On May 21, 2025, Edible Garden AG Incorporated, a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), entered into an inducement letter agreement (collectively, the "Inducement Letter Agreement") with an institutional investor and existing holder (the "Holder") of (i) Class A warrants to purchase 333,200 shares of the Company's common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the "Common Stock") issued on September 30, 2024 (the "September 2024 Warrants"), (ii) Class A warrants to purchase 333,200 shares of Common Stock issued on December 23, 2024 (the "December 2024 Class A Warrants") and (iii) Class B warrants to purchase 333,200 shares of Common Stock issued on December 23, 2024 (the "December 2024 Class B Warrants" and collectively with the September 2024 Warrants and the December 2024 Class A Warrants, the "Existing Warrants").The Existing Warrants had original exercise prices of $9.00 per share, and became exercisable immediately following issuance.

The issuance of the shares of Common Stock upon exercise of the September 2024 Warrants is registered &nbsp;pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1, as amended (File No. 333-281957), which was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on September 27, 2024. The issuance of the shares of Common Stock upon exercise of the December 2024 Class A Warrants and December 2024 Class B Warrants is registered pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-3, as amended (File No. 333-284360), which was declared effective by the SEC on January 31, 2025.

Pursuant to the Inducement Letter Agreement, the Holder agreed to exercise the Existing Warrants for cash at a reduced exercise price of $3.50 per share in consideration for the Company's agreement to issue new unregistered five-year warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,999,200 shares of Common Stock at an exercise price of $3.50 per share (the "New Warrants"). The New Warrants will be immediately exercisable upon issuance and have a term of five years from the initial exercise date.

Lowe&#8217;s Companies, Inc. The company posted adjusted earnings of $2.92 per share, which beat the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/earnings">analyst consensus estimate of $2.89</a>.
Revenue for the quarter was down 2% year over year at $20.93 billion, which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $20.94 billion.
Comparable sales fell 1.7%, with early-quarter weather headwinds partially offset by mid-single-digit growth in Pro and online sales.

As of May 2, 2025, Lowe&#8217;s operated 1,750 stores, totaling approximately 195.3 million square feet of retail selling space.

The company reiterated its focus on disciplined capital allocation, highlighted by a $645 million dividend paid this quarter.
Lowe&#8217;s acknowledged tariffs as a potential risk factor but did not provide specific guidance on their impact.
Lowe&#8217;s forecasts 2025 EPS of $12.15–$12.40 versus the $12.23 consensus estimate. Total sales are projected between $83.5 billion and $84.5 billion, compared with analysts&#8217; expectations of $84.31 billion.
Lowe&#8217;s expects an operating margin of 12.3% to 12.4% and plans to spend approximately $2.5 billion on capital expenditures.

Non-online marketing revenue&nbsp;grew 40% Y/Y to&nbsp;$1.30 billion, driven by the AI Cloud business.&nbsp;AI Cloud business grew by 42% during the quarter.
Revenue from&nbsp;IQIYI, Inc&nbsp;(NASDAQ:&nbsp;IQ) was $990.3 million, beating the analyst consensus estimate of $973.7 million.&nbsp;This is a&nbsp;9.97% decrease over sales of&nbsp;$1.10 billion&nbsp;in the same period last year.
Baidu&#8217;s SG&amp;A expenses were $815 million, up 10% Y/Y, primarily due to an increase in channel spending and promotional marketing expenses. R&amp;D expenses declined 15% Y/Y to $626 million.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Baidu&#8217;s adjusted EBITDA margin declined by 400 bps to 22%, and its Core adjusted EBITDA margin&nbsp;decreased by 400 bps to 26%.
As of March 31, 2025, Baidu had $19.6 billion in cash and equivalents. Free cash flow was an outflow of $1.23 billion, and free cash flow excluding iQIYI was an outflow of $1.27 billion, mainly due to an increase of investment in AI business.
Baidu co-founder and CEO Robin Li said the performance of its AI Cloud business underscores the growing market recognition of full-stack AI products and solutions with a highly competitive price-performance advantage. It also achieved a pivotal milestone in its robotaxi business, as Apollo Go expanded internationally by entering&nbsp;Dubai&nbsp;and&nbsp;Abu Dhabi, Li added.
&#8220;AI Cloud continued its robust growth in the first quarter, which provides solid support to our overall revenue while we accelerate the AI transformation across our mobile ecosystem,&#8221; said&nbsp;Junjie He, Interim CFO of Baidu. &#8220;Looking ahead, we are strongly committed to investing in AI to translate our technological strengths into sustainable long-term growth,&#8221; he added.

The new Radeon RX 9060 XT GPUs are powered by the AMD RDNA 4 architecture and deliver 1440p gaming with FSR 4 ML-enhanced upscaling and accelerated ray tracing.
AMD also announced the Radeon AI PRO R9700, a new GPU built on AMD RDNA 4 architecture with second-generation AMD AI accelerators designed for local AI inference, model finetuning, and complex creative workloads, with scalability for multi-GPU systems.
AMD also introduced the Ryzen Threadripper PRO 9000 WX-Series and Ryzen Threadripper 9000 Series processors, which bring core counts, memory bandwidth, and next-gen platform capabilities to desktops.
AMD reported&nbsp;<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/buybacks/25/05/45410939/amd-stock-pops-on-6-billion-buyback-plan-us-tariff-ease" rel="noreferrer noopener">first-quarter revenue</a>&nbsp;of $7.44 billion, up 36%, topping analyst estimates of $7.13 billion. The chipmaker reported first-quarter adjusted earnings of 96 cents per share, beating analyst estimates of 94 cents per share.
AMD expects second-quarter revenue of approximately $7.4 billion, plus or minus $300 million. Analysts are currently forecasting second-quarter revenue of $7.24 billion.
The board of directors approved a new $6 billion&nbsp;share repurchase program, increasing the total current repurchase authority to roughly $10 billion.
