GTA 5 Joins November's PlayStation Plus Lineup With Other Fan-Favorites

Super Micro Computer, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SMCI#NASDAQ">SMCI</a>) stock is moving lower on continued weakness Thursday after the company filed a FormNT 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission, indicating that it&#8217;s unable to file its 2025 fiscal-year first-quarter earnings <a href="https://www.benzinga.com//node/41938588">on time</a>.
The Details: Super Micro Computer said that it cannot complete and file its quarterly earnings before it finishes its 2024 fiscal-year earnings. Previously, the company told the SEC that it could not file its 2024 fiscal-year earnings on time.
In addition, the company is still selecting a new independent accounting firm after its previous accounting firm, Ernest &amp; Young, resigned. Allegedly, Ernest &amp; Young resigned due to accounting issues and export control violations.
The resignation of the company&#8217;s auditor puts Super Micro at risk of being delisted. If the company is delisted, it may be required to repay as much as $1.725 billion in convertible bonds ahead of schedule.
The new accounting firm will need time to review the company&#8217;s financial statements and its internal controls. Additionally, Super Micro&#8217;s management team is still assessing the effectiveness of the company&#8217;s internal controls.

On Wednesday, Eli Lilly And Co (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/LLY#NYSE">LLY</a>) released detailed results from the Phase 3 SURMOUNT-1 three-year study (176-week treatment period), the longest completed study to <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/24/11/n41957228/treatment-with-tirzepatide-in-adults-with-pre-diabetes-and-obesity-or-overweight-resulted-in-susta" rel="noreferrer noopener">date of tirzepatide</a>.
Weekly tirzepatide (Zepbound and Mounjaro) injections (pooled 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg doses) significantly reduced the risk of progression to type 2 diabetes in adults with pre-diabetes and obesity or overweight, compared with placebo, <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/biotech/24/08/40460727/eli-lillys-famed-obesitydiabetes-treatment-tirzepatide-shows-potential-to-cut-risk-of-developing-" rel="noreferrer noopener">over 176 weeks</a>.
Tirzepatide demonstrated sustained average weight loss of 22.9% (15 mg dose) through the three-year treatment period for the efficacy estimandi.

&#8220;Individuals treated with tirzepatide lost on average up to 23% of their body weight and maintained this for over three years while benefitting from a substantial decrease in risk of developing type 2 diabetes. In absolute terms, nearly 99% of individuals treated with tirzepatide remained diabetes-free at 176 weeks,&#8221; said&nbsp;Ania Jastreboff, director of the Yale Obesity Research Center.
&#8220;In the SURMOUNT-1 three-year study of tirzepatide, an average weight reduction of up to 22.9% was accompanied by a hazard ratio of 0.06 for progression to type 2 diabetes. This translates to a risk reduction of 94% and a number needed to treat of nine to prevent one case of diabetes,&#8221; said&nbsp;Jeff Emmick, SVP of product development at Eli Lilly.
At 193 weeks, 2.4% of patients on Lilly&#8217;s tirzepatide were diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes compared to 13.7% of patients in the placebo group.
In additional endpoints, the study showed an association of tirzepatide treatment with improved glycemic control, cardiometabolic risk factors (including fasting insulin, blood pressure, and lipids), and health-related quality of life sustained through 176 weeks.
A post hoc mediation analysis suggested that approximately half of the observed effect in a delay to onset of type 2 diabetes with tirzepatide was associated with medication-induced weight reduction.

99% Of Mounjaro/Zepbound Patients Remained Diabetes-Free Even At 3 Years, Eli Lilly's Detailed Phase 3 Data Shows

Nuvectis Pharma, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NVCT#NASDAQ">NVCT</a>) stock is trading lower after the company reported data from the Phase 1b study evaluating NXP800 in patients with platinum-resistant ARID1a-<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/24/11/g41967504/nuvectis-pharma-reports-encouraging-nxp800-interim-data-supporting-ongoing-enrollment-in-phase-1b-" rel="noreferrer noopener">mutated ovarian cancer</a>.
Three dosing regimens have been evaluated in twelve patients (four patients were treated on a once-per-day dosing schedule, two with 75 mg/day and two with 50 mg/day.
Subsequently, eight additional patients were treated with 50 mg/day on an intermittent dosing schedule of five days on / two days off, a dosing schedule implemented to mitigate thrombocytopenia).
All patients enrolled into the study failed at least two prior lines of systemic chemotherapy, including at least one prior platinum-based chemotherapy regimen, and most had also failed treatment with bevacizumab.
In eleven efficacy-evaluable patients, antitumor activity was observed with best responses, including one with an unconfirmed partial response and six patients with stable disease, including tumor shrinkage.
The Phase 1b interim data reported earlier this year included four patients evaluable for safety, of which three experienced Grade 4 thrombocytopenia.
Subsequently, in the eight patients treated with NXP800 using the intermittent dosing schedule (50 mg/day, 5 days on / 2 days off), the highest grade of thrombocytopenia observed was Grade 2 (one patient).
Other than thrombocytopenia, the most common treatment emergent adverse events included nausea, fatigue, vomiting, diarrhea and constipation, the majority of which being Grade 1-2.
Ron Bentsur, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nuvectis, said, &#8220;However, it is clear that we need to increase the dose intensity to drive more efficacy in the next set of patients. We are already enrolling patients into a cohort of up to 10-12 additional patients utilizing a regimen of 75 mg/day on an intermittent dosing schedule, which is expected to be the last cohort in this Phase 1b study. We expect to provide additional clinical data from the Phase 1b study in the second quarter of 2025.&#8221;
The NXP800 development program for this disease was granted FDA Fast Track Designation, and NXP800 was granted FDA Orphan Drug Designation for ARID1a-deficient ovarian, fallopian tube, and primary peritoneal cancers.

Nuvectis Pharma CEO Says Increased Dose Intensity Needed To Drive More Efficacy From Ovarian Cancer Lead Drug

In a costly error, an anonymous cryptocurrency investor known as &#8220;qklpjeth&#8221; recently lost $25 million after mistakenly transferring funds to an inaccessible contract address, prompting the investor to emphasize the relative safety <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/money/what-is-a-crypto-exchange">of centralized exchanges</a>.
What Happened: "Staking on centralized exchanges feels more secure since on-chain staking still carries significant risks," qklpjeth told Benzinga.
The misstep occurred on June 19, when 7,912.31 ezETH, a restaked Ethereum (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/eth/usd">ETH</a>) token issued by the Renzo protocol, was accidentally sent to the wrong address.
The user explained that a simple error in copying and pasting an address resulted in the funds being locked away permanently. 
&#8220;The funds were sent to a contract address that cannot be accessed,&#8221; said qklpjeth, adding that "the error happened simply because the wrong address was copied." 
Despite months of attempts to contact Renzo protocol for assistance, no progress has been made. 
The investor even issued a public appeal, offering a 10% reward, or $2.5 million, to anyone who could help recover the locked funds.

Why It Matters: The irreversible nature of such errors in the DeFi space has drawn the attention of industry experts.
Speaking with Benzinga, Ido Ben-Natan, co-founder &amp; CEO of Blockaid, points out that this incident underscores the dangers users face when they aren't fully aware of transaction details. 
"This is an unfortunate incident which highlights one of the core issues of modern-day crypto," Ben-Natan noted. "More often than not, users are unaware of the full ramifications of the transactions they sign." 
According to Ben-Natan, mistakes like these, which can include address typos or unintentional protocol misuses, occur because users often don't understand the complete impact of their transactions. 
While solutions to these issues exist, they are still limited. 
"Due to the very nature of crypto, in many cases it is impossible to revert an action," he explained. 
This, Ben-Natan emphasized, is why "users must take extra precautions, especially when moving large amounts of assets."
Echoing Ben-Natan's concerns, Ogle, CEO of Glue, elaborated on the technical complexities that can lead to such errors, specifically citing address discrepancies across blockchain networks. 
"Contract addresses vary across different blockchain networks, even when using the same underlying code," he said, adding that users often mistakenly copy a contract address from one network to another, leading to failed transactions. 
Ogle further advised that, until better user interfaces are developed, users should be cautious, especially when conducting large transactions. 
&#8220;The key is verifying both the network and address before any transaction,&#8221; he recommended. 
As a precautionary measure, Ogle himself advocates sending small test transactions before transferring significant sums. 
"This complexity shouldn't exist in cryptocurrency," he said. "Ideally, these technical details should be abstracted away, but for now, it's best to remain cautious."
Ogle, CEO of Glue, agreed, noting the complexities that arise from differences in contract addresses across blockchain networks. 
He mentioned that "verifying both the network and address before any transaction" is essential, especially given the current limitations in blockchain's user experience design. 
He also recommended that users take advantage of emerging blockchain safety features and test transactions as a standard practice. 
"Sending a small test amount first can save users from substantial loss. It's just good practice in a system where mistakes can&#8217;t be undone," he told Benzinga.
Asked about improvements within blockchain security that could help minimize the risks of irreversible mistakes like this one in the future, he said there were two approaches to mitigate risks &#8211; Either blockchains can implement emergency measures like network forks &#8211; similar to how Ethereum split into Ethereum and Ethereum Classic years ago.
He added that a more practical approach is improving user experience through better safety features. 
&#8220;Think text message confirmations (2FA), prompts to verify the network you&#8217;re on, checks on transaction amounts, and reminders to do test transactions first,&#8221; he said,

Piper Sandler analyst Michael S. Lavery upgraded Campbell Soup Company (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CPB#NASDAQ">CPB</a>) to Overweight from Neutral, <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/CPB/analyst-ratings" rel="noreferrer noopener">raising the price forecast from $47 to $56.</a>
The analyst upgraded Campbell Soup due to improved long-term growth prospects from its Rao&#8217;s brand and better sales trends in the U.S. (excluding SOVO brands).
Despite better trends, the stock has had a 15% pullback since mid-September. The analyst sees this as a good buying opportunity.

Campbell Soup has agreed to sell its Noosa yogurt business for an undisclosed amount, with the deal expected to close in first quarter of 2025. The company acquired Noosa as part of its SOVO purchase in March 2024.
The analyst assumes the sale will be finalized on January 1, 2025, with proceeds of around $250 million.
Per the analyst, the divestiture is expected to reduce sales by approximately $177 million annually and will slightly lower F25 earnings per share (EPS) by $0.01.
However, this impact is expected to be more than offset by higher revenue growth expectations.
The analyst raised the 2025 EPS estimates from $3.20 to $3.21 and the 2026 EPS expectations from $3.37 to $3.38.

Campbell Soup Rao's Brand Growth Strong And US Sales Trend Improving, Analyst Upgrades Stock

Goldman Sachs analyst Mark Delaney maintained a neutral rating on Rivian Automotive Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/RIVN#NASDAQ">RIVN</a>) and raised the price target from&nbsp;$10&nbsp;to&nbsp;$12.
Following the market close on November 12, 2024, Rivian Automotive and Volkswagen AG (OTC:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/VWAGY#OTC">VWAGY</a>) confirmed <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/24/11/41934150/rivian-shares-rise-13-in-pre-market-after-volkswagen-increases-planned-investment-to-58b" rel="noreferrer noopener">the official launch</a> of their 50-50 joint venture (JV), set to begin on November 13.
The JV will focus on advancing electrical and electronic (E/E) architecture technology, explicitly targeting electronic control units (ECUs), network infrastructure, and associated software.

Both companies will continue to develop vehicles independently, excluding areas like battery technology, powertrains, and autonomous driving systems from the collaboration.
The JV plans to leverage Rivian's existing software and E/E architecture stack. Rivian's R2 model, slated for production in the first half of 2026, will be the first vehicle to utilize this platform, with Volkswagen expected to implement it in their vehicles by 2027. An initial demonstration model, a retrofitted VW vehicle showcasing Rivian's technology, has already been developed as part of this collaboration.
The JV agreement outlines an increased total investment of up to $5.8 billion by 2027, revised upward from the initial $5 billion. Rivian's Chief Software Officer, Wassym Bensaid, and Volkswagen's Chief Technology Engineer, Carsten Helbing, will lead the initiative.
Although both companies will contribute staff, Rivian will initially provide most personnel.
Rivian received $1 billion through a convertible note at the JV's inception. With the JV now operational, Volkswagen has committed an additional $1.3 billion to Rivian for background IP licenses and a 50% equity stake.
The remaining investment, up to $3.5 billion, will be contingent on achieving specific milestones: $1 billion linked to financial performance, $1.5 billion tied to technical and operational benchmarks, and $1 billion structured as loans with time-based disbursements.
Under the agreement, through 2028, Rivian will cover 25% of shared platform costs, while Volkswagen will handle 75%. Starting in 2029, the partners will split expenses evenly, with Volkswagen providing an extra $100 million annually to reduce Rivian's financial burden.
Rivian expects the capital from Volkswagen and its existing liquidity to be sufficient to support operations through the production ramp of the R2 model in Normal, Illinois, and future midsize platforms in Georgia.
Analyst Delaney views the joint venture as a positive development for Rivian, significantly improving its balance sheet and liquidity without additional stock dilution.
Delaney stated that the deal highlights the strategic value of Rivian's technology platform, particularly in software and services, as emphasized in the recent "Platforms &amp; Power" report.
Despite these positives, the analyst maintains a Neutral rating on Rivian shares, citing a challenging competitive landscape, uncertainties around EV demand, and policy risks in the U.S. market.

The Fight Stats: Friday's main event fight will feature a stark difference between the boxers with Tyson coming in at 58 years old, more than twice the age of Paul, who is 27. In fact, Tyson took part in 47 fights before Paul was even born, according to <a href="https://www.espn.com/boxing/story/_/id/39772221/what-boxing-stats-tell-us-mike-tyson-vs-jake-paul-fight-netflix-friday">ESPN</a>.
Tyson holds a 50-6 career boxing record and is one of the most well-known boxers of all time, known as "the Baddest Man on the Planet" and "Iron Mike."
Paul holds a 10-1 boxing record with his professional career beginning in 2020.
Tyson is recognized as one of the best boxers of all time and was named the No. 1 hardest hitter in heavyweight history by ESPN. Tyson became the youngest heavyweight champion ever at the age of 20, and had a run of 37 consecutive victories during his professional boxing career including 33 wins by knockout.
Tyson&#8217;s last professional boxing bout came in 2005. The boxer also took part in several exhibition matches, including a 2020 match against&nbsp;Roy Jones Jr., which was declared a draw after eight rounds.
Paul's last boxing match came in July of this year with a win to add to his impressive 10-1 record. While Paul lacks the experience of Tyson, he comes into the match as the more recent professional boxer and has a 76-inch to 71-inch reach advantage over Tyson.
Unlike most traditional heavyweight boxing matches, the fight will feature 14-ounce gloves instead of 10-ounce gloves and rounds will be two minutes instead of three minutes in length. The fight is scheduled to go eight rounds, instead of a customary 10 or 12 rounds.
Friday's fight between Tyson and Paul is officially sanctioned as a real fight and not an exhibition match.
Betting Odds, Prediction Markets: Friday's fight will likely see strong betting volume thanks to a larger number of viewers potentially from around the world with the fight on Netflix and not on the more costly pay-per-view option.

Why It's Important: The biggest takeaway from the poll is that whether or not it's because of Trump and Musk being friends, 86% of readers believe Tesla stock will hit all-time highs in 2025.
The current all-time high for Tesla stock is $414.50, hit on Nov. 7, 2021. To reach the all-time high, which last occurred three years ago, Tesla stock would have to gain an additional 27.6% from today's share price of $324.96.
Trump has spoken negatively about electric vehicles many times in the past, and many believe that he will remove federal credits for American buyers of EVs.

If Tesla Stock Hits All-Time Highs In 2025, Will It Be Driven By Trump-Musk Relationship? Benzinga Readers Say This

Vermont-based ice cream manufacturer Ben &amp; Jerry&#8217;s, an independent subsidiary of Unilever plc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/UL#NYSE">UL</a>), has a long <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cannabis/24/04/38440644/ben-jerrys-wont-stop-fighting-until-theres-cannabis-legalization-and-justice-says-activism-lead">history of corporate activism</a>. Its latest round has brought it into conflict with its own parent company.
What Happened: On Wednesday, Ben &amp; Jerry&#8217;s filed a contract lawsuit against Unilever in the Southern District of New York. The federal lawsuit alleges that Unilever breached Ben &amp; Jerry&#8217;s autonomy over social justice activism, specifically its various statements in support of a cease-fire between the Israeli government and Hamas in <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/asia/24/10/41405272/sinwar-death-marks-turning-point-in-gaza-war-netanyahu-says-its-the-beginning-of-the-end">the ongoing war</a>. Ben &amp; Jerry&#8217;s and Unilever hold agreements to allow the brand's independent board to make social justice activism decisions.
Unilever has not yet filed a response, but a spokesperson reacted to Ben &amp; Jerry&#8217;s lawsuit in an email to Benzinga.

The Burlington-based company&#8217;s complaint alleges that Unilever &#8220;silenced&#8221; efforts to speak out in support of Palestine. Following Ben &amp; Jerry&#8217;s statement in 2023 in support of an Israel-Palestinian cease-fire, the London, England-based parent company allegedly threatened to dissolve its independent board and sue board members.
In addition, Unilever blocked Ben &amp; Jerry&#8217;s donations to Jewish Voice for Peace and the Council on American-Islamic Relations, two organizations in support of Palestinians, the ice cream brand alleges. 
Ben &amp; Jerry&#8217;s previously sued Unilever in 2022. The ice cream manufacturer had announced a <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/government/21/07/22048169/ben-jerrys-joins-bds-movement-to-boycott-west-bank-and-east-jerusalem">cessation of sales</a> in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem in protest of Israeli policy. Unilever subsequently sold Ben &amp; Jerry&#8217;s Israel license, something Ben &amp; Jerry&#8217;s said was done without permission.
