It now represents 8.81% of ValueAct&#8217;s portfolio, having a total value of $448.62 million.

This modest decline contrasts with forecasts for Mastercard and Visa Inc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/V#NYSE">V</a>), for which analysts expected an uptick in card volumes. Despite this, Markgraff believes third-quarter revenue risk remains minimal.
