What Happened: Marvell said it&#8217;s postponing its Investor Day from June 10 to a future date in calendar 2026 due to macroeconomic uncertainty. 
The company said it will hold a webinar focused on the future of custom silicon technology for AI infrastructure that aligns with its previously scheduled senior technical leadership conference. The event will be held on June 17.
&#8220;We have decided to postpone our investor day given the current uncertain macroeconomic environment. At the same time, we continue to make great progress in our custom AI silicon business and look forward to sharing updates on the expanded opportunities since our AI Day a year ago,&#8221; said&nbsp;Matt Murphy, chairman and CEO of Marvell.

The Transaction will eliminate $1.15 billion in debt from the Company's balance sheet, and position WeightWatchers for long-term growth and success. With this improved financial foundation, the Company is well equipped to execute its transformation plan, which includes innovating its digital and member experience and accelerating the expansion of its telehealth business which delivered 57% year-over-year revenue growth in Q1 2025.
WeightWatchers remains fully operational during the reorganization process and there will be no impact to members or the plans they rely on to support their weight management goals. Additionally, the Company intends to remain a publicly traded company upon emergence from the process. &nbsp;&nbsp; The agreement entered into is between WeightWatchers and holders of approximately 72% of the outstanding principal amount of the Company's term loan facility, revolving credit facility, and 4.5% senior secured notes, who have committed their support for the Transaction. To effectuate the Transaction, WeightWatchers has voluntarily initiated "pre-packaged" chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Court"). During the <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8aHteOGrtus">event</a>, Trump introduced Huang as &#8220;the founder, CEO and president of NVIDIA,&#8221; and said he was <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/04/44799936/nvidia-to-build-500b-ai-infrastructure-in-us-in-the-next-four-years-details">producing up to $500 billion</a> worth of the most powerful AI chips over the next four years—all to be manufactured in the U.S. for the first time ever.
Huang said, &#8220;NVIDIA reinvented computing for the first time after 60 years,&#8221; noting that modern computer design hasn&#8217;t changed much since IBM&#8217;s System/360 in the 1960s. But the new AI chips are a big leap forward.
&#8220;That GPU—that&#8217;s one GPU unit—it&#8217;s 70 pounds, 60,000 parts, 10,000 watts,&#8221; Huang said. &#8220;Just to test a superchip requires a supercomputer.&#8221;

Huang credited Trump for pushing manufacturing to happen in the U.S. &#8220;Without the president&#8217;s leadership, his policies, his support, and very importantly, his strong encouragement … manufacturing in the United States wouldn&#8217;t have accelerated to this pace,&#8221; he said.
He emphasized that making these chips isn&#8217;t about cheap labor—it&#8217;s about advanced tech, robotics, and AI. Nvidia will also use its Omniverse digital twin technology to help build cutting-edge factories on U.S. soil.
&#8220;This new industry is a manufacturing industry in itself,&#8221; Huang said. &#8220;We now have the backing of the administration, the backing of President Trump, to support the creation of a whole new industry.&#8221;

The company reported an adjusted EPS loss of 6 cents, which was in line with estimates, and sales reached $14.02 million, <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/05/g45206260/navitas-semiconductor-announces-first-quarter-2025-financial-results" rel="noreferrer noopener">exceeding the estimated $13.99 million</a>.
Navitas Semiconductor expects second quarter sales of $14 million &#8211; $15 million <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/calendars/guidance" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">vs consensus of $14.95 million</a>.
The analyst says that the results and guidance for the second quarter of 2025 were largely in line with expectations.
The analyst adds that the adoption of Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology in end markets beyond handsets continues to be slower than anticipated and is still working through existing Silicon Carbide (SiC) inventory.
The analyst writes that the company is securing new design wins, with particular optimism on the recently launched GaN bi-directional diode switch.
Cassidy expects production ramps for solar microinverter applications in the second half of 2025.
While tariffs are not currently a direct impediment to demand, management expressed caution regarding the second half of 2025 and has contingency plans in place for China-for-China and USA-for-USA, adds the analyst.
For FY25, the analyst estimates revenues of $60.5 million (vs. consensus of $74.5 million) and an adjusted EPS loss of $0.19 (vs. consensus loss of $0.16), down from the earlier estimate of $75 million and a loss of $0.16, respectively.
For FY26, Cassidy continues to estimate revenue of $110 million and an adjusted EPS loss of $0.07.
Price Action: NVTS shares closed lower by 4.74% at $1.91 on Tuesday.

Navitas GaN Adoption Is Slower Than Anticipated: Analyst

The board of directors of Ashland Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ASH#NYSE">ASH</a>) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.415 cents per share on the company's common stock which represents a 2.5 percent increase from the previous quarter. The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2025, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2025.
As of April 30, 2025, there were 45,696,225 shares of Ashland common stock outstanding.
