Now, the election workers are seeking sanctions against Giuliani after he failed to honor the terms of this agreement, continuing to falsely accuse Freeman and Moss of wrongdoing, including baselessly claiming that they had &#8220;quadruple counted&#8221; ballots—a claim for which there is no evidence,
Giuliani allegedly doubled down on his false claims during his online show last week, defiantly shrugging off the threat of another lawsuit. He declared, &#8220;What am I going to do but tell the truth?&#8221; Forbes writes, quoting Giuliani.
These statements directly violate the court order he had previously agreed to.
As a result of Giuliani&#8217;s defamation, he was ordered to pay Freeman and Moss $148 million.
However, after declaring bankruptcy, he has been forced to begin turning over his assets to satisfy the judgment, including his car and New York City apartment.
Freeman and Moss are now asking the court to enforce penalties on Giuliani, potentially including further damages.

According to a <a href="https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1067983/000095012324011775/xslForm13F_X02/primary_doc.xml">recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission</a>, reported by TheStreet, Berkshire snapped up 1.28 million shares of Domino&#8217;s, which were valued at $550 million as of the end of the third quarter. The holding company also bought over 400,000 shares of Pool Corp., the largest distributor of swimming pool equipment and supplies in the U.S.

The TON Society acts as the primary organization driving support for the TON community, dedicated to providing developers, builders, and enthusiasts with the resources and opportunities needed to foster collaboration and growth within the ecosystem.
At a recent event, TON announced several significant updates, including improvements to Telegram's applications and the launch of Society DAO, a governance initiative introduced by the TON Foundation.
Benzinga recently caught up with Jack Booth, co-founder of the TON Society, to discuss the organization's efforts to amplify community goals, initiatives like the Open League, Hackers League bootcamps, and more. Here's an excerpt of the conversation.
What makes Telegram uniquely effective for onboarding new users to crypto?
The massive user base, for one. And the ability to create a Telegram mini app for two. So, Telegram mini-apps open in one tab from a Telegram channel. And that provides a totally unique experience because you don&#8217;t need to download a new app.
You normally don&#8217;t need to go through a registration process even to get started. And that is like a 10x better experience than having to go through like, you know, before you&#8217;d start using a crypto application, go through KYC, fund the account, send money from your bank account. Normally most projects on TON are free to get started, free to start using. And so that means it&#8217;s very easy to understand and begin to learn about the crypto application.
How does TON Society support and amplify the TON community's goals?
We are responsible for community engagement. So, our main metric is reach on the community&#8217;s projects and activities as well as getting people to engage in what the ecosystem is up to. So as part of that, we run all of the community channels. So, we see ourselves as almost as an ecosystem journalist reporting on the main stories of the ecosystem as they happen and also running all of the events.
We also run Hackers League as well, which is a more developer-focused event series. We&#8217;re doing this concurrently, so it&#8217;s just a crazy amount of work that we&#8217;ve put into this event plus the boot camps, 20 boot camps we&#8217;ve run over six weeks, each of them three days long over a weekend.
So, starting mid-October until mid-November, we&#8217;ve got these 20 boot camps happening all over the world. And it&#8217;s all in a way of bringing the community together to connect, help them understand how to build their projects, help them get in touch with core members who can help them reach the right people, get the right funding, get access to the right resources. And so, we provide a very important role, I believe, in the ecosystem.
Could you share more about the Open League and how it incentivizes community engagement?
The Open League is a competition between projects where the Open League this season will actually pay airdrops to the users of the projects. And in that way, that pushes people to go, oh, you know what, I want to participate in the Open League. And because we make it a big structure that all projects in the TON ecosystem can plug into, now everyone in the TON community knows about it. They know how to get involved, and there&#8217;s incentives involved. So now we&#8217;re incentivizing people to not only just get involved in the projects, but also to share those projects, to post about them.
It&#8217;s like a flywheel effect of like, projects come in, then they go into the Open League, then they get users, then those users get paid, then those users bring other users in. And so, it&#8217;s like a nice kind of flywheel effect, bringing more people in. In a competitive way, where we&#8217;re not like specifically supporting particular tokens over other tokens. It&#8217;s all fair and transparent.
What is the purpose of The Hackers League bootcamps, and what impact have they had globally?
The purpose is to get people from pitch stage all the way to prize-winning and hopefully fully funded VC-funded startup. This year, we closed $2.1 million of committed capital from different VCs, Mexi Ventures, KUKON Ventures, Gate Ventures, Kinetic Capital, TON Ventures. So, the idea is really to provide a platform that can actually deliver on that promise. You come with a pitch, you meet a load of community members in your boot camp, you do your pitch at the end of the boot camp, and then you apply with that pitch to the hackathon, and then your application gets reviewed and provided to all of these VCs who can then say if you win or not.
So, it&#8217;s a really proven model, like we did in the summer. It was fantastic. We got 1,000 applicants to the hackathon. The Hackers League is like an offline element, which is the three-day boot camps, and then the online hackathon, which all of the applications feed into. So, the one in the summer was 14 of those people from the boot camp actually became winners of the hackathon.
And now they are building projects on TON today.
Are there particular regions or demographics TON Society is focusing on to drive adoption?
Yes, the super app regions. So anywhere where there&#8217;s already an existing super app, we found to be very receptive to the vision of TON. Because they already use super apps.
They have super apps in their lives. There are also a lot of developers that are already building super app applications that are familiar with that type of experience of building within another app. And so, it just makes sense to focus there, where those people have already developed use cases and use, use cases that are valuable for them. So yeah, those are the places. Southeast Asia, CIS, Eastern Europe.
What key metrics or milestones does TON Society use to assess the success of initiatives like The Open League and Hackers League?
Well, there&#8217;s a big variation in different things. Like Open League is based on users, like acquiring new users into TON blockchains and activate wallets. Hackers League is based on applicants to the hackathon.
Generally, TON society is responsible for reach for all of the ecosystem. So, we want to provide different platforms that all the projects can plug into. They get them reach, get them discovered, get people seeing them.
Are there any upcoming programs or initiatives TON Society is planning to support TON's growth?
Yes, there is the TON Teleport launch. So, TON Teleport is a decentralized Bitcoin bridge. It uses the validators of TON network to actually secure the third-party keys.
And so, no one has access to the keys. And it&#8217;s a very secure bridge, extremely secure bridge to take Bitcoin over to TON and mint a wrapped asset called, we&#8217;re calling TG Bitcoin, Bitcoin in Telegram. There&#8217;s going to be a big testing period and then we&#8217;ll launch sometime in Q1. So, with Society DAO, we want to build a way where the community can debate on whatever&#8217;s going on within the ecosystem.
And that would look like a platform that people can come, share their opinion, achieve consensus of community opinion. And when you achieve consensus of community opinion, that can be used to create proposals, on-chain blockchain proposals. In governance generally, there&#8217;s a lot of things that happens before you actually get to a Bill passed, right? A lot of debate in parliaments and Congress and all those types of stuff. In order to actually get to a Bill, it&#8217;s gone through 26 different steps in the case of the UK government. So, we don&#8217;t actually have that in blockchain in general because the debates are so mixed up. There&#8217;s no signal or the noise of what exactly is the community opinion. And so, we want to build a platform that allows us to find consensus in community opinion. And that&#8217;s what we&#8217;re working on.

There are many high-quality businesses trading near $10 per share that have significant growth potential ahead as their core operations continue to expand at a rapid pace. While their stock prices remain depressed and languishing, the intrinsic values of these companies are poised for major upside. With smart stock picking, these small-cap gems could deliver outsized multibagger returns for investors willing to take on some risk.



Many of these sub-$10 stocks do come with higher risk profiles. However, by targeting companies that are at or near profitability with established share prices, the upside potential often outweighs the downside risks. These businesses are trading at bargain valuations compared to their growth prospects. Once the market takes notice, significant gains could be in store.



Moreover, with interest rate cuts potentially on the horizon this year, we may see a surge in growth for small-cap companies. Rate cuts could provide just the catalyst needed to ignite a rally in these overlooked gems. Now is the time to take a closer look before they take off.

It also provides complex environmental equipment systems for high-performance indoor cannabis cultivation facilities globally. I believe this company can benefit significantly from the ongoing industrial expansion and infrastructure boom in the United States.



UGRO is expected to see its losses start to narrow substantially, along with <a href="https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/UGRO/earnings/estimates">revenue growing from $82 million in 2024 to $208 million in 2028</a> based on current projections. The company currently trades at a forward price-to-sales ratio of just 0.24 times, which I believe is exceptionally cheap. This is mostly due to the fact that Urban-Gro has a $5.3 million debt load, which is quite sizable compared to its $20 million market capitalization. However, I think that once interest rates are cut and the company reaches a positive margin, we could see huge stock price appreciation ahead for UGRO.



<h2>FullNet Communications, Inc. (FULO)</h2>

The stock is currently off 78% from its peak, but I have strong conviction in FULO at current levels.



In my view, FULO stock is bottoming out and making a turnaround in parallel to improving financials. Despite its tiny $5 million market cap, FULO is a very strong company fundamentally. Not only is it profitable with a <a href="https://www.gurufocus.com/term/FCFmargin/FULO">16.5% free cash flow margin</a> (better than 81% of telecom peers), but FULO also pays a dividend that yields 5.7%. It trades at just 11 times earnings, and the company has 22 times more cash than debt on its balance sheet. I believe FULO stock can easily deliver multibagger gains for investors once it makes a full turnaround from here, especially as large telecom companies recover and restart expansion plans.



<h2>Olo (OLO)</h2>

The stock doesn&rsquo;t have the prettiest stock chart recently, and near-term losses are causing the stock to continue declining. However, I believe this company could make a turnaround soon as margins return to positive territory and start expanding again.



In Q4, Olo <a href="https://www.google.com/finance/quote/OLO:NYSE">saw 26.6% year-over-year revenue growth</a>, which beat estimates by 7%. Moreover, analysts <a href="https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/OLO/earnings/estimates">expect 20 cents in EPS for 2024</a>, which is then expected to climb to 43 cents in 2026 EPS. That means you&rsquo;re paying just 11 times 2026 EPS estimates, which looks very cheap to me. Revenue is also expected to climb from $271 million to $400 million during this timeframe. With the global restaurant management software market expected to reach $15.3 billion by 2030, there is substantial long-term growth potential as well. Gurufocus puts OLO&rsquo;s fair value price at $18 by the end of 2026 for this penny stock.



<h2>SelectQuote, Inc. (SLQT)</h2>

It operates through three segments: Senior, Life, and Auto &amp; Home, distributing policies like Medicare Advantage, term life, and homeowners insurance. What differentiates SelectQuote from traditional insurance brokers is its distribution platform, which seamlessly blends technology and agent/human interaction components.



This company does not have the cleanest balance sheet, but I believe it has significant growth potential and looks attractively valued here. In my view, SLQT can deliver multibagger returns from current levels as it trades at a P/S ratio of just 0.25 times. Like many high-growth startups, its stock was decimated from mid-2021 to mid-2022, trading sideways around $1-$2 per share for months. However, I think SelectQuote is poised for a breakout as its financials continue improving.



In Q4, the company&rsquo;s revenue <a href="https://www.google.com/finance/quote/SLQT:NYSE">surged 27% to $405 million</a>, beating analyst estimates by a whopping 7.7%. Yet, the stock remains range-bound, likely due to concerns over its $724 million debt load and mere $22 million in cash. However, SelectQuote is aggressively cutting losses, with declines expected to shrink 43% in 2024 and a further 63% in 2025, before reaching profitability in 2026. Rate cuts could also boost its path to profitability going forward.



<h2>U &amp; I Financial Corp (UNIF)</h2>

This stock recently plunged from over $10 to $7 due to near-term issues. However, I see significant appreciation potential over the long run as the balance sheet and growth here look very strong.



UNIF&rsquo;s <a href="https://www.gurufocus.com/stock/UNIF/summary">cash-to-debt ratio stands at 7.4</a>, and it also has a net margin of over 38%. The P/E ratio is at just 3.5x, which is better than 95% of banks. That&rsquo;s despite a 3-year revenue growth rate of 16.6% annually, which also outpaces 81% of banks. The 3-year FCF growth rate here is 62%. Gurufocus sees a fair value price of $26.2 by the end of 2027 for UNIF.



<h2>S4 Capital plc (SCPPF)</h2>

It offers services including content creation for media platforms, campaign management analytics, creative production, ad serving, and digital transformation.



This stock was down 96% off its 2021 peak at one point, and the chart is definitely ugly on a long-term view. However, it seems to be bottoming out and recovering recently. Management does not expect much growth in 2024 but does expect the decline to slow. A lot of the negatives seem priced in right now, but there is huge potential for margin expansion. SCPPF has a <a href="https://www.gurufocus.com/term/grossmargin/SCPPF">gross margin of 86%</a> but a net margin of -0.6%. Thus, analysts see around 29% annual EPS growth (minus non-recurring items) over the next three to five years. We could see a major re-rating once the headwinds clear and SCPPF returns to growth.



<h2>Century Casinos (CNTY)</h2>

It offers entertainment in its casinos, racetracks, hotels, restaurants, bars, showrooms, event venues, comedy clubs, and golf courses. This is another stock I have high conviction in and believe buying on weakness is a good idea.



The stock has declined to a valuation below even its COVID trough. I believe it is likely to bottom out soon. Despite the company delivering solid growth and beating Q4 expectations with EPS 22% higher than expected and <a href="https://www.google.com/finance/quote/CNTY:NASDAQ">38.6% revenue growth</a> topping estimates by 1%, the stock hasn&rsquo;t recovered much. CNTY is still unprofitable, but profitability could come soon. Its <a href="https://www.gurufocus.com/term/ebitda_growth_3y/CNTY">3-year EBITDA growth rate is 55.4%</a>. Analysts expect it to turn EPS positive in 2026. The losses until then seem manageable, and CNTY has a $171 million cash buffer to cover those losses. The decline has caused it to trade at just 0.15 times sales, and I don&rsquo;t expect it to slide down much further from here.
