Fortuna Mining Corp. (NYSE:<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/FSM#NYSE">FSM</a>, TSX:<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/FVI#TSX">FVI</a>) ("Fortuna" or the "Company") is pleased to announce it has entered into a definitive share purchase agreement (the "Agreement") to sell its interest in Roxgold Sanu SA ("Roxgold Sanu") which owns and operates the Yaramoko Mine, together with the Company's three other wholly-owned Burkina Faso subsidiaries which hold exploration permits in country (together with Roxgold Sanu, the "Acquired Companies") to Soleil Resources International Limited ("SRI") (the "Transaction"). SRI is a private Mauritius company which operates three mines, holds exploration permits, and owns a drilling company all in Burkina Faso. Following the completion of the Transaction, Fortuna will cease to have any operations in Burkina Faso.
Jorge A. Ganoza, President and CEO, commented, "Considering the limited remaining life of mineral reserves at Yaramoko (approximately one year), the cessation of our exploration activities in-country, and the increasingly challenging business climate in Burkina Faso, the Transaction represents a prudent exit that optimizes value, avoids approximately US$20 million in future mine closure liabilities, and provides Fortuna with additional liquidity as we pursue opportunities more closely aligned with our strategic objectives." Mr. Ganoza continued, "We believe that Soleil, as a private local company, is well positioned to continue operations at the Yaramoko Mine to the benefit of employees and local stakeholders".
Details of the Transaction
Under the terms of the Agreement, SRI will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of the Acquired Companies. Fortuna will receive an aggregate cash payment of approximately US$130 million as follows:
<ul>
<li>US$70 million consideration payable on closing of the Transaction;</li>
<li>US$57.5 million in cash dividends (the "Cash Dividend") paid to Fortuna by Roxgold Sanu; and</li>
<li>Fortuna will also have the right to receive up to approximately US$53 million of value added tax receivables upon the completion of certain conditions. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
The completion of the Transaction is subject to the payment by Roxgold Sanu to Fortuna of the Cash Dividend, receipt of the consent of the Minister of Mines, and customary conditions of closing for transactions of this nature and is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2025.

The company will release earnings for the first quarter of 2025 on Tuesday, May 6, after <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/ET/earnings">the closing bell</a>.
Cramer also said he likes Snowflake Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SNOW#NYSE">SNOW</a>). &#8220;I'd pull the trigger.&#8221; 
As per the recent news, Snowflake announced on Thursday that it received DOD IL5 Provisional Authorization on AWS GovCloud US-West. The authorization enables the company to offer solutions requiring the highest levels of protection for<a href="https://in.benzinga.com/25/04/44740624/snowflake-achieves-dod-il5-authorization-shares-move-lower-what-you-need-to-know"> Controlled Unclassified Information</a>.
The Mad Money host said this is a &#8220;fantastic chance&#8221; to buy Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/EPD#NYSE">EPD</a>).
Supporting his view, JP Morgan analyst Jeremy Tonet maintained Enterprise Products Partners with an Overweight rating on March 27 and raised the price target from $37 to $38.
Cramer said no to Applied Digital Corporation (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/APLD#NASDAQ">APLD</a>), adding that it is losing money.
On the earnings front, Applied Digital will host a conference call on Monday, April 14, to discuss its operations and financial results for the fiscal third quarter.
When asked about Peabody Energy Corporation (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BTU#NYSE">BTU</a>), Cramer said, &#8220;We got to be careful. It's not going to make us money.&#8221;

Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/GS#NYSE">GS</a>) will release earnings results for the first quarter, before the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/GS/earnings">opening bell on Monday, April 14.</a>
Analysts expect the bank to report quarterly earnings at $12.35 per share, up from $11.58 per share in the year-ago period. Goldman Sachs projects to report quarterly revenue at $14.81 billion, compared to $14.21 billion a year earlier, according to data from <a href="https://pro.benzinga.com/dashboard">Benzinga Pro</a>.
On Tuesday, JMP Securities analyst Devin Ryan maintained Goldman Sachs with a Market Outperform rating and lowered the price target from $625 to $600.
With the recent buzz around Goldman Sachs, some investors may be eyeing potential gains from the company's dividends too. Currently, Goldman Sachs offers an annual dividend yield of 2.45%. That&#8217;s a quarterly dividend of $3.00 per share ($12.00 annually).  
So, how can investors exploit its dividend yield to pocket a regular $500 monthly?
To earn $500 per month or $6,000 annually from dividends alone, you would need an investment of approximately $244,900 or around 500 shares. For a more modest $100 per month or $1,200 per year, you would need $48,980 or around 100 shares.
To calculate: Divide the desired annual income ($6,000 or $1,200) by the dividend ($12.00 in this case). So, $6,000 / $12.00 = 500 ($500 per month), and $1,200 / $12.00 = 100 shares ($100 per month).
Note that dividend yield can change on a rolling basis, as the dividend payment and the stock price both fluctuate over time.
How that works: The dividend yield is computed by dividing the annual dividend payment by the stock&#8217;s current price.
For example, if a stock pays an annual dividend of $2 and is currently priced at $50, the dividend yield would be 4% ($2/$50). However, if the stock price increases to $60, the dividend yield drops to 3.33% ($2/$60). Conversely, if the stock price falls to $40, the dividend yield rises to 5% ($2/$40).
Similarly, changes in the dividend payment can impact the yield. If a company increases its dividend, the yield will also increase, provided the stock price stays the same. Conversely, if the dividend payment decreases, so will the yield.
GS Price Action: Shares of Goldman Sachs fell 5.2% to close at $489.80 on Thursday.
