This new employee benefits package will also extend to their families, offering unlimited appointments with a general practitioner (GP) seven days a week,&nbsp;<a class="editor-rtfLink" href="https://www.reuters.com/business/retail-consumer/with-uk-health-service-crisis-tesco-gives-staff-virtual-doctors-appointments-2023-07-06/" style="color:#4a6ee0; background:transparent; margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:0pt" target="_blank">Reuters</a>&nbsp;reported.
The U.K.&#39;s National Health Service (NHS) is under strain due to the COVID-19 pandemic and an aging population. Many individuals struggle to get timely appointments with their local GPs or face long waiting lists for hospital treatment.
Research by Health Hero, in partnership with Tesco&#39;s health partner YuLife, indicates that while 84% of GP patients required an appointment last year, only 53% who sought a same-day appointment were successful.&nbsp;
As per NHS data, nearly five million patients in England wait more than two weeks for a GP appointment every month.
The YuLife GPs, in collaboration with Tesco, can issue private prescriptions that can be collected at pharmacies on the same day or delivered to the employee&#39;s home.&nbsp;
The appointments will be conducted either via online video calls or phone calls.
Other health services available to Tesco staff will include access to sleep therapists, nutritionists, counselors, exercise coaches, and physiotherapists.

July gave world markets a breather from 2022&rsquo;s poor financial conditions.
The SPDR S&amp;P 500 ETF Trust (NYSEARCA: SPY) increased 9.21% in July, its highest monthly price ascension since November 2020. OTC Markets' Most Active Securities Sees A Shake-up In July

Reflecting the expected conditions of a bear market, many of the world&rsquo;s indices saw a decrease in price throughout June.
The SPDR S&amp;P 500 ETF Trust (NYSEARCA: SPY), for example, declined 8.26% in June, a very similar decline to the one seen in April. The SPY&rsquo;s maximum decline since its peak in January is 24%, falling within the standard definition of a bear market.&nbsp;
The Fidelity NASDAQ Composite Index ETF (NASDAQ: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/oneq#NASDAQ">ONEQ</a>) and the SPDR Dow Jones Industrial Average ETF (NYSEARCA: DIA) displayed similar weakness, showing declines of 8.7% and 6.78%, respectively, in June.
Despite the decline in market indices and exchange-traded funds (ETFs), OTC Markets Group Inc.&rsquo;s (OTCQX: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/otcm#OTCQX">OTCM</a>) regulated markets experienced a slight increase in total monthly dollar volume, recording $45.2 billion in June compared to $44.5 billion in May. Additionally, the operator saw former cryptocurrency and mortgage financiers return to the helm of the Most Actively Traded Securities list on two of its regulated markets.&nbsp;
Both the OTCQX Best Market and the OTCQB Venture Market maintained a significant international presence, with over half of the top most-traded securities across both markets composed of international operators.
<h3>Crypto Reclaims The Helm Of The OTCQX Best Market Most-Active Securities&nbsp;</h3>
The OTCQX Best Market recorded $9 billion in trading volume in June, a decrease from May&rsquo;s $11 billion.&nbsp;
Despite the decrease in volume, former leaders have begun to reclaim their place among the Most Active Securities list. Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/gbtc#OTCQX">GBTC</a>), for example, has reclaimed its spot as the most-traded security on the OTCQX Best Market, followed by May&rsquo;s leader Roche Holding AG (OTCQX: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/rhhby#OTCQX">RHHBY</a>) and Grayscale Ethereum Trust (OTCQX: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ethe#OTCQX">ETHE</a>).&nbsp;
Additionally, the OTCQX&rsquo;s top 10 most-active securities experienced a slight reshuffle in June, welcoming&nbsp;
Experian PLC (OTCQX: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/expgy#OTCQX">EXPGY</a>) and Tesco PLC (OTCQX: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/tscdy#OTCQX">TSCDY</a>) in place of AXA SA (OTCQX: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/axahy#OTCQX">AXAHY</a>) and Sprott Physical Uranium Trust Fund (OTCQX: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/sruuf#OTCQX">SRUUF</a>).
International operators, once again, maintained a strong presence on OTCQX, comprising 23 of the top 30 securities, down from 24 in May. France&rsquo;s BNP Paribas SA (OTCQX: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/bnpqy#OTCQX">BNPQY</a>) and Germany&rsquo;s Infineon Technologies AG (OTCQX: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ifnny#OTCQX">IFNNY</a>) and adidas AG (OTCQX: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/addyy#OTCQX">ADDYY</a>) were again on the OTCQX top 10 most-active securities, while Mexico&rsquo;s Wal-Mart De Mexico S.A.B. de C.V. (OTCQX: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/wmmvy#OTCQX">WMMVY</a>) and Australia&rsquo;s Fortescue Metals Group Ltd. (OTCQX: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/fsugy#OTCQX">FSUGY</a>) made it among June&rsquo;s top 30 most-active securities.

The OTCQB Venture Market recorded $603 million in trading volume in June, a decline from May&rsquo;s $896 million figure.
June introduced two new entities to the OTCQB&rsquo;s Top 10 Most-Traded Securities list. Biotech operator CytoDyn Inc. (OTCQB: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/cydy#OTCQB">CYDY</a>) and aerospace and defense company Applied Energetics Inc. (OTCQB: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/aerg#OTCQB">AERG</a>) represent the new faces on the list.
Similar to May, the OTCQB Venture Market witnessed a number of novelties in June. In addition to two new companies, all three of the top most-traded securities in the market changed. A look at March&rsquo;s&nbsp; volumes across the markets operated by OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/otcm#OTCQX">OTCM</a>) shows a total monthly total dollar volume of $57.4 billion, up from $44 billion in February.
This rise in volume comes alongside a slight relaxation in the bear runs that encompassed January and February across a variety of markets. The SPDR S&amp;P 500 Exchange Traded Fund (NYSE Arca: SPY), for example, experienced its first monthly increase in 2022, rising 3.44% in March. The SPDR Dow Jones Industrial Average ETF (NYSE Arca: DIA) and the Fidelity Nasdaq Composite Index ETF (NASDAQ: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/oneq#NASDAQ">ONEQ</a>) experienced similar rises, increasing 2.21% and 3.5%, respectively, in March.
As the market provides a slight psychological breather following <a href="https://www.forbes.com/sites/kristinmckenna/2022/03/14/its-been-one-of-the-top-5-worst-starts-to-a-year-for-stocks-and-bonds/?sh=37e61c8c6fca">one of the worst starts</a> in history for stocks, the OTCQX and OTCQB&rsquo;s 10 most-active securities may provide traders and investors with yet another talking point for March&rsquo;s movements.
<h3>The OTCQX Best Market: Volume Spikes And Reshuffling</h3>
The OTCQX Best Market recorded a total of $12.4 billion in trading volume in March.&nbsp;

Meanwhile, the top three securities &mdash; Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/gbtc#OTCQX">GBTC</a>), Grayscale Ethereum Trust (OTCQX: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ethe#OTCQX">ETHE</a>) and Roche Holdings AG (OTCQX: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/rhhby#OTCQX">RHHBY</a>) &mdash; retained their spots as first, second, and third-most traded securities on OTCQX. The OTCQB Venture Market recorded a total $1.2 billion dollar volume in February, an increase over February&rsquo;s total of $807 million.&nbsp;&nbsp;
The presence of international operators on the OTCQB Best Market was slightly reduced in February, with 13 internationals landing a spot among the top 30 most-traded securities in March, down from 16 in February. The OTCQX's Top 10 Experience A Shuffle In February

As the 3rd quarter came to a close in September, the OTC Markets saw a slight decrease in total trading volume even as companies reported quarterly earnings. As has been the theme in 2021 cryptocurrency trusts from Grayscale Investments LLC drove the most volume along with some standouts from the biotech and energy sectors experiencing impressive volume as well.
In September, the combined total dollar volume on OTC Markets reached just over $51.1 billion, edging 2.7% lower than the previous month&rsquo;s volume. The OTCQX and OTCQB markets, however, remained relatively unchanged compared to August dollar volume numbers.
<h2>OTCQX</h2>
Grayscale Ethereum Trust (OTCQX: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ethe#OTCQX">ETHE</a>) and Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/gbtc#OTCQX">GBTC</a>)&nbsp; traded places as the top 2 securities on the OTCQX Best Market in terms of dollar volume for the month with ETHE taking the top spot. Institutional traders may have driven this shift as a new <a href="https://data.cryptocompare.com/reports/digital-asset-management-review-september-2021">report</a> found that institutions preferred ETHE over GBTC <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cryptocurrency/21/10/23209459/for-the-first-time-ever-institutional-traders-favor-grayscales-ethereum-trust-over-bitcoin">for the first time ever</a> in September.
The OTCQX also witnessed some international standouts. Tesco PLC (OTCQX: TSCDY,) a United Kingdom-based grocery store and general merchandise retailer, experienced a 146% increase in September trading volume. The company is expected to report strong results in October and has also seen consistent sales growth throughout the pandemic.
Netherlands-based paint company Akzo Nobel N.V. (OTCQX: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/akzoy#OTCQX">AKZOY</a>) saw a precipitous fall in the price of its shares in both August and September, which may be one of the factors that drove a 114% increase in its trading volume in September. The company also reported a disappointing quarter in August.
<h2>OTCQB</h2>
In the OTCQB Venture Market, Netlist Inc. (OTCQB: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/nlst#OTCQB">NLST</a>) maintained its No. 1 spot as far as trading volume for the month of September, followed closely by CytoDyn Inc. (OTCQB: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/cydy#OTCQB">CYDY</a>) which jumped to the No. 2 spot.
CytoDyn has made headlines recently with its cancer and HIV therapeutic leronlimab that it is currently testing for possible COVID-19 applications. Nevertheless, the company has also been experiencing some internal strife between activist investors and leadership.
The largest changes in month-over-month dollar volume in the OTCQX market came from a handful of energy companies.
Australian energy companies Boss Energy Ltd. (OTCQB: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/bqssf#OTCQB">BQSSF</a>), which recently joined the OTCQB Venture Market, and Bannerman Energy LTD. (OTCQB: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/bnnlf#OTCQB">BNNLF</a>) both saw substantial increases in trading volume in September.
Both companies announced positive advancements in their respective Uranium mining projects. Bannerman announced that it would begin a new uranium mining project in Namibia, and Boss also reported it is ahead of schedule in its Australian mining operations.
enCore Energy Corp.&nbsp; (OTCQB: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/encuf#OTCQB">ENCUF</a>) also had an increase in trading volume for the month of September on news that it had successfully completed its acquisition of Azarga Uranium creating a leading uranium mining company with a plethora of U.S.-based projects.

These OTC Markets Securities had the Most Trading Activity in September

The British grocery chain WM&nbsp;Morrison Supermarkets ADR&nbsp;(OTC: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/mrwsy#OTC">MRWSY</a>) was one step closer to acquisition from the U.S. private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier &amp; Rice&nbsp;(CD&amp;R) following an auction that ended with a $9.65 billion bid.
What Happened: CD&amp;R outbid Fortress Investment Group, an investment management firm backed by SoftBank Group Corp - ADR&nbsp;(OTC: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/sftby#OTC">SFTBY</a>), in an auction that took place on Saturday.
Morrisons&rsquo; board of directors asked shareholders to accept the CD&amp;R offer in a vote scheduled for Oct. 19. Terry Leahy, the former chief executive of the rival supermarket chain Tesco PLC&nbsp;(OTC: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/tscdy#OTC">TSCDY</a>), served as a senior adviser to CD&amp;R on the transaction.

What Else Happened: Morrisons is the U.K.&rsquo;s fourth-largest supermarket chain. In a <a href="https://www.bbc.com/news/business-58786738">BBC</a> interview, Chairman Matthew Higginson defended CD&amp;R acquisition bid.
&quot;Private equity gets a bit of a bad rap sometimes,&quot; Higginson said, adding that private equity is &quot;focused on growth and trying to grow businesses &mdash;&nbsp;it&#39;s the way they make returns and that&#39;s very much the case here.&quot;
For local consumers,&nbsp;a more pressing issue is whether Morrisons can overcome supply chain problems that have impacted the nation&rsquo;s stores. Higginson insisted that news coverage of supply chain difficulties was &ldquo;slightly overblown&rdquo; and would not affect holiday season shopping, noting&nbsp;the chain has partnerships with 2,700 British farmers who deliver livestock and produce directly to the 17 food processing facilities that supply its 493 stores.
&quot;Supply chains in the U.K. are incredibly efficient and I&#39;m sure we&#39;ll be able to deliver a great Christmas for customers as we go through,&quot; he said.
