Net sales are now expected to be in the band of $3.735&ndash;$3.885 billion, higher than the previous projection of $3.7-$3.8 billion. The company expects capital expenditures to be approximately $100-$120 million. Tax rate is estimated to be in the band of 20&ndash;21%.
For the fiscal second quarter, the company anticipates adjusted earnings of $2.05&ndash;$2.15 per share. Net sales are projected to be in the range of $880&ndash;$920 million.
