ITT Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ITT#NYSE">ITT</a>) will host its 2025 Capital Markets Day today beginning at 1 p.m. ET in New York. Chief Executive Officer and President Luca Savi, Chief Financial Officer Emmanuel Caprais and members of ITT's extended leadership team will deliver a series of presentations covering the company's differentiation through execution, innovation and M&amp;A.
In connection with its Capital Markets Day, the company also announced new 2030 long-term financial targets. ITT expects to deliver the following financial results, all compared to actual results for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024:

<li>Additionally, ITT expects to deploy between $500-700 million per year to accretive acquisitions which the company estimates would contribute an additional $0.75 to $1.00 of EPS toward more than $12 in total by 2030</li>

NACCO Industries&#xAE; (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NC#NYSE">NC</a>) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 25.25 cents per share, which represents an 11% increase compared to the prior quarterly dividend rate of 22.75 cents per share. The dividend is payable on both the Class A and Class B Common Stock, and will be paid June 16, 2025 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 30, 2025. The new dividend is equal to an annual rate of $1.01 per share, up 10 cents from the prior annual rate of $0.91 per share. This represents NACCO's seventh consecutive annual dividend increase since the dividend was reset following the spin-off of Hamilton Beach Brands Holding Company in September 2017. On the Acquired podcast, Nvidia Corporation (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NVDA#NASDAQ">NVDA</a>) CEO Jensen Huang made a frank admission: if he were 30 years of age again, he would not start his own company. Despite NVIDIA's record-breaking success, Huang revealed his feelings about the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/25/05/45243129/nvidia-ceo-jensen-huang-says-losing-access-to-chinas-potential-50-billion-ai-market-would-be-a-tremendous-loss">challenging parts</a> of the journey.
What Happened: When asked what kind of company he would create if given another chance, Huang responded, "I wouldn't do it."
"Building a company and building Nvidia turned out to have been a million times harder than any of us expected it to be. And at the time, if we realized the pain and suffering and just how vulnerable you're going to feel and the challenges that you're going to endure, the embarrassment and the shame, and the list of all the things that go wrong—I don't think anybody would start a company. Why It Matters: Huang noted that most founders achieve success because they underestimate the difficulty at the beginning. "You have to get yourself to believe that it's not that hard because it's way harder than you think…Taking all of my knowledge now—I go back, and I said I'm going to endure that whole journey again, I think it's too much. It is just too much.&#8221;
He also highlighted the importance of a robust support network. "You need the unwavering support of the people around you… I'm pretty sure that almost every successful company and entrepreneurs that have gone through some difficult challenges had that support system around them."
