Rocket Lab Corp. Europe's Navigation Future Takes Flight With Rocket Lab Electron

Elon Musk's commercial space exploration company SpaceX launched its new Dragon spacecraft on its debut as part of <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/space/25/06/45943559/spacex-ax-4-launch-set-after-june-19-following-propellant-leak-delay">the Ax-4 mission</a> to the International Space Station on Tuesday.
However, the mission is also significant for India as the mission marks the first time in over 40 years that an Indian astronaut has been sent to space since 1984's Soviet Interkosmos mission, which took Indian Air Force Officer and Astronaut Rakesh Sharma to space.
Indian Astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla is a part of the 4-person crew, led by Axiom Space's Director of Human Spaceflight Peggy Whitson. The crew also includes Sławosz Uznański-Wiśniewski and Tibor Kapu. A Look Back At India's Space Ventures
India has had an active space program for a while, with the country's Space Agency, ISRO, or Indian Space Research Organization, having conducted multiple successful space missions.
The country launched the Chandrayaan-1, the country's maiden lunar probe, in 2008. It was the first Spacecraft developed entirely by the country. It was inserted into the lunar orbit on November 8, 2008. ISRO launched Chandrayaan-2, which crashed on the lunar surface in 2019, as well as Chandrayaan-3, which landed on the Moon's surface in 2023.
Besides this, the country also launched the Mars Orbiter Mission, where ISRO launched its first probe towards the planet Mars in 2013. The probe has been orbiting the Red Planet since 2014, and the agency lost contact with the probe in April 2022.
The mission was India's first interplanetary spaceflight and made ISRO only the fourth Agency to send a rover to Mars.
The country also plans on launching its first-ever human space flight vehicle, the Gaganyaan-1. The spacecraft is slated to launch in 2027 and will serve as the basis of ISRO's Human Space Flight Programme.

The 10-year Treasury bond yielded 4.29% and the two-year bond was at 3.79%. The CME Group's FedWatch <a href="https://www.cmegroup.com/markets/interest-rates/cme-fedwatch-tool.html">tool</a>&#8216;s projections show markets pricing a 79,3% likelihood of the Federal Reserve keeping the current interest rates unchanged in its July meeting.

Jurrien Timmer of Fidelity Investments said in a series of X posts that the S&amp;P 500 index was rangebound as it flirts with the all-time high and is heavily dependent on the movement of the Magnificent 7 stocks.
&#8220;The correction this year held at the 2021 high, and so far the recovery has been bounded by the 2025 high. That seems like a reasonable range to me,&#8221; he said.

The study will be randomized at a 1:1 ratio of surgeons blinded-to-Nociscan and unblinded-to-Nociscan to guide the surgical treatment (Fusion / TDR). The primary endpoint is change in back pain as measured on a 100mm VAS Back at 12 months compared to baseline, with several secondary endpoints collected. The principal investigator for the trial is Dr. Nicholas Theodore of Johns Hopkins Medicine. BYD Co Ltd (OTC:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BYDDY#OTC">BYDDY</a>) (OTC BYDDF), the Chinese electric vehicle (EV) leader, has reportedly cut back on production at its Chinese facilities due to concerns over profitability, slowing sales, and rising inventory levels.
What Happened: BYD has reduced shifts at some of its Chinese factories and halted plans to install new production lines, Reuters reported. This move indicates a potential slowdown in BYD&#8217;s rapid sales growth, which had previously allowed it to surpass Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TSLA#NASDAQ">TSLA</a>) as the world&#8217;s largest EV manufacturer.
As per the report, the company has canceled night shifts and decreased production at some factories by at least a third of their capacity. It has also put a hold on plans to set up new production lines. These measures have been implemented at a minimum of four factories, according to sources who requested anonymity.
Despite offering significant price reductions in China, BYD is still grappling with increasing inventory levels. This has led to a slowdown in the company&#8217;s sales growth, with production growth dropping to 13% and 0.2% year-on-year in April and May, respectively.

BYD Scales Back Production Amid Profit Concerns, Rising Inventory in China

Shares of BlackBerry Limited (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BB#NYSE">BB</a>) rose sharply in today's pre-market trading following <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/earnings/25/06/46084802/blackberry-stock-climbs-after-better-than-expected-q1-report-details">first-quarter results</a>.
BlackBerry reported quarterly earnings of two cents per share, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of zero cents. Quarterly revenue of $121.7 million beat the Street estimate of $112.18 million.
The company raised its fiscal 2026 revenue guidance from a range of $504 million to $534 million to a new range of between $508 million and $538 million, versus the $513.51 million estimate.
BlackBerry shares jumped 14.7% to $4.96 in the pre-market trading session.

Why BlackBerry Shares Are Trading Higher By Around 15%; Here Are 20 Stocks Moving Premarket

The White House&#8217;s deputy chief of staff,&nbsp;Stephen Miller, known for shaping the Trump administration&#8217;s stringent immigration policies, reportedly owns a significant amount of stock in ICE contractor&nbsp;Palantir Technologies Inc.&nbsp;(NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/PLTR#NASDAQ">PLTR</a>).
What Happened: Miller&#8217;s financial disclosures reportedly indicate that he holds up to $250,000 worth of shares in Palantir, a company that plays a crucial role in the operations of U.S. immigration officials. The investment is held in a brokerage account belonging to one of Miller&#8217;s children, raising concerns about potential conflicts of interest. The financial filings were <a href="https://www.pogo.org/investigations/stephen-miller-conflicts-of-interest">obtained </a>by the watchdog group Project on Government Oversight, which revealed the revisions as recent as June 4. 
Since the Obama era, Palantir's technology has enabled ICE to consolidate data sources to more effectively identify immigrants for arrest and deportation, with ICE calling its services "Mission Critical."
The investigation also found 11 other officials with Palantir stock holdings, though none as substantial as Miller's, the report said. Don Fox, a former acting head and former general counsel of the Office of Government Ethics, told the watchdog, "He could easily become involved in policy matters that have a direct and predictable impact on Palantir.&#8221;
Meanwhile, Homeland Security spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin dismissed the report as "very silly,&#8221; reported The Independent, while the White House said Miller has assured ethics officials he will continue to recuse himself from any matters that could affect his stock holdings.
The White House did not immediately respond to <a href="http://pro.benzinga.com">Benzinga&#8217;s</a> request for comment.

Why It Matters: In April, Palantir secured nearly a $30 million<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/tech/25/04/44882049/peter-thiels-palantir-bags-30-million-order-from-ice-for-immigrant-tracking-system"> contract </a>with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to enhance its immigration enforcement tools, focusing on tracking visa overstays and self-deportations through a system called ImmigrationOS. This deal was an expansion of an existing agreement.
Palantir has also been under scrutiny for its role in the Trump administration&#8217;s immigration policies.
