VOC Energy

VOC Energy Trust is a statutory trust. It is created to acquire and hold a term net profits interest for the benefit of the Trust unitholders. The underlying properties include VOC Brazos' net interests which are located in the states of Kansas and Texas. The trust is entitled to receive the net proceeds from the sale of production of oil and natural gas attributable to the underlying properties. The business and affairs of the Trust are managed by the Trustee, and neither VOC Brazos nor any of its affiliates has the ability to manage or influence the operations of the Trust.

The annual producer inflation in Germany declined to 28.2% in November from 34.5% in the previous month.

Crude Oil Down Over 1%; Lincoln National Shares Plunge

Thursday marks the last chance for investors to receive the next dividend payout from VOC Energy (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/VOC#NYSE">VOC</a>).
<h3>What&#39;s Happening</h3>
The company announced on Thursday that it would pay shareholders a quarterly dividend of 36.5 cents per share. On Friday, VOC Energy will go ex-dividend, meaning the stock will trade lower to reflect that payout. In other words, the stock will likely open 36.5 cents lower than it would have opened on any other day.
In order to be eligible to receive a company&#39;s dividend, shareholders must own the stock prior to the ex-dividend date&mdash;in this case, Friday. Shareholders who own VOC as of the end of Thursday&#39;s session are eligible to receive the 36.5 cents dividend payout for every share that they own.
According to the company, this dividend will be paid out to shareholders on November 14, 2022. Investors will then be able to either reinvest those dividends back into the stock or use the payment in some other way.
