The company has beaten analyst estimates for earnings per share in four straight quarters and nine of the last 10 quarters overall. Analysts expect revenue of $1.09 billion, up from $868.8 million in last year's second quarter. The company has beaten analyst estimates for revenue in more than 10 straight quarters. Along with momentum ahead of earnings, Snowflake could be in the spotlight with privately traded rival Databricks recently valued <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/tech/25/08/47223120/databricks-sets-100-billion-benchmark-with-late-stage-raise-as-investors-pile-in">at $100 billion</a>. For comparison, Snowflake has a market capitalization of $65 billion. Snowflake could remain hot thanks to the Databricks funding round and in the future if Databricks goes public. Snowflake analysts <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/SNOW/analyst-ratings">have been positive </a>on the stock ahead of earnings with Citigroup maintaining a Buy rating and raising the price target from $245 to $250. Bank of America Securities also <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-stock-ratings/upgrades/25/08/47236998/snowflakes-ai-powered-growth-trajectory-remains-strong-says-analyst">upgraded the stock</a> from Neutral to Buy and raised the price target from $220 to $240. Bank of America Securities analyst Brad Sills said the company is seeing accelerated demand for its core data warehouse and Cortex AI.

The company is set to report first-quarter financial results on Sept. 3.  Analysts expect earnings per share of 36 cents, up from 4 cents per share in last year's first quarter. The company beat analyst estimates for earnings last quarter and have beaten estimates in five of the last 10 quarters, along with three quarters that met expectations. The company has been more consistent with revenue growth, beating analyst estimates in nine of the last 10 quarters. Analysts expect revenue to grow from $59.7 million in last year's first quarter to $190.8 million in this year's first quarter.

Coinbase Foresees 300% Surge in Stablecoin Market Cap to $1.2 Trillion by 2028

Democrats have voiced their discontent over President Donald Trump's Department of Justice&#8217;s release of Jeffrey Epstein files, claiming that the majority of the documents were already accessible to the public.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Democrats Say 97% Files Contain No New Information</h2>



Democrats on the House Oversight Committee revealed that 97% of the Jeffrey Epstein files released by the Department of Justice were already public. Rep. Robert Garcia, D-Calif., stated the &#8220;overwhelming majority&#8221; of the 33,295 pages contained no new information, according <a href="https://www.forbes.com/sites/zacharyfolk/2025/08/23/democrats-say-97-of-epstein-files-given-to-congress-were-already-public/">to</a> a Forbes report.



Garcia&#8217;s office informed Forbes that many documents were previously released by the Department of Justice, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, or the Palm Beach County State Attorney's Office.

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">What These Documents Include</h2>



The documents released include the Department of Justice Office of Inspector General Report on Epstein's death, a memo from Attorney General Pam Bondi to FBI Director Kash Patel, and a video of Epstein's jail cell on the night of his death.



The new documents included in the release were records from Customs and Border Protection detailing Epstein's private jet location from 2000 to 2014, totaling less than 1,000 pages, according to Garcia&#8217;s office.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Full Review Necessary, Says Garcia</h2>



Garcia expressed on X that much of the material was already public, but a full review is necessary. He criticized the Justice Department for releasing Ghislaine Maxwell&#8217;s testimony, stating she is &#8220;desperately seeking a pardon&#8221; and cannot be trusted.



The release follows the Trump administration&#8217;s review of Epstein documents, with most files previously available through court filings or media leaks. Lawmakers subpoenaed the files in August, while efforts to unseal grand jury documents remain unsuccessful.



The controversy surrounding the release of the Epstein files has been ongoing. <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cuban's Media Start</h2>



During the interview, Cuban recalled his early days in the media sector with the creation of Audionet, which would later become Broadcast.com.



Cuban remembered recording radio station feeds in Texas. During the interview, Cuban showed off the first two VCR tapes he used to record hours of radio content, which he now has framed.



Streaming back in 1995 was extremely complicated, Cuban recalled, saying that you had to have a computer, a specific modem, subscription to internet service providers and download streaming client software.



Over time, Cuban turned the efforts into a success with streaming radio stations, police scanners and Chicago Cubs games. This was also happening before there were digital copyright laws, Cuban added.



Streaming a Victoria's Secret fashion show and sharing transcripts of the Monica Lewinsky, Bill Clinton tapes were big moments that led to huge traffic spikes for Cuban's company, he said.



Cuban later sold Broadcast.com to Yahoo for $5.7 billion.

Cuban was confident in streaming years before others even knew what streaming was.



"Everyone would call me a f&#x2A;&#x2A;&#x2A;ing moron," Cuban said.



The entrepreneur recalled saying streaming would replace television as things got cheaper and faster. Cuban said getting into cars and on phones was the moment he knew streaming had hit full scale.



Cuban is shocked at how long it took though.



"I thought by 2005, 2010 it would all be ubiquitous like it is now."



Cuban said people using Netflix don't even know that they're streaming today.
