NaaS Technology Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NAAS#NASDAQ">NAAS</a>) ("NaaS" or the "Company"), the first U.S.-listed EV charging service company in China, today announced that that it plans to change the ratio of its American Depositary Shares (the "ADSs") to its Class A ordinary shares (the "ADS Ratio"), par value US$0.01 per share, from the current ADS Ratio of one ADS to 800 Class A ordinary shares to a new ADS Ratio of one ADS to&nbsp;3,200 Class A ordinary shares.
For the Company's ADS holders, the change in the ADS Ratio will have the same effect as a one-for-four&nbsp;reverse ADS split.&nbsp; A post-effective amendment to the ADS Registration Statement on Form F-6 will be filed with the SEC to reflect the change in the ADS Ratio.&nbsp; The Company anticipates that the change in the ADS Ratio will be effective on or about July 30, 2025 (U.S. Eastern Time).
Each ADS holder of record at the close of business on the date when the change in ADS Ratio is effective will be required to surrender and exchange every four&nbsp;existing ADSs then held for one new ADS. JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as the depositary bank for the Company's ADS program, will arrange for the exchange of the current ADSs for the new ones.&nbsp; The Company's ADSs will continue to be traded on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbol "NaaS."

Stanley Druckenmiller&#8216;s Duquesne Family Office LLC offloaded its stake in this famous artificial intelligence stock as it kept building a stake in this dividend-yielding tobacco company as of the end of the first quarter of 2025.
What Happened: Druckenmiller, who is the founder and the former chairman and president of Duquesne Family Office, reduced the fund&#8217;s holdings from 78 positions as of the fourth quarter of 2024 to 52 positions in the first quarter of 2025.
While the fund exited many companies and trimmed a lot of its positions, the most, so to speak, shocking exit was from the key AI player Palantir Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/PLTR#NASDAQ">PLTR</a>).
Meanwhile, the fund has built a stake in Philip Morris International Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/PM#NYSE">PM</a>) since the second quarter of 2024 and now holds 1.105 million shares in the tobacco company, with products sold in over 180 countries.

Despite a reduction in its stake by 18% from the fourth to the first quarter, the value of Philip Morris increased $163 million to $175 million. Before this period, the fund last held the stock during the first quarter of 2016.
The stock represented 5.7% of the total holdings of the Duquesne Family Office and has a dividend yield of 3% as per the <a href="https://pro.benzinga.com/dashboard">Benzinga Pro</a> data. It has gained 48.56% on a year-to-date basis and 71.23% over a year.
On the other hand, the fund was holding Palantir from the first quarter of 2021 to the same quarter of 2023. It again bought a stake in the firm during the first quarter of 2024 before completely exiting the stock in the first quarter of 2025..
There is a reasonable chance that this selling activity in Palantir represented nothing more than simple profit-taking. This comes as the stock has risen 88.99% on a year-to-date basis and 395.64% over the last year.

Stanley Druckenmiller's Duquesne Dumps Palantir, Bets Big On This Dividend Play Which Has Surged Nearly 50% In 2025

Expro (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/XPRO#NYSE">XPRO</a>) has been awarded a major three-year contract by Woodside Petróleo Operaciones de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. (Woodside Energy) in support of the Trion deepwater oil and gas development offshore Mexico.
Under the agreement, Expro will provide industry-leading tubular running services (TRS) and cementing services for what will be Mexico's first deepwater oil production facility - a major milestone in the region's energy evolution.
Woodside and Expro have a long-standing partnership, with Expro supporting well construction activities in Mexico during the exploration phase. This latest collaboration further strengthens their well-established presence in deepwater operations across the country. As part of the project, Woodside Energy will manage operations from its Tampico shore base and office, while Expro is actively establishing a new hub in the area, supporting local employment and contributing to the economic growth of the area.
The contract enables Expro to deploy its differentiated well construction technologies, designed to offer a seamless solution from top drive to target depth. Services will include TRS casing, completion and drilling support, as well as the provision of casing accessories, cement heads, and Expro's Skyhook&#xAE; system.
In addition to technical execution, Expro's approach is aimed at optimizing well performance, driving cost-efficiencies, and enhancing operational reliability throughout the project lifecycle.

Cryptocurrency investors profited handsomely last week as altcoins followed Bitcoin&#8217;s record highs.
What happened: Bitcoin, the world's largest digital asset by capitalization, <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/crypto/25/07/46385051/bitcoin-zooms-past-121000-to-finish-historic-week-whats-fueling-the-rally">began a gravity-defying bull run</a> that propelled it beyond $122,000.
But while Bitcoin set the tone, its returns were eclipsed by other cryptocurrencies.
Ethereum, the second-largest coin, surged 17% in the last week, regaining $3,000 after a gap of more than five months. Its market dominance increased to 9.6%, while Bitcoin's share remained below 64%.
Interestingly, mid-cap coins like Cardano, Polkadot and Avalanche, once deemed as "Ethereum Killers," outgained Ethereum, surging 29.50%, 21.80% and 20%, respectively.

The CNN Money Fear and Greed index showed a slight decline in the overall market sentiment, while the index remained in the &#8220;Extreme Greed&#8221; zone on Friday.
U.S. stocks settled lower on Friday, a day after the S&amp;P 500 notched a fresh record high. Wall Street recorded losses last week, with the Dow Jones falling 1% and the S&amp;P down by 0.3%.
President Donald Trump signaled a more aggressive trade stance. Trump last week announced a 35% tariff on Canadian imports starting Aug. 1 and blanket duties of 15% to 20% on most other trading partners.
WD-40 Co. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/WDFC#NASDAQ">WDFC</a>) posted better-than-expected earnings for its third quarter, while sales missed estimates.
Most sectors on the S&amp;P 500 closed on a negative note, with financial, health care and materials stocks recording the biggest losses on Friday. However, energy and consumer discretionary stocks bucked the overall market trend, closing the session higher.
The Dow Jones closed lower by 279 points to 44,371.51 on Friday. The S&amp;P 500 fell 0.33% to 6,259.75, while the Nasdaq Composite slipped 0.22% to 20,585.53 during Friday's session.

S&P 500 Records Weekly Loss Amid Trump Tariff Jitters: Fear & Greed Index Remains In 'Extreme Greed' Zone

JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/JPM#NYSE">JPM</a>) is about to kick off the earnings season, as it is one of the first banks to report on July 15. However, its technical chart shows mixed signals as the bank is ready to report its second-quarter earnings.

What Happened: JPMorgan&#8217;s CEO, Jamie Dimon, warned that the markets were complacent about tariffs at an event in Dublin with Ireland&#8217;s Deputy Prime Minister, Simon Harris.
This comes after the bank&#8217;s CFO, Jeremy Barnum, mentioned during its first quarter earnings call that tariff policy are shifting corporate clients&#8217; focus &#8220;away from more strategic priorities with obvious implications for the Investment Banking pipeline outlook towards more short-term work, optimizing supply chains and trying to figure out how they&#8217;re going to respond to the current environment.&#8221;
He added that this has resulted in a &#8220;wait-and-see attitude&#8221; among corporate clients, making it &#8220;hard to make long-term decisions right now.&#8221;
As the corporates adjust and markets remain complacent, JPMorgan&#8217;s technical chart, as per <a href="https://pro.benzinga.com/dashboard">Benzinga Pro</a>, shows that its current share price of $286.86 apiece was higher than its 20, 50, and 200-day simple daily moving averages but lower than its eight-day SMA.
Meanwhile, its relative strength index at 60.13 was in the neutral zone, but its MACD line of 6.06 was slightly below its signal line of 6.80, signalling a bearish momentum amid a bullish trend.
Thus, overall, the technical indicators present a mixed picture for the bank&#8217;s stock, with a bullish trend supported by moving averages, but a recent bearish crossover in MACD suggesting a potential short-term pullback or slowing momentum.

"If the market is pricing a 20% chance, I'm pricing in a 40% to 50% chance,&#8221; Bloomberg <a href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2025-07-10/dimon-says-an-eu-us-tariff-framework-needs-to-get-done">reported</a>, quoting Dimon.
However, during JPMorgan&#8217;s first quarter earnings call, Dimon had mentioned that economists believe tariffs &#8220;will be inflationary to 0.5% or something like that.&#8221;
