&#8220;I think it can bottom here,&#8221; Cramer said when asked about Pfizer (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/PFE#NYSE">PFE</a>). &#8220;I think that there's a lot of good stuff that they have, so I would say keep it here.&#8221;
Pfizer, on April 29, posted quarterly earnings of 92 cents per share, beating market estimates of 67 cents per share. The company&#8217;s quarterly sales came in at $13.71 billion, missing expectations of $13.95 billion.
The &#8220;Mad Money&#8221; host recommended to own Kinsale Capital Group, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/KNSL#NYSE">KNSL</a>), saying that it is a &#8220;very good&#8221; stock.
Supporting his view, the company, on April 24, posted better-than-expected first-quarter earnings.
&#8220;All the insurers are really terrific right now, and they have been good for some time,&#8221; Cramer said when asked about Manulife Financial Corporation (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/MFC#NYSE">MFC</a>). &#8220;They're all making fortunes, so I'm not going to go against any one of them.&#8221;
Manulife Financial, on May 7, reported quarterly earnings 69 cents per share on sales of $1.49 billion.

The mine in Boyers, Pennsylvania, about 50 miles north of Pittsburgh, houses the Office of Personnel Management's Retirement Operations Center, where over 700 employees manually handle up to 10,000 retirement applications per month. <a href="https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2025/02/12/federal-retirement-mine-pennsylvania-elon-musk/78466272007/">According to USA Today</a>, a 2023 Inspector General report cited three main reasons for the backlog: a reliance on paper applications, staffing shortages, and errors in forms that slow down processing.
Musk criticized the inefficiency, revealing that the maximum number of retirees the system can handle in a month is 10,000, despite a growing backlog. In January, OPM received over 16,000 new retirement claims but processed only 6,700. Even when processing speeds improve, the backlog remains above 13,000 applications at any given time, USA Today reported.&nbsp;

Quarterly revenue of $1.58 billion, missing the&nbsp;<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/calendars/earnings" rel="noreferrer noopener">street view of $1.60 billion</a>.
Total reported revenues (excluding the impact of foreign currency exchange) increased 11.4% compared to the prior year. This was driven by an 8.8% increase in storage rental revenue and a 17.2% increase in service revenue.
On a constant currency basis, adjusted EBITDA increased by 15.2% in the quarter Y/Y, driven by the increase in Global Records Information Management (RIM), Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) and data center.
AFFO was $368.0 million for the quarter, compared with $327.6 million last year, an increase of 12.3% driven by improved adjusted EBITDA. AFFO per share was $1.24, higher by 12% Y/Y.
Dividend: The board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.785 per share, representing <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/02/b43688270/iron-mountain-increases-quarterly-dividend-per-share-by-10" rel="noreferrer noopener">an increase of 10%</a>.
CEO William L. Meaney said the company continues to execute well against its Project Matterhorn growth strategy, delivering double-digit revenue growth in the quarter with strength across each of our business segments.
2025 Outlook:&nbsp;Iron Mountain&nbsp;expects revenues of $6.65 billion–$6.80 billion&nbsp;versus the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/calendars/guidance" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">$6.77 billion estimate</a>&nbsp;and AFFO per share of $4.85–$4.95.
Iron Mountain stock surged over 53% in the last 12 months, driven by growth in its core storage and records management business and strategic expansion into sectors like data centers.
