What Happened: According <a href="https://investors.asana.com/node/11136/html">to</a> a Form 4 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last week, Moskovitz acquired 450,000 shares in the company across two transactions on July 1 and July 2, worth a total of $6.1 million, as part of a pre-arranged Rule 10b5-1 trading plan, adopted on September 2024. 
Moskovitz, best known as one of the co-founders of Facebook, now referred to as Meta Platforms Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/META#NASDAQ">META</a>), before he started Asana, has been buying shares in the project management platform he heads, hand over fist, in recent months, with year-to-date acquisitions at over $14 million.

Pop Culture Group Shares Explode 42% After-Hours: What's Going On

President Donald Trump has announced he is appointing Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy as the interim NASA Administrator.
What Happened: The president took to social media platform Truth Social on Wednesday to make the announcement. "I am pleased to announce that I am directing our GREAT Secretary of Transportation, Sean Duffy, to be Interim Administrator of NASA," he said.
