Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TSLA#NASDAQ">TSLA</a>) CEO Elon Musk shared a host of updates, outlining what he believes the future holds for the billionaire's ventures, including TSLA, SpaceX, and Neuralink.
What Happened: "It's a company that I've grown and nurtured over twenty years," Musk said about Tesla in an interview with Fox News on Sunday.
"Tesla in a few months will release Unsupervised Full Self-Driving," Musk said before sharing that the Unsupervised FSD tech will first see application in Austin, Texas, before being rolled out to the rest of the U.S.
"In fact, in the future, it'll be unusual to see a manually-driven car. It'll be like seeing a horse," Musk said, highlighting his optimism for the technology's far-reaching impacts.
He then shared an update on Tesla's Optimus line of humanoid robots, calling it a "personal R2D2 or a C3PO robot buddy" and predicted it'll be a "massive, massive product."
Musk went on to reiterate his ambitions of setting up a city on Mars with SpaceX before sharing an update about Neuralink's BCI (Brain-Computer Interface) called Blindsight, which the billionaire says will help blind people see, including those who have been blind from birth.
"Hopefully we'll be able to do the first Blindsight implant in a human later this year, within the next 12 months, I'm quite confident we can do that," Musk said. He also shared how the company hopes to begin work on a Neuralink implant, which will help people with a "severed spinal column to walk again."

Tesla's Elon Musk Says Manually-Driven Cars Will Be 'Unusual' In The Future, Shares Updates On SpaceX, Neuralink

As the U.S. dollar is trading 8.02% lower year-to-date, this expert believes that the dollar depreciation is fueling the &#8220;powerful tailwind for multinational earnings.&#8221;
What Happened: According to Jeremy Siegel, a senior economist at WisdomTree, the U.S. dollar&#8217;s significant decline this year is strongly boosting multinational companies&#8217; earnings.
He underscores in his weekly commentary that about half of the S&amp;P 500 revenue comes from overseas, which could offset the negative impact of tariffs on corporate profits.
&#8220;With 40-45% of S&amp;P 500 revenues sourced abroad, that currency translation effect alone could cushion the impact of tariffs on corporate profits,&#8221; said Seigel.
&#8220;This, alongside hopes of deal-making and eventual tariff de-escalation, is underpinning the market's recovery,&#8221; he adds.
Meanwhile, he continues to remain positive on the stocks as he explains that stock markets tend to overreact to recessions.
&#8220;While earnings may drop if the economy turns south, the long-horizon value of equities should not fall 20–25%, as often happens. If investors finally look "beyond the valley into the mountain," the downside could be limited even in a mild recession.&#8221;

Why It Matters: As of the publication of this article, the U.S. Dollar Index was trading 0.04% lower at the 99.79 level.
As the Federal Reserve is slated to announce its latest decision on interest rates on Wednesday this week, Siegel says, &#8220;Powell is likely to offer little beyond platitudes about data dependency and policy patience.&#8221;
However, according to him, the Fed should cut rates with the inverted yield curve structure, however, he reiterates that the Fed won&#8217;t cut.
The CME Group's FedWatch <a href="https://www.cmegroup.com/markets/interest-rates/cme-fedwatch-tool.html">tool</a>&#8216;s projections show markets pricing a 97.6% likelihood of the Federal Reserve keeping the current interest rates unchanged on Wednesday. 
Price Action: The SPDR S&amp;P 500 ETF Trust (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SPY#NYSE">SPY</a>) and Invesco QQQ Trust ETF (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/QQQ#NASDAQ">QQQ</a>), which track the S&amp;P 500 index and Nasdaq 100 index, respectively, fell on Monday. The SPY was down 0.57% to $563.51, while the QQQ declined 0.59% to $485.93, according to <a href="https://pro.benzinga.com/dashboard">Benzinga Pro</a> data.

US Dollar Depreciation Is Cushioning 'The Impact Of Tariffs On Corporate Profits,' Says Expert

Risk-off sentiment returned ahead of the Federal Reserve's policy meeting, sending gold and its cryptocurrency derivatives higher on Monday.
What happened: Spot gold was up 0.74% to $3,358.91 per ounce as of this writing, after hitting a two-week high earlier in the session.
The gains filtered down to physical gold-backed cryptocurrencies, spurring a 3% spike in Tether Gold and PAX Gold.
With the latest spike, the two coins extended their year-to-date gains to over 28%, becoming one of the most valuable cryptocurrency investments in 2025.

Year to date, the apex cryptocurrency has risen 1.24%, significantly trailing the gold-backed cryptocurrencies.
The cautious tone comes ahead of the Fed&#8217;s policy meeting, which begins Tuesday, with investors pricing in a 97% chance of interest rates remaining unchanged, <a href="https://www.cmegroup.com/markets/interest-rates/cme-fedwatch-tool.html">according </a>to the CME FedWatch tool.
Uncertainty over President Donald Trump's tariffs also weighed on the market, <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/05/45192387/market-bets-on-aggressive-fed-cuts-clash-with-short-rate-market-data-next-fed-chair-could-initiate-cutting-cycle-says-expert">with no progress on a trade deal</a> between the U.S. and China.
