On CNBC's &#8220;Mad Money Lightning Round,&#8221; Jim Cramer said VICI Properties Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/VICI#NYSE">VICI</a>) <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/VICI/earnings">is &#8220;fine.&#8221;</a>
VICI Properties will release its third quarter financial results on Thursday, Oct. 31, after the close of trading on the NYSE.
Cramer said although STMicroelectronics N.V. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/STM#NYSE">STM</a>) is fine, but he prefers Micron Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/MU#NASDAQ">MU</a>).
STMicroelectronics said it will release third-quarter earnings before the opening bell on the European Stock Exchanges on Oct. 31.
Cramer said Tetra Tech, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TTEK#NASDAQ">TTEK</a>) is &#8220;remarkable.&#8221;
The company recently revealed that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Omaha District, awarded $249 million, multiple-award contract to provide environmental assessment and design services at facilities and <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/equities/24/10/41171071/tetra-tech-lands-249m-army-corps-contract-powering-eco-friendly-projects-across-us">sites throughout the United States.</a>
Crown Castle Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CCI#NYSE">CCI</a>) is &#8220;just ok. It's not that well-run,&#8221; Cramer said. &#8220;I would not chase the stock.&#8221;
On Sept. 26, Goldman Sachs analyst Brett Feldman maintained Crown Castle with a Neutral and raised the price target from $105 to $120.
The &#8220;Mad Money&#8221; host recommended buying Schlumberger Limited (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SLB#NYSE">SLB</a>) stock right here, adding that it is the &#8220;best of breed.&#8221;
On Oct. 1, SLB announced the joining of forces with ADNOC Drilling and Patterson-UTI to accelerate the UAE&#8217;s unconventional oil program.
&#8220;I am shocked at how low that is,&#8221; Cramer said when asked about New Fortress Energy Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NFE#NYSE">NFE</a>). &#8220;I think that you have to stick with it.&#8221;
Last week, New Fortress Energy announced its CEO made a $50 million stock purchase.
Cramer recommended holding on to Pure Storage, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/PSTG#NYSE">PSTG</a>).
On Aug. 28, Pure Storage reported quarterly earnings of 44 cents per share, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of 37 cents per share.

Shares of companies in the broader semiconductor and chip sector are trading lower amid overall market weakness after Iran launched a missile attack on Israel.

On Tuesday, STMicroelectronics NV (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/STM#NYSE">STM</a>) and Qualcomm Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/QCOM#NASDAQ">QCOM</a>) subsidiary Qualcomm Technologies International announced a new strategic collaboration for industrial and consumer IoT solutions augmented <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/topic/artificial-intelligence">by edge artificial intelligence</a>.
The two companies proposed integrating Qualcomm Technologies&#8217; leading AI-powered wireless connectivity technologies with the microcontroller (MCU) ecosystem from STMicroelectronics.
Remi El-Ouazzane of STMicroelectronics said: &#8220;Wireless connectivity is key to the fast pervasion of edge AI across an ever-growing variety of use cases in enterprise, industrial, and personal applications.&#8221;

At least three Wall Street firms, including Craig-Hallum, TD Cowen, and Bernstein, <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/STM/analyst-ratings" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">slashed their price targets</a> on the stock after the dismal print.
Qualcomm&nbsp;stock is up over 48%. It reported <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/earnings/24/07/40080595/qualcomm-q3-earnings-highlights-revenue-beat-eps-beat-strong-execution-of-our-growth-and-diversific" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">third-quarter topline</a> growth of 11%, backed by its handsets and automotive segments. In the third quarter, it bagged over ten new design wins for automotive. JPMorgan analyst Samik Chatterjee flagged growth potential by regaining market share with Samsung Electronics (OTC:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SSNLF#OTC">SSNLF</a>) and diversification into the automotive and IoT sectors, partially offsetting <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-ratings/analyst-color/24/09/40898388/qualcomm-analyst-sees-opportunity-in-regaining-share-with-samsung-after-apple-reven" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">lost revenue from Apple</a>.

Lower interest rates have the potential to drive the industrial and automotive sectors by promoting discretionary spending by the companies.
