What Happened: Palo Alto announced it crossed $1.5 billion&nbsp;in cumulative sales through Alphabet Inc&#8217;s (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/GOOG#NASDAQ">GOOG</a>) Google&nbsp;Cloud Marketplace as of&nbsp;April. The cybersecurity company said the sales milestone highlights its commitment to helping organizations use artificial intelligence to more securely accelerate cloud and AI adoption.
Palo Alto said it was recognized with five 2025 Google Cloud Partner of the Year awards spanning AI technology, AI security, security infrastructure protection, security marketplace solutions and technology marketplace solutions.
"With Google Cloud, we combine their AI/ML capabilities with Palo Alto Networks industry-leading security platforms to provide a comprehensive suite of AI-driven security offerings," said&nbsp;Kristy Friedrichs, chief partnerships officer at Palo Alto Networks.&nbsp;
"This deep collaboration helps customers achieve their AI and digital innovation objectives while mitigating associated risks. Surpassing&nbsp;$1.5 billion&nbsp;in sales on Google Cloud Marketplace signifies the demand for innovative security solutions as organizations prioritize cloud-first strategies."
Palo Alto shares popped in after-hours trading Tuesday following the announcement and have continued to move higher on Wednesday. Other cybersecurity stocks are also trading higher, including CrowdStrike Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CRWD#NASDAQ">CRWD</a>), which announced an <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/trading-ideas/movers/25/04/44714737/crowdstrike-deepens-partnership-with-google">expanded partnership</a> with Google Cloud. Shares of Zscaler, Fortinet and SentinelOne were also rising at last check. 
In a new note to clients on Monday, Wedbush analyst Dan Ives suggested that <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-ratings/analyst-color/25/04/44670176/nvidia-apple-top-names-to-own-cybersecurity-stocks-to-outperform-tech-analyst-dan-ives-says">cybersecurity names could outperform</a> the broader technology sector under current market conditions. The analyst indicated that cybersecurity stocks stand to benefit from a rotation from semiconductors to software as investors &#8220;hunker down during this Category 5 storm.&#8221;

Comcast Corp (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CMCSA#NASDAQ">CMCSA</a>) owned NBCUniversal on Tuesday announced it is heading to Europe with plans to open its first-ever theme park and resort on the continent, marking a major expansion of its entertainment footprint.
The new complex will be located just south of Bedford in the United Kingdom, roughly 35 minutes <a target="_blank" href="https://corporate.comcast.com/press/releases/comcast-nbcuniversal-announces-intent-universal-theme-park-and-resort-united-kingdom" rel="noreferrer noopener">by train</a> from London.
The ambitious project is being developed by the Universal Destinations &amp; Experiences division. The resort will include a full-scale theme park with multiple immersive worlds, a 500-room hotel, and a dedicated retail and dining area.

Comcast purchased the 476-acre property in Bedford in 2023. The area has strong transportation connections, allowing more than 80% of England's residents and around half of the entire U.K. population to reach it within two hours.
"The unparalleled storytelling and technological innovation that the incredible team at Universal Destinations &amp; Experiences brings to life is a perfect complement to the British creative arts and tourism industries," said President of Comcast, Mike Cavanagh.
The strategic location near mainland Europe is also anticipated to attract significant tourist traffic, positioning it as a likely contender for one of the most visited destinations in the area.
The proposed U.K. development is still in its preliminary phase and depends on securing planning permission from government authorities.
A detailed application is set to be filed in the next few months, with construction likely to commence in 2026 if approved. This move comes after over a year of research, including feasibility assessments and market evaluations.
"Expanding into Europe presents us with a significant opportunity to reach new fans and share the incredible experiences our team creates," said Chairman and CEO of Universal Destinations &amp; Experiences, Mark Woodbury.
As Universal looks to broaden its global presence, it is simultaneously growing its footprint within the United States. Over the next two years, the company intends to launch three new theme parks across the country.
Leading the lineup is Universal Epic Universe in Orlando, Florida, set to debut this May. Touted as the company's most innovative development to date, the park has already generated $11 billion in nationwide economic impact and supported the creation of tens of thousands of jobs.
Next on the calendar is Universal Horror Unleashed, a horror-focused attraction set to launch in Las Vegas in late 2025. That will be followed by Universal Kids Resort in Frisco, Texas, in 2026, the company's first park tailored specifically for families with young children.
Price Action: CMCSA shares traded higher by 0.33% at $32.95 at the last check on Wednesday.

JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/JPM#NYSE">JPM</a>) CEO Jamie Dimon warned Wednesday that escalating U.S.-China trade tensions have significantly increased the risk of a recession after President Donald Trump's tariff policies <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/government/regulations/25/04/44710975/wall-streets-american-exceptionalism-trade-falters-as-dollar-stocks-bonds-all-slide">destabilized financial markets. </a>
The Details: During a Fox Business interview, Dimon attributed the growing recession risk to the cascading effects of Trump's trade policies and China's<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/04/44708618/china-retaliates-with-massive-84-tariff-hike-on-us-goods-amid-escalating-trade-war"> retaliatory tariffs</a>. 
JPMorgan economists recently raised their recession probability to 60% and anticipate a 0.3% GDP contraction this year.

When asked if he expects a recession, Dimon replied, "I think that's a likely outcome."&nbsp;
"A 2,000-point Dow decline creates a self-reinforcing cycle – people see losses in retirement accounts and pensions, leading to spending cuts," he said.&nbsp;
The 69-year-old CEO noted that markets are "pricing in uncertainty at both macro and company level." Bond yields are spiking, and initial public offerings, mergers, and acquisitions are stalling amid the volatility. 
Though Dimon acknowledged that markets don't always predict accurately, he said, "This time they're right in pricing macro/micro-level uncertainties and consumer sentiment impacts." He also expects "more credit challenges than people have seen in a long time" due to sticky inflation and widening credit spreads. 
The SPDR S&amp;P 500 ETF Trust (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SPY#NYSE">SPY</a>) is on the edge of a bear market. It&#8217;s down nearly 20% from its recent peak. 
Bond prices are also falling sharply. The iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TLT#NYSE">TLT</a>) is down more than 5% over the past five days. 
"Take a deep breath, negotiate some trade deals,&#8221; Dimon urged the Trump administration. &#8220;It could get worse if we don't make progress.&#8221;
It&#8217;s worth noting that Dimon isn't always spot-on with his predictions. In late 2022, he warned that an <a href="http://www.benzinga.com/news/22/10/29208975/jamie-dimon-warns-of-u-s-recession-in-6-9-months-says-jp-morgan-preparing-for-economic-hurricane" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">economic "hurricane"</a> was coming in mid-2023. It never happened, and Dimon walked back those comments.
"I shouldn&#8217;t ever use the word hurricane, but … there were storm clouds," Dimon <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/23/01/30358567/i-shouldnt-ever-use-the-word-hurricane-jamie-dimon-says-storm-clouds-remain-but-the-consumer-is-roll" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">said</a> in a 2023 interview.
And in an interview with CNBC last year, Dimon said, &#8220;We would be okay&#8221; <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/24/08/40241448/jpmorgan-ceo-jamie-dimon-skeptical-of-feds-ability-to-achieve-2-inflation-target-estimates-35-to-40">in a recession</a>.
