The Fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) that seeks to achieve its objective by investing principally in the common stocks of U.S. and non-U.S. companies interested in influencing public policy through their lobbying activity in Washington D.C. Strategas Asset Management, LLC (the Adviser) considers lobbying a nontraditional and largely unrecognized factor in company analysis. By utilizing publicly available lobbying data in its portfolio selection methodology, the Adviser seeks to capitalize on what the Adviser perceives as a lack of consideration given to lobbying in traditional financial analysis and lobbyings potential to sway policy outcomes in companies favor. The Adviser believes that successful lobbying activity can reduce costly regulatory and legislative harm to a company, impose such harm onto competitors, and/or result in beneficial legislative and regulatory decisions, and that each of these outcomes can have a positive impact on a companys financial performance and contribute to the long-term appreciation of a companys stock price.

Based on the business that has been disrupted at the Hotel as a result of the labor activity, the Company anticipates that full-year 2024 total portfolio RevPAR growth will be 125 to 150 basis points lower, Adjusted EBITDAre will be $11 million to $13 million lower and Adjusted FFO Attributable to Common Stockholders per Diluted Share will be approximately $0.06 lower than the 2024 outlook as presented in the Company's second quarter earnings release. CBL Properties (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CBL#NYSE">CBL</a>) today announced that it completed the repurchase of 500,000 shares of CBL stock for $12.525 million, in a privately negotiated block trade from a single shareholder. The block repurchase was completed separately from CBL's existing stock repurchase program described below.
On August 10, 2023, CBL announced that its Board of Directors authorized a stock repurchase program for the Company to buy up to $25.0 million of its common stock. As of September 20, 2024, CBL had completed all repurchase activity under this program. A total of 1,074,826 shares were repurchased under the program at a weighted average share price of $23.259 per share.
