AI is one of the leading narratives in Blockchain in 2025 and the growth is only accelerating, with the AI and blockchain market size predicted to have a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of <a href="https://www.marketsandmarkets.com/Market-Reports/blockchain-ai-market-99143424.html">25.3%</a>, growing from $228 million in 2020 to $703 million by 2025.
But in order to make a novel use case out of the confluence of AI and blockchain, a project needs to leverage the benefits of blockchain – enhanced data management and scalability of AI and improved data quality, security and transactions of blockchain.

"With Web3 still siloed across chains and ecosystems, the Pi Squared VSL Devnet, provides a first glimpse at a verifiability-first platform that can unify chains, languages and applications through fast, secure, and programmable infrastructure," Grigore Roșu, Founder and CEO of Pi Squared said.
Nexus is offering developers free access to their final testnet for a Layer 1 blockchain designed to support AI systems by enabling computation and scalability in a uniquely extensible way.
"We need to fundamentally rethink blockchain infrastructure in the age of AI. As AI models become more intelligent, they're consuming compute and issuing transactions at exponential rates" Daniel Marin, CEO and Founder of Nexus said.
Nexus allows people to contribute compute power from any device to help scale the network and experiment with zero-knowledge virtual machines (zkVMs) to build trusted AI applications.
DIA, an open-source blockchain platform with verifiable, trustless oracles for DeFi, RWAs, and web3 applications, launched its mainnet and unveiled the multichain Oracle Grants Program, which provides projects on over 15 participating blockchains withf free access to oracle infrastructure for up to 12 months. Chains offered at launch include Alephium, Ankr, Arbitrum, Aurora, Avalanche, BNB Chain, BOB, GEB, Gelato, Goat Network, Kadena, Linea, LUKSO, Midnight, Plume, Polygon, Stacks, Somnia, Sonic, and Superseed.
AI Oracles act as bridges between the models and the outside world, delivering real-time data (RTD) to apps on blockchain. DIA uses AI to parse and verify data and delivers timely data to AI apps where it is needed.
"Autonomous agents require reliable, real-time data. DIA offers on-chain, machine-readable data for financial markets – such as crypto, FX, and commodities – as well as DePIN metrics like bandwidth or storage. Because DIA feeds are verifiable and on-chain, AI agents don't rely on off-chain APIs or opaque middleware. This unlocks truly autonomous logic and cross-chain operability powered by transparent data," Dillon Hanson, Head of Business Development for DIA said.
DIA's architecture is built for verifiability – every data point is sourced directly from the origin, timestamped, and posted on-chain by DIA's distributed Feeder network with no third-party aggregators or hidden layers.
"DIA's mission is to eliminate the last black box in Web3: the data layer. Without trusted data, blockchains can't deliver on their promise. From RWAs to autonomous systems, every use case hinges on reliable, transparent inputs," Hanson said.

Zach Bradford, CEO of CleanSpark, called the milestone a result of the company&#8217;s strategy of building and operating its own infrastructure, ensuring &#8220;control, resilience and scalability.&#8221;

Additionally, in its latest operational update, CleanSpark announced it mined 694 bitcoin in May, a 10% increase month-over-month. The company concluded the period with 12,502 bitcoin in its treasury after selling 293.5 bitcoin.
Analyst Coverage: According to data from&nbsp;<a href="https://benzinga.grsm.io/register174">Benzinga Pro</a>,&nbsp;earlier in June, JP Morgan signaled renewed confidence by raising its price target to $14 from $12, reversing a target cut it had made in March.
Throughout the year, sentiment has been positive, highlighted by a February initiation from Needham with a &#8220;Buy&#8221; rating and a $20 target, while HC Wainwright &amp; Co. has consistently reiterated its &#8220;Buy&#8221; rating with one of the highest price targets on the street at $27.

Here&#8217;s a look at what&#8217;s <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/space/25/06/46090791/us-tests-radar-that-could-help-trumps-golden-dome-detect-missiles-over-1200-miles-report">fueling the momentum</a>.
What To Know: Palantir shares have risen more than 500% over the past year and are now up approximately 93% year-to-date. 
Much of the momentum has been driven by the company&#8217;s positioning in the AI space.&nbsp;The stock also appeared to get a lift more recently from the Israel-Iran conflict. Palantir has several government contracts and has seen an acceleration since President Donald Trump took office, securing <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/contracts/25/05/45702431/palantir-stock-gains-as-trump-expands-companys-role-in-us-government-agencies">more than $113 million</a>&nbsp;in contracts. Palantir was also awarded a $795 million contract modification by the U.S. Army for its Maven Smart System&nbsp;in May.
As defense budgets increasingly incorporate AI, Palantir could be a potential beneficiary of heightened geopolitical tensions. Palantir signed a strategic agreement with the Israeli Defense Ministry to support war efforts last year, <a href="https://www.palantir.com/assets/xrfr7uokpv1b/3MuEeA8MLbLDAyxixTsiIe/9e4a11a7fb058554a8a1e3cd83e31c09/C134184_finaleprint.pdf">per</a> Bloomberg.
Even as Palantir shares continue to climb to new highs, some analysts believe there could be more room to run. Loop Capital analyst Mark Schappel maintained Palantir with a Buy and raised the price target from&nbsp;$130&nbsp;to&nbsp;$155 earlier this month. At the end of May, Wedbush's Dan Ives predicted that Palantir shares will more than triple in two to three years to reach a $1 trillion market cap valuation, or approximately $427 per share.
"[Alex] Karp, he's playing chess, others are playing checkers. And I think you are starting to realize more and more in government, enterprise, and that's why you cannot talk AI revolution without saying Palantir,&#8221; Ives said in a <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-ratings/analyst-color/25/05/45655507/tech-analyst-expects-palantir-stock-to-rise-above-400-as-ai-revolution-kicks-into-gear">CNBC</a> interview. 
Palantir has a strong momentum score of 99, according to <a href="http://pro.benzinga.com">Benzinga Pro</a> data. The company beat analyst estimates in the first quarter as U.S. Commercial revenue grew 71% year-over-year and U.S. Government revenue climbed 45%. 
Palantir also guided for second-quarter revenue in the range of $934 million to $938 million versus estimates of $899.12 million, and raised its full-year outlook. The company said in its earnings release that it&#8217;s experiencing &#8220;surging and ferocious growth.&#8221;
PLTR Price Action: Palantir shares traded as high as $147.67 on Wednesday, marking new all-time highs. The stock was up 0.18% at $142.94 at the time of publication, according to <a href="http://pro.benzinga.com">Benzinga Pro</a>.
Palantir has an RSI of 66, per Benzinga <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/PLTR">data</a>. A stock is generally considered overbought when its relative strength rises above 70.
