Its operating segment includes HFS-South and HFS-Midwest; Government; TCPL Keystone and others. It generates a majority of its revenue from the Government segment which consists of specialty rental and vertically integrated hospitality services revenue from customers with Government contracts located in Texas.

All four of the new ETFs — CPSP, CPRA and their March siblings Calamos S&amp;P 500 Structured Alt Protection ETF &#8211; March&nbsp; (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CPSR#NYSE">CPSR</a>) and Calamos Nasdaq-100 Structured Alt Protection ETF &#8211; March (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CPNM#NYSE">CPNM</a>) — adhere to the Calamos Structured Protection strategy. They employ FLEX Options to reflect index performance but provide 100% downside protection for a one-year outcome period. (Just remember: this protection is pre-fees and expenses.)
On the flip side, that protection comes with a catch — a cap on potential upside. So, while you're shielded from major losses, your gains are also limited. It's the classic trade-off: less risk, but also less reward.

Calamos' New ETFs Promise Market Exposure Without The Meltdowns

Schwab clients were sellers of equities in March; Net selling was highest in the Information Technology, Energy, and Health Care sectors

Tesla (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TSLA#NASDAQ">TSLA</a>) is sitting on nearly 2,400 unsold Cybertrucks across the U.S., according to new data from <a href="https://tesla-info.com/blog/inventory-stats-regional/US?q=1">Tesla-Info</a>. That's about $200 million worth of inventory for a vehicle CEO <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/25/03/44536773/demand-is-off-the-charts-elon-musk-claimed-tesla-had-over-1-million-cybertruck-reservations-just-46096-have-been-sold-in-14-months">Elon Musk once said</a> had &#8220;over 1 million&#8221; reservations. But more than a year after deliveries began, the Cybertruck has become a tough sell.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Sluggish Sales, Rising Inventory</h2>
When the Cybertruck was first unveiled in 2019, Musk said it would start at $39,900. But the base model came out at $60,990, and early Foundation Series editions were priced close to $100,000. That sticker shock, combined with frequent quality issues, has eroded trust.

The Cybertruck officially launched in late 2023. Since then, Tesla has sold just over 46,000 units, based on recall <a href="https://www.nhtsa.gov/recalls?nhtsaId=25V170000">data</a> released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. That's a far cry from the 250,000 annual units Musk promised, or the millions of eager buyers he once claimed were lined up.
Ross Gerber, CEO of Gerber Kawasaki Wealth and Investment Management, was direct: "Tesla has sold only 47k Cybertrucks total, according to the recall notice. This is <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/equities/25/03/44429500/teslas-cybertruck-sales-at-just-47k-is-really-bad-for-250k-target-says-ross-gerber-amid-recall-troubles">really bad for a product</a> that was supposed to sell 250k units a year."&nbsp;

What makes this inventory pile-up worse is that Tesla has reportedly paused trade-ins on Cybertrucks, according to <a href="https://electrek.co/2025/04/01/tesla-is-sitting-on-200-million-worth-of-cybertruck-inventory/">Electrek</a>. Several owners said they tried to swap their trucks for another vehicle but were told Tesla isn't accepting its own model as a trade-in.&nbsp;
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Mounting Recalls and Customer Frustration</h2>
Adding to the pressure, <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/equities/25/03/44414187/elon-musks-tesla-recalls-over-46000-cybertrucks-due-to-safety-concerns">Tesla recently issued a recall</a> for all Cybertrucks because a stainless-steel trim piece, called the cant rail, could detach while driving. It's one of eight recalls in just over a year, with other issues ranging from windshield wipers and delayed rearview cameras to stuck accelerator pedals.
In some cases, Tesla service centers have kept trucks for extended periods. Some <a href="https://in.benzinga.com/personal-finance/25/03/44249300/tesla-cybertruck-owner-says-hes-lost-70k-in-business-over-backlash-customers-hate-it-but-he-loves-it-the-best-truck-ive-ever-had">frustrated owners tried to return</a> their vehicles, but the company directed them to go through Lemon Law claims instead.

Meanwhile, Electrek reported that used Cybertruck prices have plunged and are 55% down year over year, 13% in the last three months, and 6% just in the past month.
Tesla appears to be slowing Cybertruck production to keep inventory from ballooning further as it&#8217;s holding a growing fleet of high-priced trucks that more people seem to be walking away from than buying.

(NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/RYTM#NASDAQ">RYTM</a>) on Monday released topline results from the pivotal Phase 3 TRANSCEND trial evaluating setmelanotide, a melanocortin-4 receptor (MC4R) agonist, for the treatment of <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/topic/weight-loss" rel="noreferrer noopener">acquired hypothalamic obesity</a>.
Acquired hypothalamic obesity is&nbsp;a rare, non-genetic form of obesity resulting from damage to the hypothalamus, the brain region controlling energy balance, often caused by tumors, surgery, or radiation, leading to rapid weight gain <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/04/g44663146/rhythm-pharmaceuticals-announces-pivotal-phase-3-transcend-trial-meets-primary-endpoint-with-19-8-" rel="noreferrer noopener">and metabolic complications</a>.
The global trial met its primary endpoint with a statistically significant and clinically meaningful reduction in body mass index (BMI) with setmelanotide in adult and pediatric patients versus placebo.

Highlights from the topline data include:
<ul>
<li>-19.8% placebo-adjusted difference in BMI reduction (N=120).</li>
<li>The primary endpoint of mean BMI reduction was -16.5% from baseline for all patients on setmelanotide therapy (n=81) compared with +3.3% BMI change for patients on placebo (n=39) at 52 weeks.</li>
<li>80% of patients on setmelanotide achieved a BMI reduction of 5% or greater at 52 weeks.</li>
<li>-19.2% placebo-adjusted BMI reduction was achieved in adult patients (n=49) and -20.2% in patients younger than 18 (n=71) at 52 weeks.</li>

The company says the global Phase 3 TRANSCEND trial is believed to be the largest and longest placebo-controlled trial to evaluate therapy for patients with acquired hypothalamic obesity. The double-blinded, 52-week trial enrolled 120 patients.
Clinically meaningful improvements were observed across key secondary endpoints at week 52, including:
<ul>
<li>83% of patients on setmelanotide therapy achieved 5% or greater reduction in BMI (n=33 patients 18 or older) or BMI Z-score reduction of 0.2 or greater points (n=48 patients younger than 18).</li>
<li>-1.4 placebo-adjusted mean change in the weekly average of the daily maximal hunger score for patients 12 years old or older (n=81) (p=0.003).</li>
</ul>
No new safety signals with setmelanotide were observed, in line with setmelanotide&#8217;s well-established and well-understood safety profile. Consistent with prior clinical experience, setmelanotide was generally well tolerated in the TRANSCEND study.
The most common treatment-emergent adverse events (affecting &gt;20% of participants) were nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, injection site reaction, skin hyperpigmentation, and headache. No serious adverse events leading to study discontinuation were reported.

A chaotic and volatile session kicked off the new week on Wall Street, with a start that offers <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets">little reason for optimism.</a>
The S&amp;P 500 opened with a gap below 4,900 points, then fiercely rebounded in the first hour of trading before the gains swiftly evaporated. Sentiment further deteriorated after Donald Trump adopted a more aggressive tone toward China.
On Truth Social, Trump stated that China had imposed retaliatory tariffs of 34%, on top of what he described as already record-setting tariffs, despite prior warnings that such measures would be met with significantly higher U.S. tariffs. He added that if China did not reverse the 34% hike by April 8, the United States would respond with additional tariffs of 50%, effective the following day.
He also indicated that all discussions with China regarding their requested meetings would be terminated, while negotiations with other countries that had expressed interest in talks would begin immediately.
The European Union signaled openness to implementing a zero-for-zero tariff agreement on industrial goods with the United States.
By 12:40 p.m. ET, the S&amp;P 500 was down 0.8%, the Nasdaq 100 fell 0.2%, and the Dow dropped 1.4%. Every sector remained in the red, with real estate and materials leading the losses.
In commodities, gold slipped 1.2%, heading for its third consecutive session of declines, while oil prices fell 2.3% to $60 a barrel, now down 16% from last week&#8217;s highs.
Bitcoin (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/btc/usd">BTC</a>), which had been spared from last week&#8217;s global market rout, joined the bloodbath over the weekend, dropping 6.4% on Sunday and holding at $78,000 on Monday.
