The Kohl's Analyst: Analyst <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-stock-ratings/analyst/5888c53977f9dd0001877a22/dana-telsey">Dana Telsey</a> maintained a Market Perform rating and price target of $10.
The Kohl's Thesis: The company's new CEO "brings relevant retail experience" from his tenure with Blackstone Inc's (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BX#NYSE">BX</a>) Michaels Companies and Walmart Inc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/WMT#NYSE">WMT</a>), Telsey said in the note.

What Happened: President Donald Trump is scheduled to consider a final proposal related to TikTok during a meeting at the Oval Office.

President Donald Trump told reporters on Sunday that an agreement to sell TikTok&#8217;s U.S. operations to a non-Chinese buyer is expected to be finalized before the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/03/44506732/donald-trump-says-he-may-cut-tariffs-on-china-to-seal-tiktok-deal-bytedance-has-until-april-5-to-sell-or-face-us-ban">April 5 deadline. </a>
The Details: President Trump set the Saturday deadline for a sale in January under a 2024 law requiring ByteDance, TikTok&#8217;s Chinese parent company, to divest the app or face a ban over national security concerns.&nbsp;
Speaking to reporters on Air Force One late Sunday, Trump expressed his desire to "see TikTok remain alive."&nbsp;
&#8220;We have a lot of potential buyers,&#8221; Trump said, adding, &#8220;There&#8217;s tremendous interest in TikTok.&#8221;

Potential Buyers: Private equity firm Blackstone, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BX#NYSE">BX</a>) is reportedly considering a small minority investment in TikTok, according to Reuters. SoftBank was expected to take charge of Plenty's future, but instead, it's just tossed a $20.7 million DIP financing lifeline to <a href="https://in.benzinga.com/personal-finance/25/03/44225948/larry-ellison-poured-500-million-into-high-tech-farming-and-its-struggling-to-take-root">keep the crops alive</a>.</li>

<li>According to the <a href="https://www.nrn.com/casual-dining/bar-louie-files-for-chapter-11-bankruptcy-protection">Nation's Restaurant News</a>, Bar Louie filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection Wednesday. The Texas-based chain operates 48 locations in the U.S. and has assets between $1 million and $10 million. Its liabilities are somewhere between $50 million and $100 million. The chain blamed rising food and labor costs as the chief reasons behind the financial issues. Bar Louie says it will restructure to reduce debt while keeping some restaurants open. Bar Louie is just the latest restaurant chain to go bankrupt. TGI Friday's, Red Lobster, Red Robin and On the Border are all burnt.</li>
