of $450 million in 2023. For comparison, its net loss from the prior year was $1.59 billion. Investors will also note that CVNA retired $878 million in debt during the year.

<h2>What&rsquo;s Next for CVNA Stock?</h2>



Carvana also provided an outlook for the first quarter of 2024 in its latest earnings report. The company is expecting retail units sold to increase slightly year-over-year. It&rsquo;s also looking for Adjusted EBITDA to be significantly above $100 million.



CNVA stock is up 42% as of Friday morning as some 6.4 million shares change hands. That&rsquo;s closing in on the company&rsquo;s daily average trading volume of about 8 million shares.
