Tuniu Corporation&nbsp;(NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TOUR#NASDAQ">TOUR</a>) ("Tuniu" or the "Company"), a leading online leisure travel company in China, today announced that it has received written notification from the staff of the Listing Qualifications Department of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") dated May 19, 2025, indicating that for the last 30 consecutive business days, the closing bid price for the Company's American depositary shares (the "ADSs") was below the minimum bid price of US$1.00 per share requirement set forth in&nbsp;Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1). The Nasdaq notification letter&nbsp;has no current effect on the listing or trading of the Company's securities on the Nasdaq Global Market.
Pursuant to the Nasdaq Listing Rules 5810(c)(3)(A), the Company is provided with a compliance period of 180 calendar days, or until November 17, 2025, to regain compliance under the Listing Rules. If at any time during the 180-day compliance period, the closing bid price of the Company's ADSs&nbsp;is US$1.00 per share or higher&nbsp;for a minimum of ten consecutive business days, the Nasdaq will provide the Company written confirmation of compliance and the matter will be closed.
In the event the Company does not regain compliance by November 17, 2025, subject to the determination by the staff of Nasdaq, the Company may be eligible for an additional 180-day compliance period.
The Nasdaq notification letter will have no effect on the Company's business operations, and the Company will take all reasonable measures to regain compliance.

Tuniu Gets Nasdaq Warning After Shares Fall Below $1, Has Until November to Regain Compliance

Finance ministers and central bankers from the G7, which includes Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States, have pledged to tackle &#8220;excessive imbalances&#8221; in global trade practices after three days of talks in Canada.
What Happened: The G7 statement mentions "nonmarket policies and practices", which is a phrase typically used to refer to China's state subsidies and currency management strategies. According <a href="https://www.theguardian.com/world/2025/may/22/g7-china-trade">to</a> the Guardian, the statement notably did not include past pledges on climate action and adopted a softer tone on the Ukraine war.
While the joint statement did not mention China directly, the language indicated a position against <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/05/45534527/china-warns-of-legal-retaliation-against-us-chip-sanctions-threatens-lawsuits-for-aiding-discriminatory-tech-crackdown">state-driven economic policies</a> typically linked with Beijing.
The earlier G7 description of the war as an "illegal, unjustifiable, and unprovoked war of aggression" was replaced with censure of Russia's "continued brutal war." U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said the meeting "went great."
German finance minister Lars Klingbeil advocated for a speedy resolution of trade tensions, calling U.S. tariffs "a heavy burden on the global economy," adding, "Our hand is extended."
Canada's François-Philippe Champagne said: "We found common ground on the most pressing global issues that we face&#8230; I think it sends a very clear signal to the world &#8230; that the G7 is united in purpose and in action."
He also noted that tariffs were discussed in detail: "We're trying to enhance growth and stability. And obviously tariffs are something in that context that you can't avoid discussing."

Why It Matters: Despite the communique's reference to "nonmarket practices," highlighting a coordinated move to confront China's trade playbook, US tariffs remained a point of contention. Open conflict was avoided, but the omission of this issue from the text contrasts with strong views articulated during the meeting, especially Canada's call to roll back <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/25/03/44253100/trump-slaps-50-tariff-on-canadian-steel-aluminum-threatens-auto-industry">tariffs on steel and aluminum.</a>
The changed language on Ukraine also reflects shifting diplomatic tides. President Donald Trump has <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/global/25/05/45487501/trump-pushes-for-russia-ukraine-ceasefire-to-end-bloodbath-in-high-stakes-calls-with-russian-president-and-zelenskyy-amid-drone-attacks">questioned U.S. support for Kyiv</a> and implied Ukraine is also to blame for the conflict.
His position has influenced G7 rhetoric, but peace talks between Russia and Ukraine did not result in significant in-person engagement last week in Istanbul. Reports of further negotiations at the Vatican were dismissed by the Kremlin, which said new talks "have yet to be agreed."
This G7 finance summit sets the tone for the leaders' summit in June, which President Trump is expected to attend.

The investor then shared how people will use the term "Supervised Autonomy" more frequently as the Austin Robotaxi launch date gets closer.
"We will start to hear the term "supervised autonomy" as we get closer to the Austin ride-hailing launch," Black said. "which is a far cry from unsupervised autonomy that supports many investors' robotaxi valuation models," he added.
Why It Matters: The investors' comments come in as Tesla's Robotaxi launch is less than a month away. CEO Musk had earlier shared that the company plans to roll out the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/05/45529030/elon-musk-confirms-tesla-robotaxi-launch-is-on-track-for-next-month-these-things-happen-slowly-but-then-all-at-once">Robotaxis by the end of June</a>, with over 10 vehicles in the beginning.
"We want to be very careful with the first introduction of unsupervised full self-driving, meaning the car's driving around with no one in it," he said.
Musk had also brushed off <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/tech/25/05/45535283/elon-musk-brushes-off-potential-tesla-uber-deal-believes-owners-could-add-their-cars-to-ev-giants-autonomous">a potential deal </a>with ride-hailing giant Uber Technologies Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/UBER#NYSE">UBER</a>) as he hinted at a possible proprietary platform for Tesla's autonomous fleet, which would also include Tesla owners "adding" or "subtracting" their vehicles to the fleet.
