What Happened: Munster took to X and emphasized the importance of focusing on the broader AI landscape rather than short-term fluctuations. He pointed out that just two days prior, concerns arose among investors regarding a potential slowdown in the AI sector. This was sparked by ASML Holding N.V. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ASML#NASDAQ">ASML</a>) reducing its 2025 revenue forecast by approximately 18%. The prevailing theory suggested that a decline in demand for AI chip-making machines could indicate a slowdown in AI chip demand.

However that was not the case. Munster highlighted that TSMC saw a 10% surge in its stock price after announcing a 6% increase in December revenue projections. TSMC also reported that its demand for CoWoS, a key AI technology, is outpacing its supply capabilities, despite efforts to double capacity annually. 
Munster stated, &#8220;I still believe we&#8217;re in front of a 2-4 year bull market driven by AI.&#8221;

On Thursday,&nbsp;Aura Biosciences, Inc.&nbsp;(NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/AURA#NASDAQ">AURA</a>) revealed early data from an ongoing Phase 1 trial of bel-sar (AU-011) in patients with non-muscle-invasive <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/24/10/g41390774/multiple-clinical-complete-responses-demonstrated-following-single-low-dose-administration-of-bel-" rel="noreferrer noopener">bladder cancer (NMIBC)</a>.
To date, the trial includes 13 patients, with the primary endpoints of evaluating the safety and feasibility of local administration of bel-sar alone (n=5) and bel-sar with light activation (n=8).

The secondary endpoints are to evaluate biological activity and immune-mediated changes in the tumor microenvironment (TME).
In patients receiving bel-sar with light activation (n=8), 4 out of 5 patients with low-grade disease demonstrated a clinically complete response with no tumor cells remaining on histopathological evaluation.
Two out of 3 patients with high-grade disease demonstrated visual tumor shrinkage observed on cystoscopy.
The data in these eight patients receiving bel-sar with light activation showed clinical activity detectable as soon as seven days after a single low dose of bel-sar with light activation.
&#8220;A potentially differentiating aspect of this novel treatment is the rapid tumor response accompanied by an immune-oncology effect such as a marked CD8+ T-cell infiltration observed in just a matter of days with a single low dose. We believe this could have the potential to translate into a durable response. In parallel with expanding the ongoing Phase 1 trial, we are preparing for a Phase 2 trial to further evaluate bel-sar&#8217;s clinical activity and durability of response,&#8221; said Sabine Brookman-May, Senior Vice President, Therapeutic Area Head Urologic Oncology of Aura Biosciences.
In the safety analysis as of Sept. 9, data cut-off date (n=12), bel-sar was well-tolerated, with less than 10% of patients reporting Grade 1 and no Grade 2 or higher drug-related adverse events reported.
No serious adverse events have been reported.
Price Action: AURA stock traded 18.85% higher at $12.23 during after-hours trading on Thursday.

He said both areas have seen a lot of changes recently.

capitalism. They tune in and drop out,&#8221; he started before saying, &#8220;I don&#8217;t think we should be worried about that. I don&#8217;t think that&#8217;s real.&#8221;&nbsp;
He believes that while some people might want to &#8220;drop out&#8221; of the system, it won't affect most people. He thinks those people are just the type who would probably reject the system no matter what.

Rogan added that some people will always want to drop out and avoid responsibility. If given an excuse, they will take it, but that's just their personality. He believes this type of person doesn't represent most people and that most people could benefit from the system, especially if they don&#8217;t have major mental health issues.
Although Rogan and Roll talked a lot about psychedelics in this episode, what&#8217;s more interesting is what Rogan discussed in a different episode with Michael Malice. In it, they talked about how psychedelics, like <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cannabis/24/09/40858292/magic-mushrooms-boosted-humanitys-evolutionary-success-new-study-says-did-psilocybin-make-early-">magic mushrooms</a>, could change the corporate world.&nbsp;

Yes, Rogan said that if these drugs became legal and business leaders started using them, <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/personal-finance/24/08/40133472/joe-rogan-tells-ceos-life-is-short-youre-wasting-all-your-time-trying-to-squeeze-as-much-money-a">they might start to care more about people</a> and less about making as much money as possible. He said this is a &#8220;psychedelic capitalist perspective,&#8221; in which maximizing profits is equated with doing the right thing and not hurting anyone.
On a similar note, Rogan laughed and added that this might even make it &#8220;much harder to get a good burger&#8221; since fast-food workers might quit their jobs after taking psychedelics and seeing things differently.

In 2017, he compared this way of thinking to former President Donald Trump, saying Trump is like someone who believes &#8220;greed is good.&#8221; Rogan warned that this thinking is &#8220;a dangerous ideology&#8221; for society, saying, "I mean, our president is essentially the greed-is-good guy. I mean, that is who he is that's what he's done. He's pursued wealth at all cost."
Rogan&#8217;s ideas aren't without controversy. Even though he often talks <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/personal-finance/24/09/40909092/joe-rogan-says-education-addiction-recovery-and-homelessness-should-be-funded-more-its-a-good-id">against corporate greed</a>, he is friends with some of the world&#8217;s richest and most powerful people.
