Lending support to his choice, Goldman Sachs analyst Carly Davenport initiated coverage on NRG Energy with a Buy rating and announced a price target of $129.
&#8220;You can't own it like you used to, meaning you have to trim, and I said I'm going to have to sell some,&#8221; Cramer said when asked about NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NVDA#NASDAQ">NVDA</a>). &#8220;It's a different world.&#8221;
On Tuesday, Nvidia said it would take a $5.5 billion charge this quarter related to halted shipments of its H20 graphics processing units to China and several other markets.

Spain's Telefonica Has Agreed To Sell Its Unit In Argentina For Around €1 Billion

Spanish telecommunications company Telef&oacute;nica confirms its internal ticketing system was breached after stolen data was leaked on a hacking forum.
Telef&oacute;nica is a Spanish multinational telecommunications company operating in twelve countries with over 104,000 employees. The company is the largest telecommunications firm in Spain, operating under the name Movistar.
In an email to BleepingComputer today, Telef&oacute;nica confirmed its ticketing system was breached and are investigating the incident.
&quot;We have become aware of an unauthorized access to an internal ticketing system which we use at Telef&oacute;nica,&quot; Telef&oacute;nica told BleepingComputer
&quot;We are currently investigating the extent of the incident and have taken the necessary steps to block any unauthorized access to the system.&quot;
This confirmation comes after a Telef&oacute;nica Jira database was leaked on a hacking forum, with the breach claimed by four people using&nbsp;the aliases, DNA, Grep, Pryx, and Rey.&nbsp;
One of the attackers, Pryx, told BleepingComputer that the &quot;internal ticketing system&quot; is an internal Jira development and ticketing server, used by the company to report and resolve internal issues.
BleepingComputer was told that the system was breached yesterday using compromised employee credentials, with Telef&oacute;nica blocking their access today after performing password resets on impacted accounts.
Using the compromised employee accounts, the threat actors say they were able to scrape approximately 2.3 GB of documents, tickets, and various data. While some of this data was labeled as customers, BleepingComputer was told the tickets were opened with @telefonica.com email addresses, so may have been tickets opened on behalf of customers.
Pryx says they did not contact the company or attempt to extort them before leaking the data online.
Three people behind this attack, Grep, Pryx, and Rey, are also members of a recently launched ransomware operation known as <a href="https://www.watchguard.com/wgrd-security-hub/ransomware-tracker/hellcat">Hellcat Ransomware.</a>
Hellcat is responsible for a recent <a href="https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/security/schneider-electric-confirms-dev-platform-breach-after-hacker-steals-data/">breach of Schneider Electric</a>, where 40GB of data was stolen from the company&#39;s JIRA server.

European markets closed the session marginally in the green, as traders anticipate imminent interest rate cut by the European Central Bank, The pan-European Euro Stoxx 50 index gained 0.3% for the day, closing at its highest level since mid-July. In Germany, the DAX index edged up 0.1%, setting a new record for its closing price.
Among large-cap European stocks, Sanofi (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SNY#NASDAQ">SNY</a>) led the gains with a 3.6% rise, followed by Orange (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ORAN#NYSE">ORAN</a>) and Telefonica SA (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TEF#NYSE">TEF</a>), which climbed 1.7% and 1.5%, respectively.
The biggest laggards were Airbus SE (OTCPK: EADSY) , which fell 1.4%, Adidas AG (OTCPK: ADDY), down 0.9%, and both Kering SA (OTCPK: PPRUY) and BMW AG (OTCPK: BMWYY), each slipping 0.8%.

In the currency market, the euro rose 0.2% to 1.1070 against the dollar as of 2:00 p.m. ET: , snapping three straight sessions of declines. The British pound inched 0.1% against the greenback, while the Australian dollar rose 0.4%. 
The Japanese yen was the weakest performer on Monday, dropping 0.4% against the dollar, extending the trend from last week amid a reduction expectations for an aggressive Federal Reserve rate cut. 
In commodities markets, U.S. natural gas futures surged 2.8% to $2.10 per Million British Thermal Units, spurred by heightened demand for cooling. The Midwest region faced record-breaking temperatures over the weekend, prompting intense heat warnings for more than 60 million residents and driving up air conditioner usage.
Crude oil futures rose 0.5%, while gold eased 0.2% with the yellow metal falling slightly below $2,498.91. 
Bitcoin (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/btc/usd">BTC</a>) rose over 2% to 58,550, after dropping 2.8% on Sunday.

Multiple stocks on the New York Stock Exchange experienced sudden trading halts after 9:40 a.m. ET Monday <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/topic/nyse">due to technical issues.</a>
The unexpected pauses in trading were triggered by a technical issue categorized under the &#8220;Limit Up/Limit Down&#8221; code, which is typically used to curb excessive volatility in a single stock.
The NYSE said it is investigating the reported technical issue. &#8220;Additional information will follow as soon as possible,&#8221; NYSE-owner Intercontinental Exchange Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ICE#NYSE">ICE</a>) stated. 
Among the largest companies halted on Monday were Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BRK#NYSE">BRK</a>) at 9:50:52 a.m. ET and Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CMG#NYSE">CMG</a>) at 9:44:58 a.m. ET. 
Chipotle shares experienced a sudden and dramatic decline of 66%, plummeting from $3,097 to $1,047. The stock resumed trading at 10:21 a.m.
At 9:49 a.m., ET shares of Berkshire Hathaway faced an even more severe downturn, nearly being wiped out with a staggering 99.7% collapse from $622,375 to $185.10. As of this update, trading has not yet resumed for the company owned by Warren Buffett.
