Shares of electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL)&nbsp;company Archer Aviation Inc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ACHR#NYSE">ACHR</a>) are trading higher. The company on Monday announced a deal to launch its <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/06/b45942679/archer-announces-third-launch-edition-partner-striking-deal-to-deploy-midnight-aircraft-in-indones">Midnight aircraft in Indonesia</a>.
What Happened: Archer and PT. Industri Ketahanan Nasional (IKN)&nbsp;signed an agreement to deploy a fleet of Midnight aircraft in Indonesia under the company&#8217;s launch edition program. 
The agreement includes the planned purchase of up to 50 Midnight aircraft, valued at up to $250 million. In addition to launching the vehicles for air taxi services, the companies plan to explore other use cases centered around commercial and military logistics and environmental surveillance. 
&#8220;The level of demand for our ‘Launch Edition&#8217; program continues to grow. Indonesia represents a tremendous opportunity for our Midnight aircraft both in the near and long-term, with thousands of islands, a booming tourism sector and the development of a new capital city, Ibu Kota Nusantara,&#8221; said Adam Goldstein, founder and CEO of Archer.
PT. IKN is an Indonesian company focused on advancing national initiatives through government partnerships. The agreement makes Indonesia the third country Archer is planning to launch its Midnight aircraft in after announcing prior deals in the UAE and Ethiopia. 
Canaccord Genuity analyst Austin Moeller maintained Archer with a <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-stock-ratings">Buy</a> rating and lowered the price target from&nbsp;$13.50&nbsp;to&nbsp;$13 on Monday, according to <a href="http://pro.benzinga.com">Benzinga Pro</a>.

Archer Aviation shares are trading higher after the company announced a deal to launch its Midnight aircraft in Indonesia.

Investors have flocked into energy plays in the aftermath of last week's flare-up between Israel and Iran, signaling heightened expectations that escalating geopolitical tensions in the Middle East will continue to lift oil prices <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/commodities">and benefit U.S. energy firms.</a>
On Friday, a day after Israel launched "Operation Rising Lion" targeting over 100 Iranian nuclear and military sites and Iran retaliated with missile attacks on Israeli cities, the Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/XLE#NYSE">XLE</a>) attracted $199 million in fresh capital, according to TradingView data.
That marks the largest single-day inflow since late April and the third-highest this year. 
Over the full week, XLE pulled in $470 million—its biggest weekly haul since October 2024—while also logging six consecutive sessions of gains, the longest winning streak in eight months. 
Looking at specific energy industries, the SPDR Oil &amp; Gas Exploration &amp; Production ETF (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/XOP#NYSE">XOP</a>) also witnessed consistent demand throughout the week, recording five straight days of inflows. Weekly net investments hit $310 million, the second strongest week of 2025 for the fund.
Other sector-focused ETFs trailed the energy fund's inflows, with the Materials Select Sector SPDR Fund (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/XLB#NYSE">XLB</a>) pulling in $295 million and the Utilities Select Sector SPDR Fund (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/XLU#NYSE">XLU</a>) attracting $267 million for the week.

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Big Fear Is Iranian Oil Disruption</h3>
The renewed conflict pushed West Texas Intermediate crude to $72 per barrel by Friday, a 12% weekly gain and its strongest performance in years, as investors priced in rising supply risks.
Riding the wave of higher oil prices, the Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund outperformed the S&amp;P 500 by 6% last week—its biggest weekly outperformance since September 2024 and the second largest since October 2022.
"Thus far, at least, Israel has not directly targeted Iran's oil supply, which appears to be unaffected," said Matthew Ryan, head of market strategy at Ebury, in an emailed comment. 
"The big fear for investors is that an escalation will not only raise the risk of a prolonged conflict, but it could disrupt Iranian oil production."
The Goldman Sachs commodities team sees a rising geopolitical risk premium. In one modeled scenario, they assume Iran's output drops by 1.75 million barrels per day over six months due to infrastructure damage, with core OPEC+ offsetting only half of that.
In such a case, Brent could peak just above $90 before falling back to the $60s in 2026 as Iranian supply recovers.
Yet, Goldman's Daan Struyven also warned of more extreme outcomes. If broader regional production or logistics—especially in the Strait of Hormuz, the narrow passage that carries nearly 20% of global oil—are impacted, prices could exceed $100 per barrel.
"In that extreme tail scenario, OPEC+ may be unable to deploy enough spare capacity," Struyven said, highlighting that the oil market remains vulnerable to sudden shocks, particularly through chokepoints like Hormuz.

&#8220;He&#8217;s behind on his child support because the job that he had was a contract job,&#8221; she said. &#8220;When he gets paid, he wants to go get his hair done or for me to get my hair done, and I&#8217;m like, okay, we need to sacrifice.&#8221;
To make matters worse, her husband is driving a car that&#8217;s in his mother's name and is currently at <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/05/45545468/average-new-car-loan-payment-is-750-and-costs-are-rising-suze-orman-urges-families-to-consider-if-they-could-get-by-with-one-less-car">risk of repossession</a>. &#8220;He tries to keep it hidden so it doesn&#8217;t get repossessed,&#8221; she added.
When she brings up these issues, the conversations often turn sour. &#8220;He gets angry about it,&#8221; she said, recalling a recent argument over buying a work shirt at Walmart. &#8220;He&#8217;s like, &#8216;Why do you guys always argue with me? Why do you guys got to make a scene?&#8217; And I&#8217;m like, I wasn&#8217;t making a scene.&#8221;
Personal finance personality Dave Ramsey didn't sugarcoat it. &#8220;You don't have a money problem, darling. You got a husband problem,&#8221; he told her. &#8220;When you&#8217;re arguing in Walmart over a shirt, we know the marriage is in trouble.&#8221;

The call echoed advice Ramsey has long preached: <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/personal-finance/24/12/42420115/nondisclosure-is-lying-says-dave-ramsey-advising-couples-to-fully-disclose-finances-before-tying-the-knot">full financial transparency</a> is critical in a relationship. In last year&#8217;s social media <a href="https://x.com/DaveRamsey/status/1828177351085023245">post</a>, he wrote, &#8220;There can be no money secrets from someone you are serious enough about to marry. You cannot have healthy relationships and build wealth with lies as the foundation.&#8221;
Ramsey, who went bankrupt in the 1980s before rebuilding his life and business, often speaks about how he and his wife had to work through financial strain with total honesty. &#8220;Do not marry someone without all accounts being laid bare for both of you to see and know what you&#8217;re getting,&#8221; he advises.

Co-host Jade Warshaw told the caller that conversations about money should happen outside the heat of the moment. &#8220;Not having the conversation in the moment that the bad behavior is taking place, but setting aside a time…You just say, &#8216;Hey, let&#8217;s go get breakfast,&#8217; and then you say, &#8216;Here&#8217;s some of the things I&#8217;ve been thinking about.'&#8221;
Ultimately, Ramsey encouraged the woman to work on building a shared long-term vision. &#8220;The only way you&#8217;re going to fix that is for the two of you to get above that and have a long-term thing that you&#8217;re willing to build together towards.&#8221;
If that doesn&#8217;t happen, he said, &#8220;Then you probably need to sit down with a good marriage counselor.&#8221;

Future flight-testing targets 30% improved fuel efficiency for regional turboprops
PARIS, June 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Pratt &amp; Whitney Canada announces a new milestone in the RTX Hybrid-Electric Flight Demonstrator project, by testing the integrated propulsion system and batteries to full power. While ground testing of the hybrid-electric propulsion system continues in Longueuil, Quebec, Pratt &amp; Whitney Canada has selected AeroTEC to support future flight testing of the De Havilland Canada Dash 8-100 experimental aircraft. Pratt &amp; Whitney is an RTX (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/RTX#NYSE">RTX</a>) business.
The new end-to-end test marks the first battery-powered operation of the propulsion system, which combines a highly efficient Pratt &amp; Whitney Canada thermal engine with a 1 megawatt (MW) electric motor developed by RTX business, Collins Aerospace. The 200 kilowatt-hour (kWh) batteries, supplied by H55 S.A., have also been successfully charged and discharged using the high-voltage <a href="https://c212.net/c/link/?t=0&amp;l=en&amp;o=4449457-1&amp;h=1885069606&amp;u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.prattwhitney.com%2Fen%2Fnewsroom%2Fnews%2F2024%2F01%2F22%2Frtxs-pratt-whitney-canada-unveils-mobile-charging-unit-for-hybrid-electric-flight-demonstrator&amp;a=Mobile+Charging+Unit">Mobile Charging Unit</a>&nbsp;co-developed by Pratt &amp; Whitney Canada, the National Research Council of Canada and the Innovative Vehicle Institute.&nbsp;H55 is supported by RTX Ventures, the venture capital arm of RTX.
