Analyst Notes: Arthur Azizov, CEO of cryptocurrency payment provider B2BINPAY, told Benzinga that the market was on the brink of a "significant shift," transitioning from Bitcoin season to alt season.
"It&#8217;s very close now, as the altseason index is already at 59, according to CoinMarketCap, which is more than half. When the index reaches 75, we can confidently say the alt season has begun. The index rises with the number of altcoins outperforming Bitcoin," Azizov remarked.
Widely-followed cryptocurrency analyst Dom's Crypto noted Bitcoin was flipping the $95,000 resistance level into support.
"This will lead to a $100,000 BTC faster than anyone thinks," the analyst forecast.

Smart for Life underwent several changes as a result of this with the goal of preparing the company for its next stage of business. A few of them include recapitalization, selling non-performing assets, the sale and leaseback of its Doral manufacturing facility, selling 51% of Ceautamed Worldwide and the liquidation of its senior debt facility with&nbsp;Diamond Creek Capital.



Darren Minton, CEO of&nbsp;Smart for Life, said the following about the changes brought on by this restructuring.




 &ldquo;These initiatives have strengthened our balance sheet, yielding an expected net shareholder&rsquo;s equity of&nbsp;$6 million. Additionally, we have reduced losses across all fronts, significantly enhancing the financial viability of&nbsp;Smart for Life. We are now poised to substantially expand our pipeline of potential acquisitions as part of our Buy-and-Build strategy.&rdquo;




To go along with these changes, Smart for Life has added Heather Granato and Loren Brown to its Board of Directors. These are both experts in the nutraceutical sector.

UiPath&nbsp;says that Rob Enslin is stepping down as the CEO and a Board member of the company. This has the company reappointing Daniel Dines as its next CEO. Dines is the founder and previous CEO of the company.



This change is set to go into effect on Saturday. Enslin will stick around in an advisory role to ensure a smooth transition between CEOs. It&rsquo;s also worth noting that Dines is the Chief Innovation Officer and Executive Chairman of the company.



The UiPath&nbsp;founder said the following about taking back the CEO role.




&ldquo;I thank Rob for his contributions to&nbsp;UiPath&nbsp;during the past two years, during which he played a significant role in the company&rsquo;s growth. <h2>PATH Stock: Q1 Earnings</h2>



News of the CEO change is dragging down PATH stock despite <a href="https://www.nasdaq.com/press-release/uipath-reports-first-quarter-fiscal-2025-financial-results-2024-05-29">positive fiscal Q1 2025 results</a>. The company reported adjusted EPS and revenue of 13 cents and $335.11 million. Both of these are better than Wall Street&rsquo;s estimates of 12 cents per share and revenue of $333.01 million.



Unfortunately, its revenue guidance isn&rsquo;t helping matters. The company expects Q2 revenue to range from $300 million&nbsp;to&nbsp;$305 million and fiscal revenue between $1.405 billion&nbsp;to&nbsp;$1.41 billion. For comparison, analysts&rsquo; estimates are sitting at $342.33 million for Q2 and $1.56 billion for the year.



PATH stock is down 30.4% as of Thursday morning.

Included among the proposals in the annual shareholder meeting was a <a href="https://www.nasdaq.com/press-release/novabay-pharmaceuticals-announces-approval-all-proposals-its-2024-annual-meeting">reverse stock split</a>. Traders voted in favor of allowing the company&rsquo;s Board of Directors to enact a reverse split of NBY shares.



Following that, NovaBay Pharmaceuticals announced that its Board has approved a one-for-35 reverse stock split for NBY. This will combine 35 shares of NBY stock into a single share.



NovaBay Pharmaceuticals says that this reverse stock split is set to go into effect after markets close today. That will result in shares of NBY trading on a post-split basis when markets open tomorrow.
