She lowered the price forecast from $10.00 to $7.00.
The company is scheduled to report fourth-quarter FYF25 earnings on Tuesday, May 13 before the markets open.
Ahead of Under Armour&#8217;s upcoming fourth-quarter FY25 results next week, the analyst&#8217;s focus will be on several key areas: underlying demand patterns during the quarter and expectations moving into FY26, how consumers are responding to new product offerings, 
The brand must also address tariff pressures, mainly 10% duties from Asian regions. The brand has minimal exposure (around 3%) to Chinese imports.

Fernandez also anticipates continued sales softness in the first half of fiscal 2026. Under Armour is working to streamline SKUs and reduce discounting in both the North American and Asia-Pacific (APAC) markets.
The analyst sees room for recovery by Q4 of 2026, supporting the forecast for a 1.3% overall revenue decline. This is paired with a 50 basis point improvement in operating margin, bringing it to 4.3%.
The company boosted its 2025 EPS outlook, but revenue growth remains uncertain. Challenges in North America and APAC remain, as well as intense competition and cautious consumer behavior.

International organic&nbsp;sales gained 0.5%, driven by growth in meal prep and baby &amp; kids and the supply chain recovery from the service issues discussed last quarter.
The Terra Chips maker adjusted gross margin for the quarter contracted 50 basis points Y/Y to 21.8%. The operating loss for the quarter was $121.1 million versus a loss of $27.9 million last year.
Adjusted EBITDA was&nbsp;$34 million&nbsp;compared to&nbsp;$44 million&nbsp;in the prior year period. The adjusted EBITDA margin was&nbsp;8.6%, compared to&nbsp;10%&nbsp;in the prior year.
The company held $44.4 million in cash and equivalents as of March 31, 2025. Operating cash flow for the quarter was $5 million, with a free cash flow of $(2) million.
Net debt at the end of the fiscal&nbsp;second quarter&nbsp;was&nbsp;$665 million&nbsp;compared to&nbsp;$690 million&nbsp;at the beginning of the fiscal year.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">CEO Transition</h2>
Hain announced that Wendy Davidson <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/05/g45248055/the-hain-celestial-group-announces-ceo-transition-and-strategic-review-of-portfolio" rel="noreferrer noopener">will depart as</a> President, Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors, effective Wednesday.
"We are disappointed with our third quarter results, which fell far short of our expectations primarily due to worse-than-expected performance in North America," stated&nbsp;Interim President and CEO Alison Lewis.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Business Strategic Review</h2>
Hain also said that the Board is conducting a comprehensive review of the company's portfolio with the assistance of its independent financial advisor, Goldman Sachs &amp; Co.&nbsp;
"Going forward, we are focused on five key drivers for improving value: simplifying our business and reducing overhead spending, accelerating renovation and innovation in our brands, implementing strategic revenue growth management and pricing actions, driving operational productivity and working capital reduction, and strengthening our digital capabilities."
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Outlook For FY25</h2>
Hain Celestial expects FY25 organic net sales to decline 5% &#8211; 6%.
Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be approximately $125 million. Gross margin is expected to be approximately 21.5%.
Hain sees free cash flow of about $40 million.

What Happened: During testimony before the House Financial Services Committee, Bessent <a href="https://www.theblock.co/post/353482/treasury-secretary-scott-bessent-says-us-should-be-the-premier-destination-for-digital-assets?utm_source=rss&amp;utm_medium=rss">said</a>, "We believe that the United States should be the premier destination for digital assets," adding that Congress is making progress toward shaping a solid market structure that could help promote American standards globally.
Bessent, confirmed to the Treasury post in January after being nominated by President Donald Trump, has been vocal in backing crypto as a permanent fixture in the financial system.

Khan took the opportunity to contrast current enforcement efforts with those during President Donald Trump's first term. "The first Trump administration was famously weak when it came to policing Made in USA fraud," she wrote, linking to a 2019 <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2019/04/17/us/politics/made-in-america-ftc-trump.html">New York Times</a> article detailing how Trump's appointees to the FTC blocked penalties against companies caught mislabeling imported goods.
Khan praised Rohit Chopra, a fellow Democrat and former FTC commissioner, for helping finalize a rule that empowers the FTC to fine companies for falsely claiming their products are made in America.
"Thanks to @ChopraUSA, we finalized a rule so that firms lying about their products being made in America now face fines," Khan said. "Gutting consumer protection enforcement means Made in USA fraud will skyrocket, punishing honest American businesses."

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Trump Tightens Grip on the FTC</h2>
Since returning to White House in January, Trump has moved aggressively to <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/25/02/44005304/trumps-executive-order-could-reshape-fed-sec-and-other-financial-regulators">assert control over independent agencies</a>, including the FTC. In March, he fired Democratic commissioners Alvaro Bedoya and Rebecca Kelly Slaughter. Both claimed the move was illegal and have sued the Trump administration.
"The president just illegally fired me. This is corruption plain and simple," Bedoya <a href="https://x.com/BedoyaFTC/status/1902105345545113607">wrote on X</a>.&nbsp;
With those seats vacated, Trump installed allies, including current FTC Chair <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/24/12/42428224/bitcoin-ethereum-dogecoin-mirror-stock-declines-ahead-of-crucial-inflation-data-release-top-analyst-says-buy-the-dip-predicts-275k-btc-target">Andrew Ferguson</a>. Critics say these moves undermine the FTC's independence and open the door to industry influence.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Doubts about Ferguson's intentions</h2>
Chair Ferguson initially calmed some fears when he <a href="https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/news/press-releases/2025/02/ftc-chairman-andrew-n-ferguson-announces-ftc-dojs-joint-2023-merger-guidelines-are-effect">announced</a> the FTC would continue using the 2023 Merger Guidelines developed under Khan's leadership. That decision was seen by some as a win for antitrust advocates, especially those aligned with the "New Brandeis" movement.

He noted that Ferguson had previously pledged to end "Lina Khan's war on mergers" and accused her of politicizing antitrust enforcement.
Ferguson has also taken steps to align the FTC more closely with Trump's broader agenda, including ending the agency's diversity programs and blocking political appointees from participating in events hosted by organizations critical of Trump. Meanwhile, his resistance to investigating sectors outside Big Tech, such as Bedoya's call to probe rising egg prices, has raised further concerns, according to Bush.
As Khan warns, pulling back on consumer protections could create a flood of dishonest marketing, with consequences for the very companies that follow the rules.

JPMorgan: The analyst writes Upstart is gaining momentum from a flywheel effect—stronger repayment data is enhancing its ability to detect risk and fraud, which in turn drives higher loan approval rates and boosts overall volume.
Smith highlighted that he sees significant potential in the company's AI-driven lending platform, particularly as the loan funding environment improves.
The analyst also highlights Upstart's increasingly stable capital structure, noting that over half of its originations are now supported by committed capital partners.
The analyst notes that Upstart is refining its underwriting models by using "embeddings," a technique from natural language processing, to better detect risk patterns.
Per Smith, the company will share more updates on its AI advancements during its Analyst Day next week.

Despite meeting expectations on fee-based revenue, the analyst highlighted that stock fell results lag buyside hopes and concerns grow over macro risks and widening credit spreads.
Ramnani is modeling revenue growth of +58.9% in FY25 and +25.8% in FY26.
