Palantir Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/PLTR#NASDAQ">PLTR</a>) reported first-quarter financial results after the market close on Monday. Here&#8217;s a rundown <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/05/b45206388/palantir-reports-q1-2025-revenue-growth-of-39-yy-u-s-revenue-growth-of-55-yy-raises-fy-2025-revenu">of the report</a>.
Q1 Earnings: Palantir reported first-quarter revenue of $883.86 million, beating <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/calendars/earnings" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">analyst estimates</a>&nbsp;of $862.83 million. The company reported first-quarter adjusted earnings of 13 cents per share, in line with analyst estimates.
Palantir has now met or exceeded analyst estimates for revenue and earnings in seven straight quarters, according to <a href="http://pro.benzinga.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Benzinga Pro</a> data.
Total revenue was up 39% year-over-year as U.S. revenue grew 55% year-over-year to $628 million. U.S. Commercial revenue grew 71% year-over-year to $255 million and U.S. Government revenue climbed 45% year-over-year to $373 million.
Palantir's customer count grew 39% year-over-year and 8% on a quarter-over-quarter basis. The company said it closed 139 deals worth over $1 million during the quarter and 51 deals worth at least $5 million. Palantir generated $310 million in cash from operations and $370 million in adjusted free cash flow in the quarter.&nbsp;
Palantir ended the quarter with $5.4 billion of cash, cash equivalents and short-term U.S. treasury securities.
&#8220;Our Rule of 40 score increased to&nbsp;83%&nbsp;in the last quarter, once again breaking the metric. We are in the middle of a tectonic shift in the adoption of our software,&#8221; said&nbsp;Alex Karp, co-founder and CEO of Palantir.
&#8220;We are delivering the operating system for the modern enterprise in the era of AI. Consequently, we are raising our full-year&nbsp;guidance&nbsp;for total revenue growth to&nbsp;36%&nbsp;and our&nbsp;guidance&nbsp;for U.S. commercial revenue growth to&nbsp;68%.&#8221;

Outlook: Palantir expects second-quarter revenue to be in the range of $934 million to $938 million versus estimates of $899.12 million.
The company also raised its full-year guidance. Palantir expects full-year 2025 revenue of $3.89 billion to $3.90 billion, up from prior guidance of $3.74 billion to $3.76 billion. Analysts were anticipating full-year revenue of $3.75 billion, according to <a href="http://pro.benzinga.com">Benzinga Pro</a>.
Palantir raised guidance for full-year U.S. commercial revenue, full-year adjusted income from operations and adjusted free cash flow. The company now expects full-year adjusted free cash flow of $1.6 billion to $1.8 billion, up from prior guidance of $1.5 billion to $1.7 billion.
Finally, Palantir continued to guide for positive GAAP operating income and net income in each quarter of 2025.
&#8220;This is a level of surging and ferocious growth that would be spectacular for a company a tenth of our size. At this scale, however, our ascent is, we believe, unparalleled,&#8221; Karp said in a letter to shareholders. 
Palantir executives will further discuss the quarter on a conference call with investors and analysts at 5 p.m. ET.
PLTR Price Action: <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/PLTR" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Palantir shares </a>were up approximately 64% year-to-date heading into Monday&#8217;s report. The stock was down 9.23% in after-hours, trading at $112.35 at the time of publication Monday, according to <a href="http://pro.benzinga.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Benzinga Pro</a>.

Palantir Q1 Earnings: Revenue Beat, EPS In Line, Customer Count Up 39%, Company Raises Guidance Citing 'Surging And Ferocious Growth'

Refinanced Existing Credit Facility Drawing $150 Million at Close with $100 Million of Strategic Incremental Capacity

Highlights of the new facility include:

<li>Lowered Interest Rate: Reduced borrowing cost by 350 basis points (bps) based on current interest rates. The facility will mature five years from the funding date. Interest will be paid quarterly using the 3-month SOFR plus 5.00% per annum.</li>
<li>Improved Structure &amp; Financial Flexibility: Converted from an amortizing structure to a bullet maturity payment, with significantly reduced pre-payment fees, avoided any pre-payment fees from the existing facility, and additional consideration of 1% of the drawn value for the new facility, making it a cost-effective agreement.</li>
<li>Increased Capital Availability: Added $100 Million of discretionary incremental capacity with a senior secured term loan of up to $250 million in three tranches, with $150 million being drawn upon the execution of the agreement. At its discretion, Evolus may draw up to two additional tranches of $50 million each through December 31, 2026. These second and third tranches are available with no additional performance conditions or financial covenants.</li>

TG Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TGTX#NASDAQ">TGTX</a>) on Monday reported first-quarter earnings per share of 3 cents, a shift from a loss of 7 cents a year ago, but below the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/health-care" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">consensus of 17 cents</a>.
The company reported sales of $120.86 million, up from $63.47 million a year ago, beating the <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/05/g45190356/tg-therapeutics-reports-first-quarter-2025-financial-results-and-raises-briumvi-full-year-revenue-" rel="noreferrer noopener">consensus of $118.43 million</a>.
Michael S. Weiss, the Company&#8217;s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, stated, &#8220;2025 is off to a strong start, and I&#8217;m incredibly proud of the progress made thus far. Our performance in the first quarter, including BRIUMVI&#8217;s $119.7 million in U.S. net sales, demonstrates the growing confidence in our treatment and the increasing adoption by healthcare providers. This momentum, combined with the positive feedback we&#8217;re hearing from both patients and clinicians, reinforces our belief that we can achieve our long-term goal of BRIUMVI becoming the number one prescribed anti-CD20 treatment based on dynamic market share.&#8221;

The company said it presented five-year data from the open-label extension study of the ULTIMATE I &amp; II Phase 3 trials evaluating Briumvi in adult patients with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (RMS).

<li>The data demonstrated that 92% of patients were free from disability progression after five years of treatment, an annualized relapse rate of 0.02 during year 5 of treatment (equivalent to one relapse occurring every fifty years of patient treatment), and an overall safety profile that remained consistent, with no new safety signals emerging over 5 years of continuous treatment and no observed cases of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML) to date.</li>

The company also presented data from the ENHANCE Phase 3b trial evaluating alternative dosing strategies for Briumvi in patients with RMS, which demonstrated that:

<li>A single 600 mg Briumvi infusion on Day 1 was well tolerated in individuals with RMS regardless of prior treatment or B-cell depletion status.</li>
<li>Rapid 30-minute Briumvi infusions were well tolerated in patients with RMS.</li>

Guidance: TG Therapeutics raised Briumvi&#8217;s U.S. net product revenue target to $560 million for fiscal 2025 from $525 million in prior guidance.

<li>The company raised the total global revenue target to $575 million from prior guidance of $540 million.</li>
</ul>
Briumvi&#8217;s U.S. net product revenue is expected to be $135 million in the second quarter of 2025.
