The Campbell's Company shares are trading lower after B of A Securities cut its price target on the stock from $41 to $37 and maintained an Underperform rating.

Wedbush analyst Daniel Ives maintained an Outperform rating on Palo Alto Networks, Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/PANW#NASDAQ">PANW</a>) with a <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/PANW/analyst-ratings" rel="noreferrer noopener">price forecast of $225</a> on Wednesday.
On Tuesday, Palo Alto Networks delivered its <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/earnings/25/05/45530408/palo-alto-reports-q3-earnings-raises-fy25-guidance-shares-slide" rel="noreferrer noopener">fiscal third-quarter</a> results, which featured beats in revenue, EPS, and NGS ARR. At the same time, RPO came in line with the Street as the company accelerates its platformization strategy heading into fiscal 2026, and beyond, more customers are looking to consolidate their security vendors, Ives noted.
Total revenues were $2.29 billion, at the high end of the guidance range of $2.26 billion—$2.29 billion and slightly above the Street&#8217;s estimate of $2.28 billion.

In comparison, RPO accelerated 19% to $13.5 billion, compared to guidance of $13.50 billion—$13.60 billion and the Street&#8217;s estimate of $13.54 billion, as the company&#8217;s platformization continues to take hold.
As per the analyst, significant growth continues to be seen in XSIAM (Cortex), SASE (Prisma), and Product (Firewall) despite an uneasy macro in April.
NGS ARR grew to $5.09 billion (up 34%), which was above guidance of $5.03 billion-$5.08 billion and the Street&#8217;s estimate of $5.06 billion.
Palo Alto Networks reaffirmed that both its fiscal fourth-quarter NextGen Security ARR guidance of $5.52 billion-$5.57 billion (up 31%-32%) and RPO guide of $15.2 billion-$15.3 billion (up 19%-20%), as it is laying the foundation for its platformization approach heading into fiscal 2026 with AI front and center, the analyst noted.
Palo Alto Networks also provided fiscal fourth-quarter revenue guidance of $2.49 billion-$2.51 billion versus the Street of $2.50 billion, while EPS guidance of $0.87-$0.89 versus the Street of $0.87 as the company&#8217;s demand has stabilized after an uneasy April heading into the end of fiscal 2025, he said.
Overall, Palo Alto Networks continues to be one of Ives&#8217; favorite cybersecurity names to own over the next 12-18 months as he noted 2025 as a transition year for the company as platformization deals with cloud penetration are leading to strong deal flow and a more stable pipeline while being a prime beneficiary of AI spending as cybersecurity is a clear second or third derivative play on the AI Revolution as the company is in the driver&#8217;s seat to gain market or mind share in the cybersecurity landscape with the continued shift to the cloud.

Palo Alto's AI Momentum Make It A Top Cybersecurity Pick, Analyst Says

The iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TLT#NASDAQ">TLT</a>), an industrially followed measure of long-term U.S. government debt, declined to its lowest point in six months, highlighting growing investor concern about America&#8217;s fiscal path and new volatility in the Treasury market. The <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/etfs">drop in TLT</a>, which slid 1.7% today, reflects a wider uptick in long-term Treasury yields following a <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/economics/macro-economic-events/25/05/45500872/30-year-treasury-yields-hit-5-what-that-means-for-stocks">downgrade of U.S. sovereign credit by Moody's Investors Service</a>. 
While the downgrade was not significantly sharp, just one position down to Aa1 from Aaa, it marks the third major credit warning in just over a decade and strengthens the growing concerns about debt sustainability, governance, and interest burdens.
A Downgrade With Bite In The Bond Market
While Moody&#8217;s downgrade might seem symbolic on its face, its impact on markets has been real, at least for fixed-income investors. Yields on long-term U.S. Treasurys rose at the start of the week, pushing bond prices down. As bond prices and yields move inversely to each other, TLT&#8217;s fall indicates increasing demand for higher returns to carry U.S. government debt.
Fiscal deficits and political polarization were also mentioned by Moody&#8217;s as important drivers of the change of outlook, concerns that have now become recurring in U.S. credit analysis.

Stocks Brush It Off, But Bonds Tell A Different Story
U.S. equities were trading lower on Wednesday as investors grew increasingly cautious following new fiscal policy worries, which weighed on Treasury <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/government/regulations/25/05/45540541/5-treasury-yields-are-back-and-so-are-painful-mortgage-rates" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">bonds and the dollar.</a>
For fixed-income investors, credit ratings have a direct bearing on risk models, mandate portfolios, and capital expenses. A downgrade, even a token one, can shift asset flows and prices along the curve.
Bond markets were in for a fresh dose of selling pressure, with the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/economics/macro-economic-events/25/05/45549510/wall-street-stalls-as-yields-rise-bitcoin-breaks-records-above-109000-whats-driving-markets-wednesday">30-year Treasury yield surging to 5.02% on Wednesday</a>, the highest in nearly two months, as traders mulled the potential fiscal implications of President Donald Trump‘s proposed &#8220;One Big Beautiful Bill,&#8221; which some economists say could further worsen the U.S. deficit outlook.
TLT: Still Popular Despite the Pain
In spite of the recent drawdown, investor appetite for TLT is strong. The fund attracted a whopping $636.9 million on Friday alone, which has put its assets under management at $48.7 billion, as per FactSet. These inflows were made while there was an equity rally on the same day, underlining TLT&#8217;s attractiveness as a hedge as well as a speculative vehicle for duration exposure.
The opposing dynamics, increasing inflows in the face of declining prices, imply that investors are either getting ready for a change in the rate cycle or betting that long-dated Treasurys may regain if recession concerns surface.
Looking Forward
Though TLT&#8217;s recent lows can be seen as investor repricing in response to the downgrade, the overall message is one of prudence. Higher yields, persistence inflation, trade tensions, and the possibility of slowing economic growth in 2025 might make both bonds and equities behave erratically.
The Moody&#8217;s downgrade won&#8217;t create panic, but it underscores an important fact: America&#8217;s fiscal problems are no longer abstract, they&#8217;re beginning to get priced in.

iShares TLT Falls To 6-Month Low On Moody's US Credit Downgrade, Rising Yields

ASP Isotopes Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ASPI#NASDAQ">ASPI</a>) shares are trading higher Wednesday afternoon after the company posted year-over-year growth in its first-quarter 2025 financial results and received a <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/contracts/25/05/45507606/asp-isotopes-stock-is-surging-after-hours-heres-why">favorable analyst update</a>.
What To Know: The advanced materials company reported first-quarter revenue of $1.10 million, up from $840,000 in the same period last year. ASP Isotopes reported a first-quarter loss of 12 cents per share, improved from a loss of 16 cents per share in the prior year&#8217;s quarter.
Gross profit also rose to $326,840 from $278,870 a year ago. The company's operating expenses increased to $8.28 million, up from $6.09 million, with notable spending in research and development and general administrative costs. 
Following the company&#8217;s quarterly results, Canaccord Genuity analyst George Gianarikas maintained ASP Isotopes with a Buy rating and raised the price target from $8.50 to $11.
The news comes after ASP Isotopes shares surged after the company announced loan and supply agreements with <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/05/g45505949/asp-isotopes-inc-enters-into-definitive-agreements-with-terrapower-including-loan-agreement-for-co" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Bill Gates-backed </a><a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/05/g45505949/asp-isotopes-inc-enters-into-definitive-agreements-with-terrapower-including-loan-agreement-for-co" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">TerraPower</a> related to the construction of a new uranium enrichment facility capable of producing High Assay Low-Enriched Uranium (HALEU).
The rally was short-lived, however, with shares reversing course after the company announced an agreement related to the potential acquisition of <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/05/g45514094/asp-isotopes-inc-announces-an-agreement-relating-to-the-potential-acquisition-of-renergen-limited-">Renergen</a>. Despite elevated volatility to start the week, ASP Isotopes shares are bouncing back on Wednesday and are up about 18% over the past five trading sessions.

SQQQ Jumps Nearly 5% As Bond Market Selloff Sends Tech Stocks Sliding

Most people don't sit around thinking about their own death. Or the national debt. Charlie Munger, the late vice chairman of Berkshire Hathaway, didn't <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/05/45477473/charlie-munger-said-berkshires-billions-came-from-getting-less-crazy-and-less-stupid-than-most-people-and-staying-alive-into-their-90s">particularly enjoy pondering either</a>—but he still saw both as inevitable. And if you throw in a trade war with China? Well, to him, that just sped things up.
Back in 2019, when the national debt stood at $22 trillion, Munger delivered one of his famously blunt observations during an <a href="https://www.cnbc.com/2019/02/15/cnbc-transcript-berkshire-hathaway-vice-chairman-charlie-munger-speaks-with-cnbcs-becky-quick.html">interview with CNBC's Becky Quick</a>. He called that figure "uncharted territory"—a term that now seems almost modest compared to the ever-mounting debt making headlines today.

He explained, "It's a cinch that a great nation will, in due time, be ruined. Whether it's Rome, whether it's Britain in its heyday, they all pass. And, so our turn is bound to come someday. But I don't like thinking about it too much. It's like my own death."
"Why should I enjoy thinking about it? But is it coming some day? Sure. Of course it is," Munger added.&nbsp;
Now, the U.S. national debt has crossed $36.2 trillion. That's a $14 trillion leap in just six years. Munger, who died in 2023 at the age of 99, didn't live to see this new peak—but he might've shrugged and said, "I told you so."
But debt wasn't the only thing Munger warned about that year. He also weighed in on the growing friction between the U.S. and China—particularly around trade.
"I think that the advantages to United States and China, to getting along, are so great on both sides, that I anticipate that they will reach some tolerable adjustment," he said.
That adjustment took its time.

Last month, U.S. tariffs on Chinese goods <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/government/regulations/25/04/44740040/chinas-growth-outlook-dims-as-trumps-125-tariffs-put-millions-of-jobs-at-risk-goldman-warns">surged to a historic 145%</a> before both countries agreed last week to <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/05/45368511/china-to-us-goods-shipment-jump-after-90-day-tariff-postponement-a-big-backlog-is-looming">reduce them temporarily for 90 days</a>. The move was meant to cool things off, not solve them.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Consumer prices remain elevated. Businesses are still hesitant. And the word "stable" is nowhere to be found.
Munger called a full-blown tariff war "massively stupid." His reasoning was simple: hurting each other out of pride rarely ends well. "Both sides will feel roughed up," he said. "A good settlement is better than a lovely world war."
Even now, that logic holds. The U.S. and China didn't walk away from the fight unscathed. And neither walked away entirely.

Munger also said he was fine with some limits on free trade, so long as they weren't extreme:
"I don't want many, and I don't want them to be huge. But some limits on the operation of free trade are quite acceptable."
It's clear his advice wasn't about ideology—it was about restraint. The way he saw it, ignoring problems like runaway debt or destructive trade behavior didn't make them go away. It just delayed the reckoning.
And whether it's the collapse of empires or balance sheets, he believed the pattern always plays out the same way. Just slower than people expect—until suddenly, it doesn't.

'It's Like My Own Death' — Charlie Munger Warned America Will Be Ruined 'Our Turn Is Bound To Come' And Called U.S.-China Trade War 'Massively Stupid'

Stifel analyst Steven Wieczynski maintains a Buy rating on Viking Holdings Ltd (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/VIK#NYSE">VIK</a>) on Wednesday, <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/VIK/analyst-ratings" rel="noreferrer noopener">lowering the price forecast from&nbsp;$52&nbsp;to&nbsp;$50.</a>
On Tuesday, the company reported first-quarter results with total revenue of $897.1 million, an <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/05/b45514103/viking-reports-first-quarter-2025-financial-results" rel="noreferrer noopener">increase of 24.9% compared to the same period in 2024.</a>
The analyst noted that early 2026 pricing trends are falling short of investor expectations, which may be poorly received given the uncertain macro outlook.
While Viking believes it can lift pricing through the rest of the year to reach mid-single-digit yield growth for 2026, Wieczynski emphasizes that the outcome remains uncertain.
Until more visibility into 2026 pricing and demand, the stock may remain flat.

However, Wieczynski points out that Viking&#8217;s current 2026 booking levels—roughly 37% of inventory sold—are ahead of their forecast.
Importantly, it doesn&#8217;t appear that Viking is relying heavily on promotions to drive demand.
Even if booking momentum slows, the analyst writes that Viking is in a strong position due to its longer booking window and large customer base, which should help the company recover bookings more quickly.
The analyst found Viking&#8217;s response to concerns about booking strength to be reassuring, as the company clarified that FY25 pricing appeared inflated compared to FY24 due to the absence of a lower-yielding world cruise in the year-over-year comparison.
According to Wieczynski, Viking has room to drive demand through marketing without meaningfully raising SG&amp;A as a percentage of revenue, thanks to its unique single-brand, direct marketing model, which gains efficiency as 10% to 15% capacity growth expands the fleet nearly every quarter.
The analyst highlights Viking&#8217;s strong projected EBITDA growth of approximately 18% annually through 2027.

However, RIOT reversed course later in the session, falling 1% to $8.84 amid broader market uncertainty and renewed fiscal policy <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/economics/macro-economic-events/25/05/45549510/wall-street-stalls-as-yields-rise-bitcoin-breaks-records-above-109000-whats-driving-markets-wednesday">concerns</a>.

What To Know: The company announced $150 million in senior notes due in 2030. The notes carry an interest rate of 1.75%.
Net proceeds from the offering, before expenses, will total $145.87 million.
Cipher plans to use the proceeds to complete Phase 1 of its Black Pearl data center project. This includes purchasing the remaining mining rigs at a discount, covering tariffs and shipping costs and funding infrastructure-related capital expenses. 
The company also noted that a portion of the funds may be used for general corporate purposes.

What's Going On With Cipher Mining Stock Wednesday?

Tigress Financial analyst Ivan Feinseth maintained Lyft (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/LYFT#NASDAQ">LYFT</a>) with a Buy and <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/LYFT/analyst-ratings" rel="noreferrer noopener">raised the price target</a> from&nbsp;$26&nbsp;to&nbsp;$28 on Wednesday.
Feinseth noted that Lyft reported a record start to the year, driven by its multifaceted strategy focused on service quality, innovation, and market expansion. This strategy drove records in active rides, riders, driver hours, and gross bookings, driven by strong service demand in both commuting and weekend travel.
Lyft reported first-quarter revenue increased 14% to $1.5 billion. Gross bookings increased 13% to $4.2 billion. Rides increased 16% to a record 218.4 million. Active Riders increased 11% to a record 24.2 million.

Lyft continues to invest in AI-driven technologies to enhance its Rider and Driver experience while increasing operational efficiency and safety. Advertising continues to drive expanding Rider connections and incremental revenue growth, as per the analyst.
He noted that Lyft has introduced several key growth initiatives, including launching its Earnings Assistant, an industry-first tool powered by AI that helps drivers maximize their time on the road and optimize their earnings through personalized driving plans and real-time guidance.
He said Lyft has also introduced its Smooth Cruiser score, which gives drivers feedback on their performance and suggests ways to provide better rides.
Lyft continues to invest in multiple key growth initiatives, including targeting unrepresented demographics and geographies, along with ongoing technology innovation, as per Feinseth.
Lyft launched Lyft Silver, a service designed for adults 65 or older, an untapped demographic that makes up about 5% of Lyft riders. He noted that 70 million Americans are expected to reach 65 years or older by 2030.
The analyst said that Lyft focuses on targeted geographic growth, emphasizing smaller, car-dependent cities like Indianapolis, where rides grew 37% in the first quarter.
He noted that Lyft is actively expanding its advertising initiatives through its dedicated Lyft Media, which includes in-app ads, in-car displays, and exterior vehicle signage to engage riders and generate additional revenue.
Feinseth said Lyft is expanding internationally for the first time with the recent acquisition of the European taxi-handling app FREENOW.
The analyst noted that autonomous vehicle service will be a significant growth driver and catalyst as Lyft prepares to launch autonomous vehicle rides in cities including Atlanta and Dallas through partnerships with companies such as Mobileye Global Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/MBLY#NASDAQ">MBLY</a>) and May Mobility.
Other growth drivers include Wait &amp; Save, which allows consumers to choose to wait a little longer and save some money. This indicates a willingness to offer discounts to attract demand, as per Feinseth.
Increases in ride volume and service initiatives combined with operating efficiencies and target market expansion are accelerating business performance trends, including increasing return on capital, positive economic profit, and a significant increase in shareholder value creation, as per the analyst.
He said that Lyft increased its share repurchase authorization to $750 million, with plans to purchase $500 million in stock over the next twelve months and $200 million within the next three months.
Feinseth noted that the shares have a significant upside, and his 12-month target price of $28 represents a potential return of close to 70% from current levels.

Lyft's AV Plans, Rider Increase, Ads Drive Fuel Up To 70% Upside: Analyst

Markets have come close to returning to February highs after China and the U.S. reduced their tariffs. While markets are still shaky, with a Treasury bond auction on Tuesday sending stocks down, most of the tariff drama seems to be over for now.
But, while markets as a whole have recovered and earnings are upbeat, some undervalued companies still have not participated in the rebound.
That&#8217;s a huge buying opportunity.
Today, we'll look at five undervalued stocks in tariff-stricken industries that could see new life in the second half of 2025. Each of these stocks has at least a 90 Benzinga Edge Value score and a technical or fundamental catalyst indicating that a potential uptrend is forming.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">KB Home Inc.</h2>

KB Home Inc.  (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/KBH#NYSE">KBH</a>) builds single-family homes, townhomes, and condos across the southern and western parts of the United States. The company has a $3.8 billion market cap and reported sales over $2.85 billion in the last 12 months. Homebuilders have been under siege for two years now in the face of several headwinds: persistently high mortgage rates, increasing materials costs, tariffs on many of those same materials, and immigration crackdowns cutting into the construction labor force. But now that tariffs have been slashed and the Trump administration seems more focused on a tax cut extension, homebuilders like KB Homes could finally see some relief.

KBH was the rare homebuilder that survived the 2022 bear market with momentum. The stock shot from $25.51 to a new all-time high above $85 in July 2024, the first time it closed over $85 since before the Great Recession of 2005. But momentum faded last fall, and the stock tumbled from $85 to $50 in just five months. However, this selloff might reveal a very undervalued stock: KBH trades at just 7.2 times forward earnings with a 0.56 Price-to-Sales (P/S) ratio and 0.94 Price-to-Book (P/B) value. The stock also has technical tailwinds thanks to an emerging support level and bullish movement on the MACD, which could indicate the downtrend is shifting upward.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Shoe Carnival Inc.&nbsp;</h2>

Apparel is another industry suffering outsized pain from tariffs, especially in the footwear department. Companies like Nike and Foot Locker have suffered sustained drawdowns, many of which started long before the harshest tariffs were implemented earlier this year. Shoe Carnival (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SCVL#NASDAQ">SCVL</a>) is a smaller firm than these giants, but they sell Nike, Adidas, Sketchers, Converse, and HEYDUDE-brand shoes at brick-and-mortar family-oriented outlets.

Despite tariff pressure, Shoe Carnival has maintained profit margins above 6%. The stock trades at 10 times forward earnings with a 0.46 P/S ratio and 0.84 P/B value and pays a 2.99% dividend yield. Shares are down more than 35% year-to-date (YTD), but the stock has staged a small rally in the last month. SCVL was up 17% the previous month, and the Relative Strength Index (RSI) showed a breakout above a multi-month trading range.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Danaos Corp. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/DAC#NYSE">DAC</a>)</h2>

Danaos Corp (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/DAC#NYSE">DAC</a>) is an international bulk shipper with nearly 70 container ships, operating primarily in Asia and Europe. The company has a $1.6 billion market cap and posted over $1 billion in sales over the last year. Shipping companies were treading water in the sessions following the reciprocal tariff announcement, but rescinding those import fees has sent the stock careening toward new all-time highs.

Danaos reported earnings on May 13, and while the EPS figure was a miss, the company posted a surprise revenue beat, surpassing analysts' expectations by 4.7%. This report spurred researchers at Jeffries to reiterate the stock as a Buy and bump their price target to $105, indicating an upside potential of nearly 24%. The stock trades at just 3.2 times forward earnings, and its 46% profit margins are among the best numbers in the marine shipping industry. Shares are also riding a new support level above the 14-day exponential moving average (EMA), indicating the breakout may have more upward momentum ahead.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">G-III Apparel Group Ltd.&nbsp;</h2>

Another apparel company on the verge of a potential breakout is G-III Apparel Group (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/GIII#NYSE">GIII</a>), which manufactures licensed brands like DKNY, Tommy Hilfiger, Kenneth Cole, Dockers, and more alongside its own in-house brands and private labels. G-III Apparel has more than $3 billion in annual global sales, and its daily stock chart shows signs of a breakout similar to DAC&#8217;s.

Tesla Inc. AI Supercluster Launch: Elon Musk confirmed that Colossus 2, <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/government/regulations/25/05/45511489/elon-musk-touts-xais-colossus-2-as-first-gigawatt-ai-supercluster-powered-by-168-tesla-megapacks-amid-agi-push">the next-gen AI supercomputer built by his startup xAI</a>, will be the first AI training supercluster powered by a gigawatt of clean energy. The rollout will begin with a limited fleet of around 10 vehicles, expanding to potentially hundreds of thousands by late 2026. 
This model avoids reliance on third-party platforms like Uber or Lyft. However, it's still unclear how regulators will respond. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, during a visit to Tesla&#8217;s Gigafactory in Austin, expressed openness to a unified federal regulatory framework for autonomous vehicles, a shift that could fast-track Tesla's expansion if realized.
China Sales Rebound: Tesla's insurance registration data in China showed a <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/05/45513708/tesla-new-vehicle-registrations-surge-in-china-gary-black-says-it-should-provide-investors-some-relief">sharp week-over-week rebound</a>, with 11,130 new registrations reported between May 12 and May 18, up from just 3,100 the week prior. While year-over-year and quarter-over-quarter figures remain negative, the sudden improvement offers short-term relief for investors worried about Tesla's recent performance in international markets.
Still, broader concerns remain. Tesla is reportedly sitting on around 10,000 unsold Cybertrucks, even after launching a cheaper RWD variant and offering trade-in options.

Seasonal Strength: Separately, Tesla has entered its most bullish seasonal trading window, according to data from Seasonax. A strategy of buying TSLA on May 21 and selling on July 18 has delivered positive returns every year for the past decade, averaging 24.3%. What's Going On With Tesla Shares Today?

For all the people who have played along to a trivia game like "Jeopardy!" at home and answered questions for $0, there's a new game show that could make it pay to watch along.
What Happened: NBC, a unit of Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CMCSA#NASDAQ">CMCSA</a>), will soon air &#8221; Win-Win," a new trivia game that could <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/entertainment/24/03/37809533/mrbeast-confirms-beast-games-on-amazon-prime-video-with-1-000-contestants-5m-prize-its-gonn">change game shows.</a>
The trivia show will see 40 people answer trivia questions "based on a unique nationwide survey." Viewers at home watching the show can play along through an app and win prizes alongside the players on screen.
"Win Win" is based on a format from Hello Dolly, a production company, <a href="https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-news/nbc-game-show-viewer-prizes-win-win-1236222491/">according </a>to the Hollywood Reporter. A version of the show will debut on ITV in the United Kingdom.
NBCUniversal has secured the licensing rights to the show internationally, with the NBC version likely up first.
"Win Win is a fresh, high-stakes format that delivers on its name by giving viewers and contestants alike the chance to walk away winners," NBC executive VP unscripted programming Sharon Vuong said.
