What To Know:&nbsp;As part of the agreement, Zydus will pay $75 million to Agenus in exchange for its biologics manufacturing assets. Agenus may also receive up to $50 million in contingent payments tied to future production orders.
Zydus will use the acquired facilities in California as its flagship U.S. sites for biologics contract manufacturing, launching a biologics contract development and manufacturing organization (BioCDMO) to serve global biopharma clients. Agenus will be Zydus' first customer under an exclusive manufacturing agreement for BOT/BAL.
In addition, Agenus will grant Zydus an exclusive license to develop and commercialize BOT and BAL in India and Sri Lanka, with Agenus receiving a 5% royalty on net sales in those regions.
As part of the collaboration, Zydus will also make a $16 million strategic equity investment in Agenus by purchasing approximately 2.1 million shares of common stock at $7.50 per share.

The Disney Analyst: Rosenblatt analyst Barton Crockett maintained a Buy rating on Disney stock while raising the price target from $135 to $140.

The Analyst Takeaways: Crockett said <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/sports/25/05/45424674/espn-to-launch-ultimate-sports-destination-streaming-app-in-fall-why-analyst-says-disney-can-have-a-direct-relationship-with-their-viewers">theme parks and streaming</a> could be keys to Disney stock going higher, while looking at other strong company sectors like experiences, advertising, ESPN and movies.
"So much is strong right now, that if we avoid a recession we believe estimates can move up, and the multiple, too," Crockett said.
The analyst said concerns that Epic Universe could slow down Disney theme park traffic in Florida have been minimized. Crowds have been "muted" at Epic since the May 22 opening, and Disney has indicated that bookings for Walt Disney World are up year over year.
Crockett said Walt Disney World bookings were up 4% year-over-year for the third quarter and up 7% year-over-year for the fourth quarter, based on Disney's commentary from the second quarter earnings call. The analyst also highlights the company's cruise ship segment, which is adding more ships and revenue opportunities later this year.
Crockett said theme park spending will likely expand as long as the country avoids a recession.
"Our expectation is that Trump will focus on winning 2026 midterms, and stop tariff policy actions short of clearly sparking a recession."
For Disney's sports segment, Crockett sees NBA Playoff viewership as strong along with strong early WNBA viewership that could help the company's ESPN segment and advertising revenue.
The analyst assumes Disney's ESPN Unlimited streaming platform will debut for $30 a month before the football season. Crockett said the key will be to try to up-sell the 24.1 million ESPN+ subscribers who are paying $12 a month for the new service. The analyst predicts two million subscribers for ESPN Unlimited in the first year and three million subscribers in the second year.
Crockett highlights Disney's streaming strength with subscription prices increasing and advertising opportunities increasing. The analyst predicts Disney's DTC operating income "can go parabolic," with a prediction of going from $143 million in fiscal 2024 to over $1.1 billion in fiscal 2025 and over $2.2 billion in fiscal 2026.
"Disney is the most advanced of media conglomerates in transitioning its TV audiences to streaming."
Crockett said theme parks, streaming and movie success can help offset any concerns about the company's linear networks.
DIS Price Action: Disney stock is up 1.3% to $114.50 on Tuesday versus a 52-week trading range of $80.10 to $118.63. Disney stock is up 2.8% year-to-date in 2025.

In a recent episode of the &#8220;<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jjZUMdtvZ9s">Lost Boys</a>&#8221; podcast, Professor Scott Galloway and the founder and managing partner of SkyBridge, Anthony Scaramucci, tackled what they say is one of the most urgent issues facing young men in America today: declining economic mobility and <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/personal-finance/25/05/45570238/when-men-dont-have-money-theyre-just-less-attractive-says-professor-scott-galloway-as-men-without-college-degrees-now-earn-22-less">rising anxiety around money</a>, work and status.

Galloway explained that for the first time in U.S. history, the average 30-year-old is doing <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/personal-finance/25/02/43499935/worldwide-57-expect-the-next-generation-to-be-worse-off-financially-what-drives-this-economic-pessimism">worse than their parents</a> were at the same age. &#8220;That has never happened before,&#8221; he said. &#8220;It creates rage and shame across the household, the neighborhood, the nation.&#8221;

A big part of the problem, he added, is how society has shifted wealth from younger generations to older ones. &#8220;There is more rage and shame in America because we continue to transfer wealth from the young to the old,&#8221; Galloway said. This <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/personal-finance/24/03/37464513/older-and-wiser-now-means-being-richer-baby-boomers-own-72-of-nations-wealth-but-gen-x-and-the-y">growing generational gap</a>, he argued, is central to understanding why so many young people feel hopeless.
He argued this breakdown in generational progress has political consequences, explaining that this election was essentially a referendum on &#8220;I don&#8217;t care about trans rights. I don&#8217;t care about territorial sovereignty in Ukraine. If my kid&#8217;s not doing well, I want chaos, I want change.&#8221;
According to Galloway, constant exposure to wealth and status online intensifies these feelings. &#8220;Two hundred ten times a day, you&#8217;re notified on your phone that there are people&#8230; on Gulfstreams and partying in St. Barts,&#8221; he said.

Even the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/startups/24/10/41600192/robert-herjavec-jokes-about-working-to-get-a-bigger-jet-than-mark-cubans-cubans-which-one-response-h">successful feel left behind</a>. Scaramucci shared a story about a 41-year-old millionaire venture capitalist who felt like a failure because JD Vance, also 41, had become vice president. &#8220;We&#8217;ve lost our anchor,&#8221; Scaramucci said.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Forgive Yourself And Take Action</h2>
Both hosts encouraged young men to stop blaming themselves for everything. Galloway pointed out the darker side of meritocracy: If you believe everything is based on merit, then if you&#8217;re not successful, it&#8217;s your fault. He added, &#8220;A lot of kids&#8217; failure is not their fault.&#8221;
When asked why young men in particular are struggling, Galloway pointed to biology and systemic disadvantages. Boys are maturing later and struggling more in school. &#8220;An 18-year-old girl has a prefrontal cortex 12 to 18 months more developed than an 18-year-old boy,&#8221; he noted.
He also blamed an education system that favors behavior more typical of girls. &#8220;Sit still, be organized, raise your hand, be a pleaser. You&#8217;re essentially describing a girl,&#8221; he said.

On top of that, Galloway said dating apps and online life have made things worse. Many average young men are excluded from the dating pool, never ask someone out in person, and retreat into screens. &#8220;Fifty percent of 18- to 24-year-old men have never asked a woman out in person,&#8221; he said.
Both hosts stressed that success often comes after repeated failure. Galloway shared his own track record: four failed high school elections, rejected from UCLA&#8211;then admitted on appeal&#8211;denied by seven out of nine business schools, and multiple business failures. &#8220;My superpower is the ability to move through failure without losing my sense of enthusiasm,&#8221; he said.
Scaramucci added, &#8220;I failed upwards. I stumbled a lot in my career.&#8221; Ultimately, he says he stayed in the game, and that's how he made it.
