The lager, originally developed as a nod to the all-too-frequent public transportation delays in the city, is once again hitting shelves across the Metro New York area.

The 16-ounce can features a design inspired by the familiar &#8220;delayed&#8221; signage seen on Penn Station&#8217;s departure boards, particularly referencing Long Island destinations.
It&#8217;s a visual cue that blends humor with an all-too-relatable experience for city residents.
Delayed Pilsner is available in 16oz cans at select retailers and major transit centers across New York.

What's Going On With Tilray Brands Stock On Tuesday?

Palantir Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/PLTR#NASDAQ">PLTR</a>) reported better-than-expected revenue for the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/PLTR/earnings">first quarter on Monday</a>.
Palantir reported first-quarter revenue of $883.86 million, beating analyst estimates of $862.83 million. The company reported first-quarter adjusted earnings of 13 cents per share, in line with analyst estimates.
"Our Rule of 40 score increased to 83% in the last quarter, once again breaking the metric. We are in the middle of a tectonic shift in the adoption of our software," said Alex Karp, co-founder and CEO of Palantir.
Palantir expects second-quarter revenue to be in the range of $934 million to $938 million versus estimates of $899.12 million.
The company also raised its full-year guidance. Palantir expects full-year 2025 revenue of $3.89 billion to $3.90 billion, up from prior guidance of $3.74 billion to $3.76 billion. Analysts were anticipating full-year revenue of $3.75 billion, according to Benzinga Pro.
Palantir raised guidance for full-year U.S. commercial revenue, full-year adjusted income from operations and adjusted free cash flow. The company now expects full-year adjusted free cash flow of $1.6 billion to $1.8 billion, up from prior guidance of $1.5 billion to $1.7 billion.
Palantir shares dipped 12% to trade at $108.89 on Tuesday.
These analysts made changes to their price targets on Palantir following earnings announcement.

Palantir Analysts Boost Their Forecasts After Q1 Results

Fabrinet&nbsp;(NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/FN#NYSE">FN</a>) shares are trading lower on Tuesday after it reported <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/05/g45207128/fabrinet-announces-third-quarter-fiscal-year-2025-financial-results" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">third-quarter FY25 results on Monday</a>.
Revenue was&nbsp;$871.8&nbsp;million, beating the consensus of&nbsp;$856.62 million. Adjusted EPS&nbsp;of&nbsp;$2.52 exceeded<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/earnings" rel="noreferrer noopener">&nbsp;the consensus of&nbsp;$2.49</a>.
Fabrinet CEO Seamus Grady said, &#8220;We delivered another strong telecom performance with growth that more than offset an anticipated sequential decline in datacom revenue. Our team continued to execute very well, producing non-GAAP EPS that also exceeded our guidance.&#8221;
&#8221;Looking ahead, we remain optimistic and confident in our ability to deliver strong execution in the fourth quarter and into fiscal 2026.&#8221;
As of March 28, cash and cash equivalents stood at $306.9 million.
Outlook: Fabrinet expects&nbsp;fourth-quarter&nbsp;FY25 revenue of&nbsp;$860&nbsp;million&nbsp;–&nbsp;$900&nbsp;million, surpassing&nbsp;<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/calendars/guidance" rel="noreferrer noopener">the street view of&nbsp;$888.62 million</a>.
The company also projects fourth-quarter adjusted EPS of&nbsp;$2.50-$2.70&nbsp;vs. the street view of&nbsp;$2.69.
Rosenblatt analyst Mike Genovese raised the price forecast from $230 to $250, <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/FN/analyst-ratings" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">while retaining a Buy rating</a>.
The analyst says that Fabrinet&#8217;s outlook in the Telecom sector has become increasingly attractive, and expects Telecom revenue to continue its sequential growth trajectory as both Data Center Interconnect (DCI) and traditional Telecommunications markets rebound.
Also, Genovese writes that Fabrinet is poised to benefit from contract wins with major players like Cisco, Infinera, and Ciena. Simultaneously, investors might observe a less robust performance in the Datacom segment. That may not come as a significant surprise, adds the analyst.
The analyst revised EPS estimates to $10.15 (from $10.17) for 2025 and reiterated FY26 estimates at $11.20.

Crude Oil Rises Sharply; US Trade Deficit Widens In March

JPMorgan analyst Christopher Horvers lowered estimates for Lowe&#8217;s Companies Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/LOW#NYSE">LOW</a>) ahead of the company&#8217;s first-quarter <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/earnings" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">earnings release on May 21</a>.
The analyst says that based on the industry analysis and data insights, he is cutting first-quarter comparable sales estimates to -2.7%, below the Street&#8217;s consensus of -1.7% and the broader buyside expectations (a <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/LOW/analyst-ratings" rel="noreferrer noopener">decline of 2% to 3.5%)</a>.
Horvers writes that Lowe&#8217;s experienced a more significant headwind from unfavorable DIY weather conditions earlier in the quarter and has underperformed Home Depot more recently, even as weather conditions improved.

The analyst notes that Lowe&#8217;s previously guided to a -2% comp for the first quarter and roughly flat comps for the first half, anticipating a ~$400 million shift of spring <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/calendars/guidance">sales into the second quarter</a>.
While Lowe&#8217;s faces easier weather comparisons in the second quarter (lapping &#8220;one of the worst weather backdrops in 30 years&#8221;), the analyst is slightly lowering second quarter comp estimates to +2% (from +3% previously).
This adjustment reflects the first quarter&#8217;s underperformance relative to management&#8217;s expectations, the uncertain weather outlook, and some underlying softness in the business, the analyst adds.
Further, the analyst estimates first quarter EPS at $2.87, compared to the Street&#8217;s $2.91.
Given the expectation that Lowe&#8217;s will miss its first quarter outlook and considering its positioning relative to Home Depot on tariffs, the analyst anticipates Lowe&#8217;s to adjust its full-year guidance towards the lower end of flat comparable sales and around a 12.3% operating margin. 
The analyst expects the company will reiterate confidence in managing tariffs and safeguarding margins in a less favorable scenario.

Shares of nuclear-linked stocks are trading higher. Axios reported the White House is seeking to hasten nuclear deployment.

Ford Motor Co (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/F#NYSE">F</a>) posted upbeat results for the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/F/earnings">first quarter on Monday</a>.
Ford Motor reported quarterly earnings of 14 cents per share, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of two cents, but is down from earnings of 49 cents per share from the prior year's quarter. Quarterly revenue came in at $37.42 billion, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $36.2 billion and is down from revenue of $39.89 billion from the same period last year.
"We are strengthening our underlying business with significantly better quality and our third straight quarter of year-over-year cost improvement, excluding the impact of tariffs,&#8221; said Ford CEO Jim Farley. &#8220;Ford Pro, our largest competitive advantage, is off to a strong start to the year, gaining market share in the most profitable U.S. and European customer segment."
Ford suspended its financial guidance, including full-year adjusted EBIT and adjusted free cash flow, due to tariff-related uncertainty.
Ford Motor shares gained 2.8% to trade at $10.46 on Tuesday.
These analysts made changes to their price targets on Ford Motor following earnings announcement.

These Analysts Revise Their Forecasts On Ford Motor Following Q1 Results

TreeHouse Foods Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/THS#NYSE">THS</a>) shares are <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/movers" target="_blank" rel="noopener">trading lower on Tuesday</a> after the company reported its first-quarter FY25 earnings.
The company reported a <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/05/n45216855/treehouse-foods-inc-reports-first-quarter-2025-results">first-quarter FY25 revenue decline </a>of 3% year-on-year to $796 million, beating the analyst consensus estimate of $790.42 million.
The net sales decrease was primarily due to unfavorable volume/mix related to planned margin management actions,&nbsp;broader macroeconomic consumption trends, and&nbsp;service impacts related to the voluntary recall of frozen griddle products.&nbsp;

Gross margin for the quarter expanded 90 basis points Y/Y to 14.5%. Adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations totaled $57.5 million, and the margin was 1.8%.
The company reported an operating loss of $(5.5) million compared to a loss of $(5.2) million last year. Operating expenses climbed 3% year over year to $120.7 million.
Adjusted EPS of $0.03 <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/earnings">beat the consensus</a> estimate of $(0.19). TreeHouse held $16.4 million in cash and equivalents as of March-end.
Outlook: TreeHouse reaffirmed its FY25 sales outlook of $3.34 billion—$3.40 billion, up from an estimate of $3.36 billion. The company expects FY25 adjusted EBITDA of $345 million—$375 million and capital expenditures of $125 million.
TreeHouse anticipates second-quarter sales of $785 million -$800 million versus an estimated $785.69 million.
Price Action: THS shares&nbsp;traded lower by 5.18% at $22.24 at last check Tuesday.

Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ZBH#NYSE">ZBH</a>) reported better-than-expected earnings for the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/ZBH">first quarter on Monday</a>.
The company posted first-quarter adjusted EPS of $1.81, down from $1.94 a year ago, beating the Street estimates of $1.77. The orthopedic giant reported sales of $1.91 billion, up 1.1% on a reported basis (+2.3% on constant currency), almost in line with the consensus of $1.9 billion.
&#8220;We are proud of our team&#8217;s continued execution and performance to start the year, as we delivered solid first quarter results and advanced our bold innovation agenda,&#8221; said Ivan Tornos, Zimmer Biomet&#8217;s President and Chief Executive Officer.
The company expects fiscal year 2025 adjusted EPS of $7.90-$8.10, down from prior guidance of $8.15-$8.35 versus consensus of $8.19.
The company expects 2025 revenue growth of 5.7% – 8.2% compared to 1%-3.5% expected earlier. It expects a foreign currency exchange impact of 0.0%-0.5%.
Zimmer Biomet shares gained 0.7% to trade at $91.08 on Tuesday.

GlobalFoundries Inc.&nbsp;(NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/GFS#NASDAQ">GFS</a>)&nbsp;reported <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/05/g45216979/globalfoundries-reports-first-quarter-2025-financial-results" rel="noreferrer noopener">fiscal first-quarter 2025</a> results on Tuesday. The company&#8217;s quarterly revenue growth of 2% year-on-year to $1.585 billion aligns with the&nbsp;analyst consensus estimate.
The contract chipmaker&#8217;s adjusted EPS of 34 cents beat the&nbsp;<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/calendars/earnings" rel="noreferrer noopener">analyst consensus estimate</a> of 28 cents.&nbsp;

Communications infrastructure &amp; data center revenue grew 45% Y/Y to $174 million. Home and industrial IOT revenue increased 6% Y/Y to $328 million. Automotive revenue rose 16% Y/Y to $309 million. Non-wafer revenue grew 8% Y/Y to $188 million.
Margins: The adjusted gross margin declined by 220 bps to 23.9%. The adjusted operating margin increased by 130 bps to 13.4%. The adjusted EBITDA margin declined by 200 bps Y/Y to 35.2%.&nbsp;
As of March 31, 2025, GlobalFoundries generated $331 million in operating cash flow and held $3.7 billion in cash and equivalents.
CEO Tim Breen attributed the quarterly results to design wins and growth in the Automotive, Communications Infrastructure, Datacenter, and Home and Industrial IoT end markets.
Outlook: GlobalFoundries expects second-quarter revenue of $1.425 billion—$1.925 billion versus the&nbsp;<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/calendars/guidance" rel="noreferrer noopener">$1.670 billion estimate</a>. The company expects adjusted EPS of $0.31-$0.41 versus&nbsp;the&nbsp;$0.35 estimate. The optimistic guidance signifies stable demand despite choppy auto production and a soft smartphone market, Reuters reported Tuesday.
The Trump administration&#8217;s global tariff plans threatened the semiconductor industry. Tariffs on automakers, GlobalFoundries&#8217; third-largest end-market, have already kicked in.
Outgoing CEO Thomas Caulfield&nbsp;mentioned tariffs on foreign-made chips&nbsp;could help U.S. manufacturers&nbsp;like GlobalFoundries by redirecting customers toward chips made in U.S. factories.
Policy uncertainty is also clouding the chip industry, which is bracing for potential changes to the Biden administration&#8217;s CHIPS Act.
Price Action:&nbsp;GFS stock is down 3.57% to $34.60 at the last check on Tuesday.

Bank of America: Palantir&#8217;s first-quarter revenue beat and raised guidance shows accelerated growth, Mora said in a new investor note.
The analyst highlighted that the first-quarter revenue beat came from strong demand for both commercial and government markets.
Mora said the $125 price target is part of a "longer-term valuation methodology" for the stock.
"We think this valuation fairly captures the beneficial position to national security and US government/allies' digital modernization efforts, a leading role in artificial intelligence-powered platforms, opportunistic partnerships, strong balance sheet and strong profitability," Mora said.
Goldman Sachs: Palantir is "still gaining momentum with AI strategy," Borges said in a new investor note.
Borges said the debate on the medium-term ecosystem remains.
"We believe the enterprise ecosystem continues to turn to Palantir as a proven way of executing AI strategy while alternatives are relatively more challenging to adopt," Borges said.
Palantir can also benefit from the defense tech industry, which is on track for "meaningfully more traction,&#8221; Borges adds. "We continue to view Palantir as well positioned to continue to deliver best-in-class growth given the secular trend towards enterprise AI adoption."
Wedbush: Palantir bull Ives raises the price target after the Q1 results. He again refers to the company as the "Messi of AI."
"The company continues to capitalize on the AI demand wave with its AIP product moat gaining further traction moving forward," Ives said.
The analyst said Palantir's multi-million dollar deals in the pipeline show the company's "land and expand strategy" is working.
Ives also highlighted Palantir's traction gains in Europe with a recent NATO partnership.
"We view Palantir as a generation tech name that we see as a trillion market cap over the next three years with PLTR being a core name in the AI Revolution theme over the coming years."
PLTR Price Action: Palantir stock is down 14.1% to $106.30 on Tuesday versus a 52-week trading range of $63.40 to $125.41. Palantir stock is up 41.3% year-to-date in 2025 and up over 320% in the last year.

Palantir Stock A 'Core Name In AI Revolution': Analysts Expect $1 Trillion Market Cap In 3 Years

Legendary investor Warren Buffett announced he is stepping down as the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway Inc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BRK#NYSE">BRK</a>) (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BRK#NYSE">BRK</a>) at the end of 2025, ending a run of leading the conglomerate that has often <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/education/25/01/42832123/warren-buffett-beats-sp-500-in-2024-how-oracle-of-omahas-returns-compare-over-past-20-years">outperformed the S&amp;P 500.</a>
Here's a look at how Buffett got started with Berkshire Hathaway and how much investing alongside him could have been worth.
What Happened: Buffett is one of the greatest investors of the current generation. He is known for his buy-and-hold approach to investing and has used that approach in his life, living in the same house<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/24/09/41095962/billionaire-warren-buffett-still-lives-in-an-old-corner-house-he-purchased-for-32k-i-couldnt-imagine" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> for the past 65 years.</a>
Before his buy-and-hold approach, which is still used today, Buffett was interested in purchasing low-priced stocks in the 1960s, including well-run companies trading at low prices.
"If (the stocks) were cheap enough, he didn't care it was a lousy company and lousy management. He knew he was going to make money anyways because of the cheapness," Berkshire Vice Chairman&nbsp;Charlie Munger&nbsp;said in the "Becoming Warren Buffett Documentary," CNBC&nbsp;<a href="https://www.cnbc.com/2017/12/12/buffett-bought-berkshire-hathaway-shares-for-7-dollars-and-50-cents-each.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">reported</a>.
Buffett&nbsp;<a href="https://www.berkshirehathaway.com/SpecialLetters/WEB%20past%20present%20future%202014.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">bought&nbsp;</a>his first shares of textile company Berkshire Hathaway in December 1962 for $7.50 each.
"I bought the first shares of Berkshire in 1962 and it was a northern textile business destined to become extinct eventually," Buffett said. "It was a statistically cheap stock and a terrible business."
Buffett saw an opportunity at a low price.
"Berkshire Hathaway was closing mills, and as they close mills, it would free up some capital, and then they would re-purchase shares. So I bought some stock with the idea that there would be another tender offer at some point, and we would sell the stock at a modest profit," he said.
Buffett was right, as he <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/education/24/08/40652464/warren-buffett-celebrates-94th-birthday-with-1-trillion-market-cap-milestone-a-look-back-at-hig" target="_blank" rel="noopener">received an offer </a>from Berkshire Hathaway to buy his 7% stake in the company. When asked at what price he would sell the holdings, Buffett told Berkshire head Seabury Stanton the price would be $11.50. Stanton agreed but later sent a letter with an offer for $11.375.
The Oracle of Omaha was taken aback by the letter and offer, which led him to refuse to tender his shares.
"That was a monumentally stupid decision," Buffett said of this move.
"That made me very mad, so I just started buying more stock. I just felt that I had been double-crossed by the management."
Buffett began buying more shares and eventually took control of Berkshire Hathaway. Seabury was let go from the company.
The textile business proved okay for Buffett for a couple of years before shutting down in 1985 and becoming what Buffett has called one of his worst investments of all time.
Over the years, Berkshire Hathaway became more than just a textile business, <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/entertainment/22/03/26224759/warren-buffett-owns-what-10-berkshire-acquisitions-you-may-have-forgotten" target="_blank" rel="noopener">buying up companies </a>such as Geico, See's Candies, Fruit of the Loom, Dairy Queen, and others.
Buffett also used the company's cash to <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/education/25/05/45208955/warren-buffetts-giant-berkshire-portfolio-top-10-includes-banks-oil-and-apple">acquire stakes in publicly traded companies</a> such as Coca-Cola Co (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/KO#NYSE">KO</a>), Apple Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/AAPL#NASDAQ">AAPL</a>), Bank of America (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BAC#NYSE">BAC</a>) and others.

Investing $1,000 in Berkshire Hathaway: As Buffett's first investment took place in Berkshire Hathaway in 1962, there's a good chance that if you're reading this, you might not have been born yet or old enough to buy stock.

&#8220;They&#8217;re&nbsp; really cool products. When the price goes up 50% or more, you might go out and buy pizza from Domino&#8217;s or something.&#8221; Petersen suggested the government could ultimately &#8220;back down&#8221; from the trade war as the pressure mounts.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tariff Chaos Hits Small Importers First</h2>
Flexport has already seen a sharp 35% decline in ocean freight bookings from China within a week of the tariff rollout, Peterson<a href="https://x.com/typesfast/status/1912890264135577990"> posted on X</a> on April 17. This early signal reflects growing uncertainty among small importers, many of whom lack the financial buffer to absorb sudden cost hikes.
Business owners across industries are struggling. Chelsey Brown, owner of the home décor company Curio Blvd told the<a href="https://www.ft.com/content/ae8277b7-f8fb-4262-811d-ed8f3d9c70fe"> Financial Times</a> she had to stop operations entirely. Jacob Sendowski, co-founder of Souper Cubes, estimated it would cost millions to relocate production away from China.

Adding to the pressure, the U.S. eliminated the de minimis exemption on May 2, requiring tariffs on low-value parcels previously exempt. The move will affect over 4 million small shipments from China daily, according to the<a href="https://apnews.com/article/1b52319a85572331baf31cb6287ecddf"> Associated Press</a>, intensifying costs for sellers relying on direct-to-consumer shipping models.
The tariff escalation is already triggering legal pushback. Five small businesses from various states have filed suit in the U.S. Court of International Trade, arguing that the administration&#8217;s use of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act violates the Constitution&#8217;s separation of powers.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Economy Shows Signs of Strain</h2>
U.S. gross domestic product shrank <a href="https://www.bea.gov/sites/default/files/2025-04/gdp1q25-adv.pdf">0.3% in Q1 2025</a>—the first contraction in three years—due to falling imports and reduced government spending. This economic downturn is being closely watched as inflation and trade disruptions continue to ripple.
"I may not want to go higher, or I may not want to even go up to that level&#8230; because you want people to buy," President Donald Trump <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qXgnqYC83pQ">told reporters</a> on April 17, signaling he might not escalate tariffs further.

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Airlines, Farmers Brace for Fallout</h2>
The pain isn&#8217;t limited to retail. The <a href="https://nypost.com/2025/04/28/business/us-agriculture-industry-in-full-blown-crisis-as-trump-tariffs-shrink-chinese-orders">New York Post</a> reported last week that U.S. farmers are facing a &#8220;full-blown crisis&#8221; after China canceled 12,000 tons of pork orders and slashed soybean purchases by 97% in one week.
In the aviation sector, Southwest Airlines (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/LUV#NYSE">LUV</a>) CEO Bob Jordan told<a href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2025-04-24/southwest-ceo-says-us-airline-industry-is-already-in-a-recession"> Bloomberg</a> in an interview late last month that the airline industry is already in a recession. &#8220;When consumers are uncertain, they pull back. Consumers can immediately stop spending,&#8221; he said.

'White House seeks to hasten nuclear deployment'- Axios

Tyson Foods Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TSN#NYSE">TSN</a>) shares continue to slide lower on Tuesday. This comes after yesterday's decline of more than 7%. Earnings came in at 92 cents, which was slightly ahead of estimates. But the $13.07 billion of revenue was lower than the $13.14 billion analysts were looking for.
Despite today's move, there is a good chance that it could reverse and head higher. This is why we have made it our Stock of the Day.
Sometimes, technical market dynamics can be more important than the fundamental news that has been reported. For example, as you can see on the chart, despite yesterday's news and panic sellers, the stock found a bottom right around $54.25.
It wasn't a coincidence there was support around this level. Levels that had previously been bottoms can become so again if a stock drops back to them.
This happens because of people who sold their shares when it was at support. A number of them regretted their decision to sell when the price rallied afterward. Some of them decided that if and when it was eventually possible, they would buy their shares back if they could do so at their selling price.

So when Tyson fell back to around $54.25 in January 2025, remorseful sellers from July 2024 came into the market as buyers. The large number of these orders they placed caused support at the same price.
A similar thing just occurred. On Monday, the low trade was right around this price, and the last two times the stock found this support, a rally followed.
Stocks tend to rally after they drop to support. This occurs when the traders and investors who created the support with their buy orders become aggressive.
They are concerned that others who wish to purchase shares will be willing to pay higher prices than they are. They know that if this happens, the sellers will go to them.
These concerned buyers don't want to miss their trades, so they increase the prices they are willing to pay. Other concerned buyers see this and do the same.
This can result in a bidding war that could force the price higher. It happened the past two times with Tyson at this support. It may be about to happen again.
