Lockheed Martin's Options: A Look at What the Big Money is Thinking

Upexi, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/UPXI#NASDAQ">UPXI</a>) shares are trading lower. The company filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for Nevada to investigate those behind the manipulative fractional share round-up scheme during its <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/24/10/41548075/whats-going-on-with-upexi-shares-friday">reverse stock split.</a>
The Details: Upexi believes that through the discovery process the company will be able to decipher who engaged in the manipulative trading transactions.
The company completed a 12-for-1 reverse stock split in early October. Before the split, it had fewer than 5,000 shareholders. Following the split, five brokerage firms requested 199,059 of the 202,183 total roundup shares, which account for about 19% of Upexi&#8217;s outstanding stock. 
This represents approximately 40 times the number of shareholders the company had before the reverse stock split.
&#8220;The company has taken the first and precedent-setting action in exposing the blatant manipulation around reverse stock splits. Since our previous release regarding this issue, I have been contacted by a number of companies who also were victims of this damaging stock manipulation scheme. Transactions exceeding $100,000 fell from 939 to 626 in a single day.
On the other hand, Shibariumscan recorded a rise in daily transactions, increasing from 4.75 million on Nov. 23 to 4.77 million on Nov. 24. 
DefiLlama data highlighted that Shibarium's total value locked (TVL) reached an all-time high of $4.76 million.

What Analysts Are Saying: Investor attention will be on CrowdStrike's recovery from its July 19 outage, Rosenblatt analyst Catherine Trebnick said in a new investor note.
The analyst reiterated a Buy rating and raised the price target from $325 to $385.
"Our channel checks suggest that customers remain confident in the company and are not stepping away," Trebnick said.
Trebnick said CrowdStrike could show "modest upside" from quarterly estimates and raise guidance.
"Some renewals may be delayed, but overall customer retention appears strong."
Guidance and the litigation overhang are key items being watched by WestPark Capital&#8217;s Paul Rodriguez. The analyst has a Hold rating and no price target. Future revenue can be impacted by customer discounts being used to help offset customer complaints about the July outage.
"Our checks suggest CRWD has not suffered much customer churn but CrowdStrike has had to make concessions to its clients base," Rodriguez said.
The analyst said there are concerns about heavy discounting being done in the field.
A litigation overhang mainly revolves around Delta Air Lines, is also a concern for the analyst after Delta decided to move forward with legal action.
"If other companies move further with litigation against CrowdStrike post the Delta news remains to be seen but this scenario does pose a risk to CrowdStrike shares."
Key Items to Watch: CrowdStrike said second-quarter annual recurring revenue was up 32% year-over-year. This remains a key item for investors to watch on Tuesday.
The company said the July outage inspired a renewed focus on becoming a "more customer-obsessed CrowdStrike." 
Cybersecurity remains a key theme going forward with companies increasing focus and spending on this category. Aside from the July outage recovery, new products and commentary on customer spending will be big items to watch for investors.

Peloton Interactive Unusual Options Activity For November 25

The <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/topic/drug-enforcement-administration">Drug Enforcement Administration</a> (DEA) has denied accusations of improper communication with cannabis prohibitionist group Smart Approaches to Marijuana (SAM) during the Biden administration's <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/topic/cannabis-rescheduling">marijuana rescheduling process</a>.
In a recent filing <a href="https://www.marijuanamoment.net/dea-says-it-didnt-conspire-with-anti-marijuana-group-dismissing-allegedly-illegal-talks-as-gossip/">reported</a> by Marijuana Moment, the agency dismissed these allegations as "gossip." While the DEA admitted to the communication, it argued they were no unlawful ex parte and that no harm was done and therefore, the motion by<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cannabis/24/11/41726679/village-farms-is-only-cannabis-operator-selected-to-represent-weed-industry-at-dea-rescheduling-"> Village Farms International</a> (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/VFF#NASDAQ">VFF</a>) and Hemp for Victory should be dismissed.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Allegations Of Misconduct</h3>
Part of the accusations stem from social media posts by SAM president and CEO Kevin Sabet.
In a post May 6, 2024 on X, Sabet admitted to having conversations with &#8220;two confidential sources inside DEA.&#8221; Sabet said these discussions provided inside information about the agency's stance on marijuana rescheduling, including a claim that DEA Administrator Anne Milgram would not approve a proposed rule.
This post was presented as evidence by <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/cannabis">cannabis</a> advocacy groups to support their broader claim that <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/topic/dea-cannabis">the DEA</a> holds a contradictory position, alleging the agency is acting as both judge and participant in the cannabis rescheduling process.

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">DEA's Defense</h3>
According to the DEA's filing, the cannabis organizations' evidence is not proof of <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/24/11/42144540/dea-slammed-over-unlawful-talks-with-cannabis-opponents-the-plot-thickens">misconduct</a>. &#8220;Movants' own evidence fails to demonstrate that any unlawful ex parte communication took place," the agency said. A movant is any party that makes a motion in a case.
The DEA flatly rejected accusations of bias or impropriety, emphasizing that the submitted evidence amounts to little more than hearsay. 
"The Movants would have this tribunal embark on a fishing expedition in search of evidence to support these sweeping, unsupported claims, which at best can be categorized as gossip, not ex parte communications," the DEA stated.
It also dismissed calls for the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/24/11/42144540/dea-slammed-over-unlawful-talks-with-cannabis-opponents-the-plot-thickens">agency's removal </a>from the rescheduling process, arguing that there is no legal precedent for such action. 
"The only authority cited by the Movants on this point simply supports the notion that specific individuals may be removed from the proceeding under the appropriate circumstances," per the filing.
Additionally, the DEA pointed out that no misconduct has been alleged against its attorneys involved in the proceedings, further undermining the motion's validity.
As a consequence, the DEA requested the motion's dismissal. "The tribunal correctly questions the seriousness of the remedies sought by the Movants and as such, should deny the motion," the agency concluded.

What To Know: Zoom Video is due to report third-quarter financial results for fiscal 2025 after the bell. Analysts expect the company to report earnings of $1.31 per share for the quarter, up from $1.29 per share a year ago. Revenue is projected at $1.16 billion, compared to $1.14 billion in the same period last year, according to <a href="https://pro.benzinga.com/dashboard">Benzinga Pro.</a>
In the company&#8217;s most-recent quarter, Zoom reported earnings of $1.39 per share, beating the estimate of $1.21 by 14.88%. Revenue came in at $1.16 billion, exceeding expectations and reflecting a 2.09% increase year-over-year.
"In Q2, we outperformed our guidance across the board and grew operating cash flow and free cash flow by 33.7% and 26.2% year over year, respectively, demonstrating our continued commitment to efficient growth," Zoom CEO Eric Yuan said last quarter.
"We also saw strength in large accounts, with customers contributing more than $100,000 in trailing 12 months revenue increasing by 7.1% year over year, and resilience in our Online business, with Online average monthly churn reaching its lowest ever rate.&#8221;
Zoom Video shares have gained nearly 24% since the company last reported earnings. The stock is currently trading at new 52-week highs ahead of earnings. Zoom Video has a 52-week low of $55.06, according to <a href="http://pro.benzinga.com">Benzinga Pro</a>. 
Multiple analysts have weighed in on Zoom shares in recent weeks leading up to earnings. Rosenblatt analyst Catharine Trebnick maintained Zoom with a <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-stock-ratings">Buy rating</a> and price target of $78. Morgan Stanley analyst Meta Marshall maintained an Equal-Weight rating and raised the price target from $68 to $86.

What's Going On With Zoom Video Stock Today?

Bitcoin's (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/btc/usd">BTC</a>) recent rally could face a sharp downturn, with a prominent trader warning of a potential correction if the cryptocurrency fails to break the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/small-cap/24/11/42171130/russell-2000-dow-sp-500-all-achieve-record-highs-in-wall-streets-historic-day-bitcoin-gold-tumble-whats-driving-markets-monday">$100,000 resistance level.</a>
The <a href="https://x.com/ali_charts/status/1860409141677662707">forecast</a>, which points to a drop as low as $85,600 in a worst-case scenario, comes as Bitcoin shows signs of a cooling rally after nearing the critical $100,000 milestone. 
On Nov. 23, chart analyst Ali Martinez <a href="https://x.com/ali_charts/status/1860409141677662707">flagged</a> a bearish signal on Bitcoin's 12-hour chart using the TD Sequential indicator.
Ali predicted that Bitcoin could correct to $91,583, with a deeper drop to $85,610 if selling pressure intensifies.
The apex crypto is trading around $94,660 at the time of writing, down 1.6% over the past 24 hours.

Altcoins such as Ripple (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/xrp/usd">XRP</a>) and Dogecoin (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/doge/usd">DOGE</a>) are down over 5%, while Solana's (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/sol/usd">SOL</a>), Ether (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/eth/usd">ETH</a>), Cardano's (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/ada/usd">ADA</a>) and Binance's (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/bnb/usd">BNB</a>) fell between 2% and 5%.
This market-wide retreat caused the overall crypto market capitalization to decline by 2.4%.
The volatility also hit crypto-tracked futures, with over $400 million liquidated in both long and short positions.
According to Coinglass <a href="https://www.coinglass.com/LiquidationData">data</a>, $283 million in bullish bets and $156 million in bearish bets were wiped out over the past 24 hours. 
Interestingly, small altcoins and midcap futures saw higher liquidation volumes than Bitcoin and Ether, suggesting increased risk-taking among traders.
The market correction comes against the backdrop of deteriorating sentiment in the cryptocurrency industry as Bitcoin failed to break <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cryptocurrency/24/11/42163156/why-bitcoins-rally-is-stalling-below-100000">the $100,000 threshold</a>.
