Guild Holdings

Guild Holdings Co is a growth-oriented mortgage company. It operates in two segments; The origination segment operates its loan origination business throughout the United States. It is responsible for loan origination, acquisition, and sale activities. This segment is further divided into retail and correspondent channel, and The servicing segment provides a steady stream of cash flow to support the origination segment more importantly it allows for the Company to build long-standing client relationships that drive repeat and referral business back to the origination segment to recapture the client's next mortgage transaction. It is responsible for the servicing activities of all loans in its servicing portfolio. It generates a majority of its revenue from the Origination segment.

NUBURU's Strategic Growth Potential Enhanced Through Access to Capital and Key Acquisition Targets
NUBURU, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BURU#NYSE">BURU</a>), a leader in high-power blue laser technology under a pivotal transformation plan, entered into a standby equity purchase agreement (the "Agreement") with YA II PN, Ltd. (the "Investor") under which the company has the option, subject to the conditions set forth therein, to sell up to $100 million in shares. This facility provides NUBURU with the financial flexibility to execute controlled stock sales until May 30, 2028.
The Agreement, executed on May 30, 2025, allows NUBURU to sell shares valued up to $100 million at its discretion, which will be based on market conditions and the company's evolving needs. Under the terms of the Agreement, NUBURU maintains full authority over the timing and quantity of any share sales, ensuring strategic control over its funding operations and empowering NUBURU to dictate the pace and volume of equity sold, aligning sales strategies with operational goals. Certain conditions, including an effective registration statement, must be satisfied before the company may make any sales under the Agreement.
The purchase price for the equity sales under the Agreement will be 97% of the lowest daily volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the common shares over the three trading day period following the company's submission of a sale notice to the Investor.
The proceeds from any stock sales under this agreement are intended for general corporate purposes, including working capital and growth initiatives, consistent with NUBURU's strategic commitments outlined in its transformation plan. In line with these growth ambitions, the Company recently disclosed its plan to acquire a controlling interest in Tekne S.p.A. ASP Isotopes Inc. NASDAQ: ASPI ("ASP Isotopes" or the "Company"), today announced the pricing of an underwritten registered direct offering of 7,518,797 shares of its common stock at a price of $6.65 per share to a single fundamental institutional investor. The gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $50.0 million. The offering is expected to close on or about June&nbsp;3, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
Cantor and Canaccord Genuity acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
The net proceeds of this offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital, operating expenses, and capital expenditures, as well as funding the disbursement to Renergen under our bridge loan agreement with Renergen.

Retailers are speaking out. Walmart (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/WMT#NYSE">WMT</a>) CFO John David Rainey said in a May 15 <a href="https://corporate.walmart.com/content/dam/corporate/documents/newsroom/2025/05/15/walmart-releases-q1-fy26-earnings/q1-fy26-earnings-call-transcript.pdf">earnings call</a> that inflation is still a factor—up about 40 basis points from last year—but the company is managing it through stronger margins and a shift in its business mix, giving it some room to adjust prices if needed.
Atlanta <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/25/02/43788384/fed-chair-powell-stands-firm-standard-case-for-free-trade-logically-still-makes-sense-amid-trumps-import-taxes">Federal Reserve</a> President Raphael Bostic warned that businesses are nearing the limits of their ability to absorb import taxes, suggesting a broad price spike could be on the horizon, <a href="https://www.reuters.com/business/us-economy-may-be-brink-price-hike-wave-feds-bostic-says-2025-05-20/">Reuters reported.</a> He said that earlier tactics like stockpiling are becoming less effective, and future price shifts may reveal how consumers respond.

The University of Michigan's preliminary May <a href="https://www.sca.isr.umich.edu/">consumer sentiment index</a> slid to 50.8—its lowest reading since 2022—as nearly three-quarters of respondents spontaneously blamed tariffs, according to the survey.&nbsp;
Against that backdrop, Logis offers five guideposts for relatives hoping to ease MAGA supporters off the ride: find common ground, skip insults, invite reconciliation, keep conversations respectful and, only after trust builds, introduce stories of other defectors.&nbsp;
Calling MAGA a cult or crowing "I told you so" fuels defensiveness, he said.
Logis believes empathy plus stark wallet math will do the heavy lifting. "There will be a gradual, and then sudden, realization," he wrote, that tariffs, deportations and runaway deficits "will harm lower-income and middle-class Americans, along with small-business owners, worst of all."&nbsp;

This Visa Analyst Begins Coverage On A Bullish Note; Here Are Top 5 Initiations For Monday

GE Aerospace Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/GE#NYSE">GE</a>) is passing along higher prices to customers after U.S. trade tariffs created a $500 million cost burden, meaning airlines, and eventually passengers, will soon <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/topic/tariffs">feel the heat.</a>
Speaking from New Delhi at the International Air Transport Association's annual meeting, chief executive officer Larry Culp told Bloomberg that the world's largest aircraft engine maker is no longer able to shield customers from the financial impact of trade restrictions introduced under President Donald Trump's policies.
"We will be taking cost actions and passing along some of that residual," Culp said.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Is GE Already Seeing The Tariff Impact?</h3>
"Very much so," Culp said when asked whether the tariffs are affecting business now. The company has seen rising expenses and is adjusting its pricing strategy to preserve margins.
"We're managing the best we can, mitigating where we can through those supply-chain improvements but also through the cost and price actions," he said.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Tariff-Free Trade Helped Build US Aerospace</h3>
For decades, the global aerospace industry benefited from the 1979 Civil Aviation Agreement, which allowed for duty-free trade among key nations. 
Culp said that the framework helped U.S. companies like GE and Boeing Co. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BA#NYSE">BA</a>) build a $75 billion annual trade surplus in aviation. But that advantage is eroding under new trade barriers.
"We've been advocating for a return to where we were on the heels of that 1979 civil aviation agreement," he said.
The U.S. has already signed a trade deal with the U.K., and more negotiations are underway. 
"I think June will be an important month," Culp added, as more agreements could shape the future cost landscape for aerospace exports.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Production Pressure Grows As Airbus And Boeing Ramp Up</h3>
GE is working to keep pace with increasing production from both Airbus SE and Boeing Co., who are planning record monthly output levels. 
"Be it with Airbus, be it with Boeing, they are effectively sold out through the rest of this decade," Culp said.
GE holds a $170 billion backlog and expects to build more engines in the second half of 2025 and in 2026 than in the first half of this year. 
Culp said parts received from key suppliers in April and May rose double-digits compared to the first quarter, a sign that the company's supply chain efforts are starting to pay off.
GE is also a major supplier to the U.S. Department of Defense, powering two-thirds of the U.S. combat aircraft and helicopters. Culp said the company remains focused on long-term military contracts and advanced engine development as defense spending increases.
When asked about growing concern over technology exports to China, Culp said GE has followed strict government procedures for years and is prepared for tighter controls if they come. 
"We welcome the scrutiny," he said.
