BMO Capital Initiates Coverage On Portland Gen Electric with Market Perform Rating, Announces Price Target of $46

Rapid7, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/RPD#NASDAQ">RPD</a>) reported better-than-expected earnings for the first <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/RPD/earnings">quarter on Monday</a>.
The company posted quarterly earnings of 49 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of 35 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $210.25 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $208.23 million.
&#8220;We had a slower start to 2025 than anticipated however we have a clear strategy and strong conviction in our long-term opportunity,&#8221; said Corey Thomas, Chairman and CEO of Rapid7. &#8220;Against a more uncertain macroeconomic environment, we are executing with increased focus and urgency—investing behind our leadership in MDR, accelerating Exposure Command adoption, and sharpening our go-to-market engine. We believe these steps position us for improved ARR in the second half of the year and beyond. At the same time, we remain committed to operational discipline and delivering strong free cash flow in 2025.&#8221;
Rapid7 raised its FY2025 adjusted EPS guidance from $1.72-$1.85 to $1.78-$1.91, but lowered its FY2025 sales guidance from $860.00 million-$870.00 million to $853.00 million-$863.00 million.
Rapid7 shares gained 6.4% to close at $26.74 on Monday.

(the "Company") (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SVV#NYSE">SVV</a>), the largest for-profit thrift operator in the United States ("U.S.") and Canada for value priced pre-owned clothing, accessories and household goods, today announced the commencement of a proposed secondary public offering (the "Offering") of 15,000,000 shares of its common stock offered by certain funds, investment vehicles or accounts managed or advised by Ares Management LLC or its affiliates (the "Ares Selling Stockholders") and the chief executive officer of the Company (the "Management Selling Stockholder" and, together with the Ares Selling Stockholders, the "Selling Stockholders"). As part of the Offering, the Ares Selling Stockholders also intend to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,250,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount.
In addition, the Company has authorized the concurrent purchase from the underwriters of $20.0 million of the shares of common stock as part of the Offering, at a price per share equal to the price per share to be paid by the underwriters to the Selling Stockholders (the "Concurrent Share Repurchase"). The Company intends to fund the Concurrent Share Repurchase from its existing cash on hand and it is not part of its existing share repurchase program authorized on November 9, 2023. The underwriters will not receive any compensation for the shares being repurchased by the Company.

OMS Energy Technologies Inc.
